Taking the steep pitch maneuver of an aircraft as an example, two methods are used to calculate the aircraft response after the rudder input is given according to the specifications. The calculation results show that if the peak overload of the aircraft is the same, the horizontal tail load increases by about 1% when the unsteady effect of the airflow is taken into account. If the rudder input of the two methods is the same, the unsteady calculation method will increase more. At the same time, the calculation shows that the bigger the deflection speed of rudder surface is, the bigger the difference between them is. Therefore, in order to improve the design quality of aircraft, it is necessary to introduce the unsteady effect into the calculation of loads in the detailed design stage of aircraft.展开更多

It is considered that the porous plate is subjected to constant heat flux. The obtained non-dimensional, non-similar coupled non-linear and partial differential equations have been solved by explicit finite difference technique. Numerical solutions for velocities, temperature and concentration distributions are obtained for various parameters by the above mentioned technique. The local and average shear stresses, Nusselt number as well as Sherwood number are also investigated. The stability conditions and convergence criteria of the explicit finite difference scheme are established for finding the restriction of the values of various parameters to get more accuracy. The obtained results are illustrated with the help of graphs to observe the effects of various legitimate parameters.展开更多

The method is applicable in both inertial and non-inertial frames of reference with the advantage of a fixed and regular calculation domain. The numerical method is applied to triangle and curved triangle configurations in constant and varying rotational angular velocity cases respectively. The evolutions of flow field are studied. The geostrophic effect, unsteady effect and curvature effect on the evolutions are discussed.展开更多
