At the same time, the search process is divided into two steps: entire search (ES) and local search (LS), which improve the searching efficiency. The searching area is enlarged to avoid missing projection elements in ES process. An arc-length method is introduced in LS process. The unreliable National logistics system and the complexity of distribution system are the big obstacles. This study aims to analyze the value and to propose recommendation for further improvement of National distribution system for imported product. This study employed convenience sampling through in-depth interview to analyze the activity in freight forwarder (FF), distributor and retailer. To demonstrate and analyze the activity process in each party, Process Activity Mapping (PAM) was used as a tool. The study results showed that the delivery speed in Jakarta (8.4 min/km) is slower than that of Surabaya (6.6 min/km). The government support through creating adequate infrastructure, good bureaucracy system and good collaboration directly affects the activities of FF, distributor and retailer. Improving FF performance in a timely and reliable manner is required to reduce errors that may occur. Moreover, encouraging the practice of cold chain management is also necessary in distributing the product throughout Indonesia. The pull strategy can be chosen by retailer to eliminate storage activity. Meanwhile, the use of information technology (IT) system is essential to encourage better inventory management, database management and sharing information in distributor and retailer stage. 展开更多

The global automotive industry is giving a difficult and common test in order to create advanced life models in the near future plans or scenarios that include current autonomous vehicle technologies. Therefore, the main purpose of the research is to comparatively evaluate the impact of autonomous vehicle technologies, which are newly included in the automotive manufacturing industry under sustainable competition, on lean product development processes, value acquisition and preservation, in different organizational structures in the approach. Although mergers or brand acquisitions in the global automotive industry create joint R & D (Research Development) or joint new P & D (Product Development) process structures for the development of autonomous vehicle technologies, heavy competition continues in the market. These new processes create different needs for the merger and partnership of the renewed traffic infrastructures under national and international regulations, and for the implementation of the new autonomous life model. Firm and brand marriages, mergers or acquisitions in today’s automotive industry have ensured the high diffusion of lean product development processes under the stream of value creation or preservation carried out specific to the company under competition. Brand mergers in automotive industry companies struggling to survive under high competition create new work disciplines, professions, and engineering flow steps in lean product development processes. However, lean product development processes driven by technological innovation under simplification have resulted in the integration of parts and systems within the autonomous vehicle design structure, as well as creating new interdisciplinary value streams or different stakeholders. Therefore, the research revealed the significant effects of lean product development processes on the value stream in the automotive industry, on the mixed and lean product development process structure formed by new or existing vehicle systems (conventional vehicle) under the penetration of each existing and new discipline. This research compares the efficient operation steps of the process stakeholders in the autonomous vehicle design parts or systems containing innovation and new technology together with the value stream in the lean product development process, and the new process stakeholder’s business-oriented global and local automotive industry companies. New autonomous vehicle technologies, together with their unique software, hardware and development analysis, have been involved in the lean product development process with their interdisciplinary studies or expertise. Therefore, the study firstly focused on the technologies in environmental use together with the new basic features of autonomous vehicles, and then examined in depth the new or existing disciplines and interdisciplinary basic structure that these innovations affect under the value stream in the lean product development process. In addition, micro-level results and recommendations were shared, shedding light on how autonomous vehicle levels will create changes in the new product development process. 展开更多

For efficient use of value stream mapping(VSM)for multi-varieties and small batch production in a data-rich environment enabled by Industry 4.0 technologies,a systematic framework of VSM to rejuvenate traditional lean tools is proposed.It addresses the issue that traditional VSM requires intensive on-site investigation and replies on experience,which hinders decisionmaking efficiency in dynamic and complex environments.The proposed framework follows the data-information-knowledge hierarchy model,and demonstrates how data can be collected in a production workshop,processed into information,and then interpreted into knowledge.In this paper,the necessity and limitations of VSM in automated root cause analysis are first discussed,with a literature review on lean production tools,especially VSM and VSM-based decision making in Industry 4.0.An implementation case of a furniture manufacturer in China is presented,where decision tree algorithm was used for automated root cause analysis.The results indicate that automated VSM can make good use of production data to cater for multi-varieties and small batch production with timely on-site waste identification and analysis.The proposed framework is also suggested as a guideline to renew other lean tools for reliable and efficient decision-making. 展开更多

The delay in the delivery of laboratory results can be fatal and can even lead to the death of patients. This study was conducted at the clinical laboratory of the University Hospital of Kinshasa (UHK) from October 2020 to April 2021, aimed to evaluate the laboratory tests’ turnaround time (TAT) and to identify reasons for delay. TAT was quantified using a time and motion analysis approach. The evaluation of TAT consisted of comparing the overall intra-lab TAT with the suggested TAT using student t-test at 95% confidence intervals. Brainstorming was the root cause analysis tool used for identifying reasons for delay. In this study, the laboratory tests’ TATs were significantly higher (p < 0.001) comparing to international guidelines (60 minutes) and customers’ suggested TAT (120 minutes). Only 0.98% of the samples were reported within 60 minutes of patient reception and 1.47% within 120 minutes, i.e. an outlier rate of 98.5%. Root causes of delay related to Machinery, Management, Manpower, Materials, Method and Milieu. Because of many reasons, the laboratory is not meeting the established TAT. Preventive and curative measures must be undertaken to reduce the delay and improve the TAT. 展开更多

Stream cipher, DNA cryptography and DNA analysis are the most important R&D fields in both Cryptography and Bioinformatics. HC-256 is an emerged scheme as the new generation of stream ciphers for advanced network security. From a random sequencing viewpoint, both sequences of HC-256 and real DNA data may have intrinsic pseudo-random properties respectively. In a recent decade, many DNA sequencing projects are developed on cells, plants and animals over the world into huge DNA databases. Researchers notice that mammalian genomes encode thousands of large noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs), interact with chromatin regulatory complexes, and are thought to play a role in localizing these complexes to target loci across the genome. It is a challenge target using higher dimensional visualization tools to organize various complex interactive properties as visual maps. The Variant Map System (VMS) as an emerging scheme is systematically proposed in this paper to apply multiple maps that used four Meta symbols as same as DNA or RNA representations. System architecture of key components and core mechanism on the VMS are described. Key modules, equations and their I/O parameters are discussed. Applying the VM System, two sets of real DNA sequences from both sample human (noncoding DNA) and corn (coding DNA) genomes are collected in comparison with pseudo DNA sequences generated by HC-256 to show their intrinsic properties in higher levels of similar relationships among relevant DNA sequences on 2D maps. Sample 2D maps are listed and their characteristics are illustrated under controllable environment. Researchers notice that mammalian genomes encoding thousands of large noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs), interact with chromatin regulatory complexes, and are thought to play a role in localizing these complexes to target loci across the genome. In this paper, a Pseudo DNA Variant MapPDVM is proposed following Cellular Automata to represent multiple maps that use four Meta symbols as well as DNA or RNA representations. This heightened challenge is virtually driving all manufacturing companies to introducing lean manufacturing principles into their production systems. This paper focuses on the analysis of the current state mapping of a case study and then proposes a future state mapping to the company. The extruder 60 production line of Denki wires and cables limited, Akure, Nigeria was carefully evaluated. Data were collected from actual operators on the shop floor and feedbacks from the customers at the Gemba. Denki's extruder 60 production line production lead time was massively reduced from 38.42 days to 5.16 days with a 12.86% waste reduction. At the end, a practical way of implementing this aspect of lean manufacturing was suggested. 展开更多

为探究萌芽期大蒜挥发性物质的差异,采用电子鼻、捕集阱顶空-气质联用仪(Trap head space-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry,HS-Trap-GC-MS)结合正交偏最小二乘法判别分析(Orthogonal partial least squares discriminant analysis... 为探究萌芽期大蒜挥发性物质的差异,采用电子鼻、捕集阱顶空-气质联用仪(Trap head space-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry,HS-Trap-GC-MS)结合正交偏最小二乘法判别分析(Orthogonal partial least squares discriminant analysis,OPLS-DA)、香气活度值、差异性热图、相关性分析分析大蒜萌芽在0、24、48、72、96 h挥发性物质的差异。电子鼻结合OPLS-DA建立预测模型其预测能力达96.00%。GC-MS分析表明:含硫化合物是不同萌芽期大蒜的主要共有挥发性物质,含硫化合物的相对含量随萌芽时间的延长而呈递减趋势,而种类呈现出递增趋势;二烯丙基二硫醚是样品在萌芽过程中含量降低最多的物质。二烯丙基四硫醚、烯丙硫醇是样品共有关键化合物。差异性热图分析显示:除共有物质含量差异外,硫化丙烯、己醛、叠氮二羧酸二叔丁酯、丙烯醇、6-甲基-2-庚炔、5-甲基噻二唑、2-亚乙基-1,3-二硫烷、2-丙-2-炔基磺酰基丙烷、2,5-二甲基噻吩、2,5-二甲基呋喃、1-戊烯-3-醇、1,3-二噻烷的缺失进一步加大了未萌芽和萌芽大蒜气味的差异。萌芽大蒜主要共有挥发性物质的种类随萌芽时间的延长呈现递增趋势。大蒜主要挥发性物质与电子鼻大多数传感器存在显著相关性。大蒜的气味强度会随萌芽时间的延长而逐步减弱。 展开更多

目的分析急性心肌梗死患者急诊术前院内流程现状,并绘制价值流程图(VSM),为院内流程改善提供依据,以提高患者救治效率。方法选择2022年3月至2023年3月在我院救治的93例急性心肌梗死患者为研究对象。小组成员记录患者抵达急诊分诊台到被... 目的分析急性心肌梗死患者急诊术前院内流程现状,并绘制价值流程图(VSM),为院内流程改善提供依据,以提高患者救治效率。方法选择2022年3月至2023年3月在我院救治的93例急性心肌梗死患者为研究对象。小组成员记录患者抵达急诊分诊台到被送入手术室或介入中心的每一个院内流程环节的时间。基于VSM的标准图标和已记录的时间信息,绘制急性心肌梗死患者急诊术前院内流程VSM。结果急性心肌梗死患者急诊术前院内工作时间(P/T)为14~71 min,等待时间(W/T)为6~262 min,总流程时间(L/T)为20~333 min,其中家属缴费、心电图检查、抽血送检、术前准备、家属参与决策、办理入院和患者入手术室或介入中心的等待时间较长。结论急性心肌梗死患者急诊术前院内流程仍有较大的优化空间,进一步优化急诊术前院内流程形成精细化管理,以提高医疗服务质量和急性心肌梗死的救治效率。 展开更多

贸易壁垒与全球价值链参与度的影响对于提高中国全球价值链参与度具有重要意义。本文运用CiteSpace可视化软件,以WOS数据库和CNKI数据库中收录的文献为研究对象,研究中外文贸易壁垒与全球价值链参与度领域文献发表情况与发表区域,并对... 贸易壁垒与全球价值链参与度的影响对于提高中国全球价值链参与度具有重要意义。本文运用CiteSpace可视化软件,以WOS数据库和CNKI数据库中收录的文献为研究对象,研究中外文贸易壁垒与全球价值链参与度领域文献发表情况与发表区域,并对该领域的研究热点进行分析。结果表明:(1)研究该主题的学者大多来自中国,目前美国和中国是研究贸易壁垒与全球价值链热度最高的国家;(2)在中英文贸易壁垒与全球价值链研究关键词频次最高的前十位中,外文对全球价值链研究较多,中文对贸易壁垒研究较多。结合贸易壁垒与全球价值链研究所呈现的研究现状,未来研究应加强学者及机构间的联系,并紧跟现实推进贸易壁垒和全球价值链的测算方法统一,促进全球价值链参与度的提升。 展开更多

目的通过对动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血(aSAH)患者急诊术前院内流程的调查,分析出血性脑卒中患者院内流程现状,为流程优化提供直接依据。方法采用目的抽样法,选取2017年10月—2018年2月在首都医科大学宣武医院经急诊入院治疗的aSAH 32例患... 目的通过对动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血(aSAH)患者急诊术前院内流程的调查,分析出血性脑卒中患者院内流程现状,为流程优化提供直接依据。方法采用目的抽样法,选取2017年10月—2018年2月在首都医科大学宣武医院经急诊入院治疗的aSAH 32例患者为研究对象。从患者到达急诊分诊台开始计时,直至进入手术室或介入中心终止,小组成员跟踪全过程,记录各环节时间。依据价值流程图的通用图标及记录的时间数据绘制患者急诊术前院内流程的价值流程图。结果 aSAH患者急诊术前院内工作时间为9~104 min,等待时间为6~3 658 min,总流程时间为15~3 762 min,入手术室或介入中心、家属参与决策、术前准备、办理入院、抽血送检的等待时间较长。结论 aSAH患者急诊术前院内流程存在较大改进空间,加强多学科合作、精细化管理、人性化服务、启动绿色通道等是优化aSAH患者急诊术前院内流程的关键措施。 展开更多
