Then, the g...This paper presents a method for detecting the small infrared target under complex background. An algorithm, named local mutation weighted information entropy (LMWIE), is proposed to suppress background. Then, the grey value of targets is enhanced by calculating the local energy. Image segmentation based on the adaptive threshold is used to solve the problems that the grey value of noise is enhanced with the grey value improvement of targets. Experimental results show that compared with the adaptive Butterworth high-pass filter method, the proposed algorithm is more effective and faster for the infrared small target detection.展开更多

Based on the essential principle of sustainable development, this paper puts forward a general idea on water resources optimization and eco-environmental protection in Qaidam Basin, and identifies the competitive multiple targets of water resources optimization. By some qualitative methods such as Input-output Model & AHP Model and some quantitative methods such as System Dynamics Model & Produce Function Model, some standard plans of water resources optimization come into being. According to the Multiple Targets Decision by the Closest Value Model, the best plan of water resources optimization, eco-environmental protection and sustainable development in Qaidam Basin is finally decided.展开更多
Social judgments are usually made in the context of complex information including verbal cues.Here we investigated the impact of verbal statements on social judgments by biasing male and female neutral faces with desc...Social judgments are usually made in the context of complex information including verbal cues.Here we investigated the impact of verbal statements on social judgments by biasing male and female neutral faces with descriptives of differentially-valenced behaviour(criticizing or praising) targeting others or objects. Results showed significant main effects of valence and target, such that critical individuals were rated lower in likeability than praising ones and those targeting others relative to objects were valued less. In particular, those who criticized others were the most unlikeable. Among critical individuals, men were less likeable than women. Similarly, men became less valued while targeting others. Overall these findings suggest that the negative impact of critical attributes may trigger avoidance in social interaction while the positive impact of praise may trigger approach.展开更多

Apart from the Legislation Law, local regulations of provinces and municipalities have also made a positive contribution to the perfection of the legislative disclosure system, leading the Legislation Law in many specific processes and specific measures, and playing the role of legislative exploration and experimentation. To summarize the new development of the legislative disclosure system on the part of the Legislation Law and local legislative practice is of important theoretical and practical value for promoting the continued maturity and improvement of this important legislative system.展开更多
To achieve sufficient air conditioning of large buildings,reasonable air distribution in indoor spaces is an effective method for creating stratified air conditioning.Therefore,optimizing the air distribution in large...To achieve sufficient air conditioning of large buildings,reasonable air distribution in indoor spaces is an effective method for creating stratified air conditioning.Therefore,optimizing the air distribution in large buildings is extremely significant.In this paper,we expound on a new method for air distribution design and optimization based on target value evaluation and summarize the relevant design processes based on an orthogonal test and by decoupling the effects of the size of the tuyere,airflow temperature,air-supply angle and velocity on air distribution.Then,we present a design case.To optimize the distribution of a lateral air supply in winter,the deflection angle,velocity and temperature of the air supply can be determined in turn.For the large and tall building types addressed in this paper,the optimal air-supply angle is 2°,the optimal air-supply velocity is 8 m/s,and the optimal air-supply temperature is 19℃.展开更多
