Feature extraction of search product based on multi-feature fusion-oriented to Chinese online reviews

The increasing Chinese online reviews contain rich product demand information,especially for search products.This study suggests a product feature extraction model from online reviews based on multi-feature fusion named PFEMF(products features extraction based on multi-feature fusion)model.Combining sentence and word characteristics of Chinese online reviews,the model explores the lexical features,frequency features,span features,and semantic similarity features of words.And then,they are fused to identify the features that customers are concerned about most by sequential relationship analysis.The identified product feature provides direction for product innovation and facilitates the product selection for customers.Finally,the study takes iPad Air as an example to prove this model.The results show that the extraction performance of the PFEMF model is superior to the traditional term frequency-inverse document frequency(tf-idf)algorithm,word span algorithm,and semantic similarity algorithm.

Air pollution, food production and food security: A review from the perspective of food system

Air pollution negatively impacts food security. This paper reviews the current literature on the relationship between air pollution and food security from the perspective of food system. It highlights that agricultural emissions which substantially contribute to air pollution could happen at every stage along the food supply chain. Meanwhile, air pollution can not only affect plant growth and animal health but also shift market equilibrium of both agro-inputs and outputs in the food supply chain and thereby affect food security indirectly. Furthermore, this study evaluates the effects of agricultural policy and energy policy on food security and air pollution, respectively, and provides an overview of potential policy instruments to reduce air pollution while ensuring food security. Finally, we identify the remaining research and policy issues for further studies, mainly focusing on the study of household＇s bounded rational behaviors and the issue of rural aging population.

天然产物调控氧化应激治疗脊髓损伤

背景:脊髓损伤是一种严重的神经系统疾病,常导致神经功能严重受损。在脊髓损伤后的病理过程中,氧化应激是一个重要环节,导致神经细胞死亡和功能丧失。近年来,天然产物因来源广泛、结构多样且生物活性丰富,逐渐在脊髓损伤后的氧化应激治疗中展现出潜在的应用价值。目的:讨论部分天然产物在脊髓损伤后氧化应激过程中的治疗作用以及相关作用机制,以期为脊髓损伤的抗氧化治疗提供新的思路和方向。方法:以“spinal cord injury,oxidative stress,anti-oxidation,natural products,natural compounds,polyphenols”“脊髓损伤,氧化应激,抗氧化,天然产物,天然化合物,多酚”为关键词,在PubMed、Web of Science、Embase、Cochrane、维普、CBM、万方和中国知网数据库检索自建库以来至2024年5月的相关文献。制定纳入和排除标准,通过阅读文献标题、摘要及全文内容进行筛选,最终纳入97篇相关文献。结果与结论:①天然产物如多酚类等可以依靠其结构中的酚羟基发挥直接清除氧化自由基的作用,减轻脊髓损伤后的氧化应激反应;②一些天然产物可以通过调控某些信号转导通路增强体内相关抗氧化酶的活性,减轻氧化应激;③部分天然产物可以通过增强自噬的方式减弱脊髓损伤后的氧化应激;④利用天然产物调控氧化应激可能成为今后临床上治疗脊髓损伤的有效工具。

Review of History and Recent Development of Organic Farming Worldwide

The history of the organic farming worldwide was reviewed in this paper. The development of the organic farming worldwide had gone through three stages, emergence, expansion, and growth. The contributors and their thoughts during the different development stages of the organic farming were briefly introduced. And the development status of the organic farming worldwide was reviewed from the aspects of land area under organic management, land area under organic management in percentage of total agricultural area, and world markets for organic products. Soil organic matter amendments in date palm groves of the Middle Eastern and North African region:a mini-review

Countries in the Middle Eastern and North African (MENA) region are among the most water-scarce regions in the world, and their dryland soils are usually poor in organic carbon content (<0.5%). In this study, we summarize examples of how people in the few oases of the MENA region overcome environmental challenges by sustainably managing economically important date production. On the basis of the limited studies found in the existing literature, this mini-review focuses on the role of traditional soil organic matter amendments beneath the soil surface as a key tool in land restoration. We conclude that soil organic matter amendments can be very successful in restoring soil water and preventing the soil from salinization.

Firm review revelation policy considering social ties among consumers

An optimization model is proposed to analyze the optimal review revelation policies and consumer online social network management strategies of e-commerce firms.The results show that displaying friend reviews to consumers does not necessarily increase firms profits.Only when positive reviews account for a large proportion of all the reviews and when the cost of showing friend reviews is not high,can showing friend reviews be more profitable than not showing such information.The distribution of social ties among consumers can affect firms profits.Even in the case that showing friend reviews to consumers is more profitable,an increase in the proportion of strong ties is not necessarily beneficial to firms.Only when the proportion of positive reviews is large enough,can firms profits increase with the increase in the proportion of strong ties among consumers.Moreover,the degree of consumer distrust in the average quality rating can also affect firms strategies for managing consumer online social networks.As the degree of consumer distrust in the average quality rating rises,firms are more likely to obtain higher profits by taking measures to increase the proportion of strong ties among consumers on their websites.

Effective Opinion Spam Detection: A Study on Review Metadata Versus Content

Purpose:This paper aims to analyze the effectiveness of two major types of features—metadata-based(behavioral)and content-based(textual)—in opinion spam detection.Design/methodology/approach:Based on spam-detection perspectives,our approach works in three settings:review-centric(spam detection),reviewer-centric(spammer detection)and product-centric(spam-targeted product detection).Besides this,to negate any kind of classifier-bias,we employ four classifiers to get a better and unbiased reflection of the obtained results.In addition,we have proposed a new set of features which are compared against some well-known related works.The experiments performed on two real-world datasets show the effectiveness of different features in opinion spam detection.Findings:Our findings indicate that behavioral features are more efficient as well as effective than the textual to detect opinion spam across all three settings.In addition,models trained on hybrid features produce results quite similar to those trained on behavioral features than on the textual,further establishing the superiority of behavioral features as dominating indicators of opinion spam.The features used in this work provide improvement over existing features utilized in other related works.Furthermore,the computation time analysis for feature extraction phase shows the better cost efficiency of behavioral features over the textual.Research limitations:The analyses conducted in this paper are solely limited to two wellknown datasets,viz.,Yelp Zip and Yelp NYC of Yelp.com.Practical implications:The results obtained in this paper can be used to improve the detection of opinion spam,wherein the researchers may work on improving and developing feature engineering and selection techniques focused more on metadata information.Originality/value:To the best of our knowledge,this study is the first of its kind which considers three perspectives(review,reviewer and product-centric)and four classifiers to analyze the effectiveness of opinion spam detection using two major types of features.This study also introduces some novel features,which help to improve the performance of opinion spam detection methods.

Generating Quantitative Product Profile Using Char-Word CNNs

The online customer reviews provide important information for product improvement and redesign.However,many reviews are redundant with only several short sentences,which may even conflict with each other on the same aspect of a product.Thus it is usually a very challenging task to extract useful design information from the reviews and provide a clear description on the product’s various aspects amongst its competitors.In order to resolve this issue,we propose an approach to build hierarchical product profiles to describe a product’s kernel design aspects quantitatively.It is achieved via three main strategies:a double propagation strategy to achieve the associated features and customers’descriptions;a deep text processing network to build the aspect hierarchy;an aspect ranking approach to quantify each kernel design aspect.Experimental results validate the effectiveness of the proposed approach on online reviews.

Comparison of Single Loop and Dual Loop PP Reactors and PP Product Development

The present status of PP technology in China is presented. Through a review of single loop and dual loop PP reactor technology as well as development and utilization of PP products it is concluded that import of PP technology should be based on the demand of PP products and market trend with consideration of local conditions. The existing problems and future development of PP technology in China are discussed.

Empirical Research on Brand Spillover Effect of Agricultural Product under the Background of Product Injury Crisis

By referring to attribution theory,influence factor and internal mechanism of crisis brand generating two kinds of spillover effects are explored. In this paper,the influence mechanism on spillover effect is explored from the angles of network and industry information. Results show that high online review dispersion is easy to cause that consumer attributes the responsibility to the outside of the enterprise,while low online review dispersion is easy to cause that consumer attributes the responsibility to the inside of the enterprise; high industry base rate information is easy to cause that consumer attributes the responsibility to the outside of the enterprise,while low industry base rate information is easy to cause that consumer attributes the responsibility to the inside of the enterprise. When consumer attributes the responsibility to the outside of the enterprise,infectious network spillover is easy to occur. When consumer attributes the responsibility to the inside of the enterprise,contrast network spillover is easy to occur. Consumer's existing brand knowledge regulates the influence of online review dispersion on responsibility attribution and the influence of industry base rate information on responsibility attribution. Research result could provide effective theoretic reference and management suggestion for crisis enterprise and even whole industry responding to product injury crisis.

Effective Customer Review Analysis Using Combined Capsule Networks with Matrix Factorization Filtering

Nowadays,commercial transactions and customer reviews are part of human life and various business applications.The technologies create a great impact on online user reviews and activities,affecting the business process.Customer reviews and ratings are more helpful to the new customer to purchase the product,but the fake reviews completely affect the business.The traditional systems consume maximum time and create complexity while analyzing a large volume of customer information.Therefore,in this work optimized recommendation system is developed for analyzing customer reviews with minimum complexity.Here,Amazon Product Kaggle dataset information is utilized for investigating the customer review.The collected information is analyzed and processed by batch normalized capsule networks(NCN).The network explores the user reviews according to product details,time,price purchasing factors,etc.,ensuring product quality and ratings.Then effective recommendation system is developed using a butterfly optimized matrix factorizationfiltering approach.Then the system’s efficiency is evaluated using the Rand Index,Dunn index,accuracy,and error rate.

Exclusive cigar smoking in the United States and smoking-related diseases: A systematic review

BACKGROUND Little information has been published on the risks of cigar smoking.Since 1990 cigar smoking has become more prevalent in the United States.AIM To summarise the evidence from the United States relating exclusive cigar smoking to risk of the major smoking-related diseases.METHODS Literature searches detected studies carried out in the United States which estimated the risk of lung cancer,chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD),heart disease,stroke or overall circulatory disease in exclusive cigar smokers as compared to those who had never smoked any tobacco product.Papers were identified from reviews and detailed searches on MEDLINE.For each study,data were extracted onto a study database and a linked relative risk database.Relative risks and 95%CIs were extracted,or estimated,relating to current,former or ever exclusive cigar smokers,and meta-analysed using standard methods.Sensitivity analyses were conducted including or excluding results from studies that did not quite fit the full selection criteria(for example,a paper presenting combined results from five studies,where 86%of the population were in the United States).RESULTS The literature searches identified 17 relevant publications for lung cancer,four for COPD and 12 for heart disease,stroke and circulatory disease.These related to 11 studies for lung cancer,to four studies for COPD and to eight studies for heart disease,stroke or overall circulatory disease.As some studies provided results for more than one disease,the total number of studies considered was 13,with results from four of these used in sensitivity analyses.There was evidence of significant heterogeneity in some of the meta-analyses so the random-effects estimates are summarized below.As the results from the sensitivity analyses were generally very similar to those from the main analyses,and involved more data,only the sensitivity results are summarized below.For lung cancer,relative risks(95%CI)for current,former and ever smokers were respectively,2.98(2.08 to 4.26),1.61(1.23 to 2.09),and 2.22(1.79 to 2.74)based on 6,4 and 10 individual study estimates.For COPD,the corresponding estimates were 1.44(1.16 to 1.77),0.47(0.02 to 9.88),and 0.86(0.48 to 1.54)based on 4,2 and 2 estimates.For ischaemic heart disease(IHD)the estimates were 1.11(1.04 to 1.19),1.26(1.03 to 1.53)and 1.15(1.08 to 1.23)based on 6,3 and 4 estimates,while for stroke they were 1.02(0.92 to 1.13),1.08(0.85 to 1.38),and 1.11(0.95 to 1.31)based on 5,3 and 4 estimates.For overall circulatory disease they were 1.10(1.05 to 1.16),1.11(0.84 to 1.46),and 1.15(1.06 to 1.26)based on 3,3 and 4 estimates.CONCLUSION Exclusive cigar smoking is associated with an increased risk of lung cancer,and less so with COPD and IHD.The increases are lower than for cigarettes.

面向产品设计改进的顾客偏好分析与预测

针对顾客产品偏好快速变化对企业分析和预测顾客偏好能力的要求,提出一种面向产品改进的顾客偏好分析与预测方法,首先构建长短期记忆网络模型,预测产品设计迭代期间的情感值和重要度,并计算预测准确度;然后通过基于产品特征情感变化模式的产品设计改进模型判断各个特征的变化模式,明确待改进的产品特征及改进优先级;最后以DJI Mini 2无人机的在线评论为例验证了方法的有效性。

双碳目标下的氨燃料航空动力研究进展及展望

为了获得氨燃料航空动力应用潜力评价,本文综述了氨燃料的绿色制取方法、氨燃料燃烧特性的研究成果以及氨航空发动机设计过程中可能存在的技术问题和相应的解决方案。综合已有研究成果,本文认为氨燃料航空发动机具有非常广阔的应用前景,采用氨氢混合燃烧在未来有望成为氨燃料航空动力系统的优选方案。
