Sutong Bridge is a cable-stayed bridge with a steel box girder and a main span of 1 088 m.The steel box girder of main span includes five portions:back span large unit,large block of pylon,standard girder,back span cl...Sutong Bridge is a cable-stayed bridge with a steel box girder and a main span of 1 088 m.The steel box girder of main span includes five portions:back span large unit,large block of pylon,standard girder,back span closure girder and middle span closure girder.Each back span large unit is fabricated by welding several deck segments together in factory,and is erected by floating crane.As navigational clearance of the main bridge is high,the traditional truss lifting device can't satisfy the requirement of domestic lifting cranes for this kind of lifting height and weight.Hence,a kind of lighter lifting device for the erection of back span large units was accepted for this bridge.In this paper,the design and use of this lifting device is introduced.The upper structure used lifting gantry to install the standard girder segment by cantilever method.Because the bridge's navigation clearance is high,and the girder segment is wide and heavy,the meteorology and hydrology condition of the bridge district is abominable,and the requirements of long cable girder side pull-in,structure and performance propose high request to the lifting gantry.In this paper,the design and use key point of long cable pull-in angle adjustment device integrate into lifting gantry is introduced.展开更多

This web-based boot includes boot body, lifting device and support to support the feet and the lifting device to fix on the boot body. The support uses the lifting device to connect to the bottom of the boot body, and through the lifting device function, it can have lifting displacement to the boot bottom. The workers put foot fixed on the support, so as to make the inflating lifting boots walk along with the workers. The adjusting lifting device can make support member move far or near the bottom direction of boot body. The workers can lift higher or lower along with the support. The workers can adjust the lifting device according to specific work height, without using or moving ladder or stool, to save time and improve the work efficiency.展开更多
Natural orifice transluminal endoscopic surgery(NOTES)associated with less pain,shorter hospital stay,and outstanding cosmetic results has drawn considerable attention from the academic community.For NOTES,pneumoperit...Natural orifice transluminal endoscopic surgery(NOTES)associated with less pain,shorter hospital stay,and outstanding cosmetic results has drawn considerable attention from the academic community.For NOTES,pneumoperitoneum is an essential technology to obtain intraperitoneal surgical space,which,however,can have some serious adverse hemodynamic effects.In this paper,we propose a novel intra-abdominal wall-lifting device that can replace the pneumoperitoneum functionally for transvaginal NOTES(vNOTES).The device consists mainly of two layers of elastic strips,namely,the outer strips that are used to lift the abdominal wall for surgical exposure and the inner strip with a camera mounted that can rotate to provide a wide surgical field of view.With the design,gasless vNOTES can be carried out with 82.74% of the operative field provided by pneumoperitoneum,eliminating all complications associated with gas insufflation.The design principle and kinematic analysis of the device are discussed in detail and validated by experiments.Finally,a prototype is fabricated to demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed concept.展开更多
