Spatiotemporal Evolution and Influencing Factors of Urban-rural Construction Land in Rural Industrialized Areas in China:Case Studies in Changyuan City and Xinxiang County of Henan Province

Since China’s reform and opening up in 1978,the acceleration of industrialization and urbanization in China had led to dramatic changes in the pattern of urban-rural land use.In this paper,we focused on the rural industrialized areas in central China(Xinxiang County and Changyuan City of Henan Province).We used the average nearest neighbor index,spatial statistical analysis,and a structural equation model to analyze the spatiotemporal evolution and influencing factors of urban-rural construction land based on multisource spatial data and survey data.The results showed that:1)from 1975 to 2019,the spatial distribution of urban-rural construction land in rural industrialized areas had evolved from homogeneous distribution to local agglomeration.In terms of comparative analysis of cases,the spatial distribution of urban-rural construction land in Changyuan City had shown a trend from diffusion to agglomeration,and Xinxiang County had overall shown a spatial change from homogenization to agglomeration and then to regional integration development.2)The hot spots with increased urban-rural construction land significantly expanded,and they had a high degree of spatial overlap with industrial development.Among them,Xinxiang County was concentrated in central and marginal areas,and Changyuan was mainly concentrated in central urban areas.3)From the evolution of spatial proximity of urban-rural construction land,rural industrialized areas generally decline,showing the characteristics of internal differentiation in the rate of change.4)Industrial development,social economy,the policy environment,and urban development played a positive role in promoting the expansion of urban-rural construction land in rural industrialized areas.To promote the optimal use of regional land and the integrated development of urban-rural areas,we should combine the advantages of regional endowment,formulate development strategies according to local conditions,and adjust the way that land is used in a timely manner. 展开更多

Based on the acquaintance of the regional background of urban-rural transformational development and investigations on the spot,this paper discusses the holistic situation, dominant factors and mechanism of arable land loss and land for construction occupation in the coastal area of China over the last decade,with the aid of GIS technology.Conclusions of the research are summarized as follows:(1)the arable land had been continuously decreasing from 1996 to 2005,with a loss of 1,708,700 hm^2 and an average decrement of 170,900 hm^2 per year;(2)land for construction increased 1,373,700 hm^2 ,with an average increment of 153,200 hm^2 per year;(3)total area of encroachment on arable land for construction between 1996 and 2005 was 1,053,100 hm^2 ,accounting for 34.03%of the arable land loss in the same period,the percentages of which used for industrial land(INL),transportation land(TRL),rural construction land(RUL)and town construction land(TOL)are 45.03%,15.8%,15.47%and 11.5%,respectively;and(4)the fluctuation of the increase of construction land and encroachment on arable land in the area were deeply influenced by the nation's macroscopic land-use policies and development level of regional economy.The growth of population and advancement of technology promoted the rapid industrialization, construction of transportation infrastructures,rural urbanization and expansion of rural settlements in the eastern coastal area,and therefore were the primary driving forces of land-use conversion. 展开更多

研究目的:分析江苏省2005—2015年间城乡建设用地经济密度的时空格局及动态演变特征,为提升城乡建设用地集约利用水平、优化用地与产业结构、改进土地利用政策等提供依据。研究方法:变异系数、泰尔指数、相对发展率和探索性空间数据分... 研究目的:分析江苏省2005—2015年间城乡建设用地经济密度的时空格局及动态演变特征,为提升城乡建设用地集约利用水平、优化用地与产业结构、改进土地利用政策等提供依据。研究方法:变异系数、泰尔指数、相对发展率和探索性空间数据分析方法(ESDA)。研究结果:(1)江苏省城乡建设用地经济密度总体呈增长态势,南北差异明显,高值点主要集中于苏锡常地区、南京市和南通市;(2)城乡建设用地经济密度空间离散程度不断下降,总体差异和区内区间差异呈现持续减小态势;(3)城市发展速度存在明显的时间阶段性与显著的空间分异特征;(4)各地级城市城乡建设用地经济密度呈现出显著的空间自相关,空间上存在明显的区域集聚特征,高值集聚主要在苏南和苏中地区,高值集聚中心由单个城市向城市连绵区方向发展,苏北地区一直表现为低值集聚。研究结论:城乡建设用地外延扩张和低效利用换取经济增长的粗放模式已无法适应发展要求,高效集约利用城乡土地才是保障经济发展的有效方式。 展开更多

经济发达地区城乡建设用地转型时空演变特征——以江苏通州为例 被引量:12

以遥感影像分类解译数据为基础,借助GIS软件平台,综合运用土地利用转移矩阵、核密度估计法、城乡建设用地隐性转型指数评价等方法,从城乡建设用地的显性形态和隐性形态变化两方面分析了2001~2014年江苏通州城乡建设用地转型时空演变特... 以遥感影像分类解译数据为基础,借助GIS软件平台,综合运用土地利用转移矩阵、核密度估计法、城乡建设用地隐性转型指数评价等方法,从城乡建设用地的显性形态和隐性形态变化两方面分析了2001~2014年江苏通州城乡建设用地转型时空演变特征。结果表明:(1)2001~2014年通州城乡建设用地总规模不断增加,以农村居民点用地增加为主,城镇用地增加相对较少,采矿用地持续减少;城乡建设用地增速提升较快,城镇用地增速超过农村居民点用地。(2)88.37%的城乡建设用地新增来源是耕地,但建设占用耕地逐渐减缓;93.32%的城乡建设用地转出缘于农村居民点用地复垦,且多转移为耕地。(3)城乡建设用地各密度区呈分散零星集聚分布,聚集程度进一步加强;分布密度呈现"中密周疏"的空间特征且差异显著,分布的密集程度向东、南部扩展。(4)城乡建设用地利用效率整体呈递增态势,年均利用效率不断增长,但增速减缓;城乡建设用地经济、社会和环境功能均不断增强,经济功能增速明显加快,社会功能增速明显下降,环境功能增速持续上升,但社会功能和环境功能一直明显低于经济功能。 展开更多
