THE LAND USE INVESTIGATION IN TIBET PLATEAU USING REMOTE SENSING TECHNOLOGY

Tibet Plateau is Known as "the Roof of the World" with the area of 1,220,000km^2, which is about 1/8 land area of China. Because of the high elevation, cold climate and it caused difficulties in regional economic planning and land resources management. Since 1985, the land use investigation in Tibet has been carried out, in which the basic data and thematic maps must be obtained and completed at county and township levels, in order to meet the needs of local administrations. In the investigation, remote sensing technology was comprehensively adopted. At present, the investigation in county level had been completed and the compilation is going to be carried out. Due to paying a great attention to studying on a series of key technical problems, the systematic methods of using remote sensing technology in the plateau land use investigation were formed and successfully put into application.

Research on the Cultivation Model of Innovative and Entrepreneurial Talents with New Technology Use in Higher Education Institutions

The issue of new technology applications in education is a worldwide concern.Following a thorough review of current studies,this paper believes that new technology in a broad sense has"hard technology"(referring to new inventions,discoveries,and creations that can be practically operated and applied)and"soft technology"(generally referring to technology formed in all industry fields in response to new changes,new markets,new industries,and new business models,such as innovative marketing models,new team building,and management strategizing,cultural and creative skills,etc.),with distinctive and external and internal connotations.In a narrow sense,new technology refers to the most recent and cutting-edge technology in a particular industry field.There are also definitions that are based on their applicability,such as referring to new operation methods as new technologies.The premise of how to precisely implement new technology application education in higher education is to understand how students in higher education institutions think.For this reason,this study takes senior graduate students as its target,and through the statistics and analysis of survey data,we get three results.First,education featuring applications of new technology proves highly compelling,particularly given its importance in graduates'career development,thus garnering support;second,such education is both conceptual and practice-based;third,education concerned with the application of new technologies can be carried out in any major,both in engineering and non-engineering disciplines,with different requirements for educational content and technical skills according to the varying disciplines.Based on the investigation and analysis,we propose solutions and recommend methods of applying new applications in higher education.

The Application of Cold Banding Technology for Dust Removed From BOF Gas Using Dry Dedusting Technology

Firstly, physical and chemical properties of dust removed from BOF gas are analyzed, and then the cold banding technology of dust removed from BOF gas and its application are introduced. Tests have proved that using cooled agglomerated pellets made of the dust removed from BOF gas and small amounts of modified starch as a coolant and slagging agent in steel production can bring about considerable economic, social and environmental benefits.

Technology Acceptance Factors for Implementing the E-Government Systems in Saudi Arabia

Governments are implementing E-Government systems to match the other services due to the rapid worldwide development. Therefore, public sectors interact with many individuals;utilizing this technology lowers costs, enhances services, boosts efficiency, and saves time. The Government of Saudi Arabia has had various obstacles in serving its populace. Poor service delivery and excessive Government operating costs resulted from this manual service delivery. As a result, the Government launched the E-Government systems, which provide services more quickly. As a result, the report covered Saudi Arabia’s efforts to adopt E-Government, its difficulties, and its objectives to advance the 2030 vision. This study examined the adoption of E-Government systems using the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) in Saudi Arabia. A sample size of 200 was estimated using the Convenience approach and received 58% of the response from employees and end-users of the E-Government systems. Data were analyzed using MS-Excel and SMART PLS for testing the hypothesis and applying the Partial Least Square approach. The results of the hypothesis testing reveal several meaningful relationships, including relative benefits, compatibility, security, management support, performance expectations, perceived Usefulness of E-Government, ease of use by reducing uncertainty to E-Government, and IT infrastructure by reducing language on E-Government adoption.

Prospect of Clean Coal Technologies to be Used in Fujian Province Power Industry

This paper is based on the existing status and development prediction of Fujian power industry, and describes that the structure of energy sources for generating power which will mainly use coal, will not be changed in the 2010s and 2020s in Fujian Province. In order to meet the requirements of high efficiency and envirofimental protection, the usage of clean coal technologies for power generating will be an inevitable option and the technologies will occupy the important position in Fujian power industry. This paper puts forward the staged targets and measures of developing and utilizing clean coal technologies, suggests that all government depotments related should give support and guarantee in policies and conditions, and welcome technical and economic cooperation at home and abroad, which is good for co-development of both parties.

桂林中老年群体智慧医疗服务使用意愿调查:基于技术采纳与应用整合理论模型

目的对中老年群体智慧医疗服务使用情况及其影响因素进行调查分析,为医疗机构优化智慧医疗服务、推动中老年群体数字鸿沟治理提供参考。方法在广西壮族自治区桂林市采用线下问卷调查、访谈等方法收集数据,结合技术采纳与应用整合理论模型,使用SPSS 26.0和AMOS 24.0进行不同变量描述统计、单因素分析、不同维度相关分析和结构方程模型路径分析,研究中老年群体在使用智慧医疗服务过程中的影响因素。结果桂林市中老年群体对智慧医疗服务的使用意愿得分为(3.14±0.76)分,除了性别,不同变量对中老年群体的使用意愿差异分别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。中老年群体的绩效期望、社群影响、配合情况对中老年群体使用智慧医疗服务意愿有正向影响,努力期望对于使用意愿的影响不明显。结论桂林市中老年群体智慧医疗服务使用意愿还有很大的提升空间,要从各维度入手提高中老年群体的使用意愿,多方共同努力推进智慧医疗服务的使用。

An empirical study on continuance intention of mobile reading

Purpose： This study aims to explore factors affecting continuance intention of mobile reading. Design/methodology/approach： Drawing on the unified theory of acceptance and use of technology （UTAUT）, and integrating perceived enjoyment, we put forward a theoretical research model of factors affecting continuance intention of mobile reading. Using 186 valid data collected through a questionnaire survey, we conducted data analysis with the partial least squares structural equation modeling （PLS-SEM）. Findings： The results show that performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence and perceived enjoyment all have positive impacts on continuance intention. Among them, perceived enjoyment has the most significant effect on continuance intention, followed by performance expectancy. In addition, effort expectancy significantly influences perceived enjoyment. Contrary to our expectation, facilitating conditions have no impact on continuance intention. Practical implications： This study could help mobile data service providers to foster users＇ continuous usage of mobile reading. Research limitations： This study focused only on the effect of perceived enjoyment as an internal motivation on continuance intention of mobile reading, and other possible factors were not considered. Also, continuance intention may be different from the actual behavior. Furthermore, data of student users was collected from one university in China, and was cross-sectional, while working samples were not considered. Originality value： This study considers the effects of both external and internal motivation on continuance intention of mobile reading. The results highlight the role of perceived enjoyment in building users＇ continuance intention of mobile reading.

Behavioral Analysis of E-commerce Acceptance in Micro-enterprises

E-commerce present opportunities and challenges for businesses, especially for micro-enterprises. This paper proposed a theoretical framework that in line with the unique characteristics of E-commerce acceptance in micro-enterprises in Chengdu, which is based on the unified theory of acceptance and use of technology （UTAUT） model. The extending UTAUT model includes key constructs of performance expectation, perceived behavioral control and the characteristics of owner-managers.

Current Trends in Online Programming Languages Learning Tools: A Systematic Literature Review

Students face difficulties in programming languages learning (PLL) which encourages many scholars to investigate the factors behind that. Although there a number of positive and negative factors found to be effective in PLL procedure, utilising online tools in PLL were recognized as a positive recommended means. This motivates many researchers to provide solutions and proposals which result in a number of choices and options. However, categorising those efforts and showing what has been done, would provide a better and clear image for future studies. Therefore, this paper aims to conduct a systematic literature review to show what studies have been done and then categorise them based on the type of online tools and the aims of the research. The study follows Kitchenham and Charters guidelines for writing SLR (Systematic Literature Review). The search result reached 1390 publications between 2013-09/2018. After the filtration which has been done through selected criteria, 160 publications were found to be adequate to answer the review questions. The main results of this systematic review are categorizing the aims of the studies in online PLL tools, classifying the tools and finding the current trends of the online PLL tools.

Mobile Commerce User Acceptance Study in China: A Revised UTAUT Model

User acceptance is one of the key fundamentals for development and success of mobile commerce （m-commerce）. Based on the revised unified theory of acceptance and use of technology （UTAUT） model, we described a theoretical framework that incorporates the unique characteristics of m-commerce to enhance our understanding of m-commerce acceptance and usage in China. The revised UTAUT includes the characteristics of m-commerce, inclusion and consideration of information system user satisfaction theory, and Chinese culture and context.

Empirical Research on User Acceptance of Mobile Searches

The mobile search, a combination of a web search engine and a mobile communication system, is viewed as the most influential application in the 3G era. Therefore, mobile search service providers are eager to know which factors most influence user acceptance of mobile searches. Based on the characteristics of mobile searches and a review of previous information technology acceptance research, this study integrates the task technology fit model and the unified theory of acceptance and use of technology model to develop a mobile search acceptance model and empirically tests this model. This study finds that, for mobile searches, the performance expectancy, social influence, and perceived cost all significantly influence use intention and the performance expectancy increases with the increasing user＇s experience and higher tasktechnology fit degree. The effort expectancy is found to not affect the use intention of mobile searches and the users＇ gender does not have a significant moderating effect on the use intention. The results are then used to develop suggestions for mobile search providers to promote their application and development.

Transcriptome Sequencing and de novo Analysis for Oviductus Ranae of Rana chensinensis Using Illumina RNA-Seq Technology

Oviductus Ranae is the dried oviduct of female Rana tem-poraria chensinensis （David）, distributed mainly in North- eastern China. Oviductus Ranae is one of the best-known and highly valued oriental foods and medicines. Traditional Chinese medicine holds that Oviductus Ranae can nourish yin, moisten lung and replenish the kidney essence. Meanwhile, activities of Oviductus Ranae such as anti-aging, anti-lipemic, anti-oxidation and anti-fatigue have also been demonstrated by modern phar-macological studies. Previous studies have shown that Oviductus Ranae is mainly composed of proteins, which are up to 50% or more.

Spatial diversity and combination technology using amplitude and phase weighting method for phase-coherent underwater acoustic communications

The UWA channel is characterized as a time-dispersive rapidly fading channel, which in addition exhibits Doppler instabilities and limited bandwidth. To eliminate inter- symbol interference caused by multipath propagation, spatial diversity equalization is the main technical means. The paper combines the passive phase conjugation and spatial processing to maximize the output array gain. It uses signal-to-noise-plus-interference to evaluate the quality of signals received at different channels. The amplitude of signal is weighted using Sigmoid function. Second order PLL can trace the phase variation caused by channel, so the signal can be accumulated in the same phase. The signals received at different channels need to be normal- ized. It adopts fractional-decision feedback diversity equalizer （FDFDE） and achieves diversity equalization by using different channel weighted coefficients. The simulation and lake trial data processing results show that, the optimized diversity receiving equalization algorithm can im- prove communication system＇s ability in tracking the change of underwater acoustic channel, offset the impact of multipath and noise and improve the performance of communication system. The performance of the communication receiving system is better than that of the equal gain combination. At the same time, the bit error rate （BER） reduces 1.8%.
