Methods Vestibular function tests were performed on 32 patients with AN and 36 normal subjects including electronystagmopraphy(ENG) and static postrography(SPG). The results from the two groups were compared. Results Equilibrium function in patients with AN, was abnormal, compared to normal subjects. Vestibular schwannomas(VS)are benign tumors of the vestibular nerve.The common first symptoms are hearing loss and tinnitus,followed by imbalance,vertigo,and facial nerve involvement.The subjective symptoms of VS patients are not consistent with the severity of vestibular lesions and the results of vestibular tests,which often interfere with clinicians’diagnoses.Thus,the main screening and diagnostic methods for VS are audiometry and magnetic resonance imaging(MRI),ignoring the evaluation of vestibular function at the source of pathological lesions.With the development and improvement of vestibular evaluation technology and its wide application in the clinic,modern vestibular examination technology can reflect the severity and frequency of vestibular lesions and compensation from multiple perspectives,providing an objective basis for the diagnosis and treatment of vestibular diseases.In this report,we review the results and characteristics of vestibular tests in VS patients and further clarify the clinical value of vestibular function assessment in the diagnosis and treatment of VS. 展开更多

Background:Military operation personnel often suffer from sleep difficulty because of their work requirements.In this study,we investigated the efficacy of zaleplon at two doses to induce afternoon-sleep under noise interference and its effects on psychomotor performance and vestibular function; we subsequently established the optimal dosage regimen for military operation personnel.Methods:Twenty-two healthy young male volunteers were recruited for the study.Eight subjects took 10 mg or 15 mg of zaleplon and placebo alternately and then were exposed to noise.Changes in polysomnography(PSG) indices,including sleep latency(SL),sleep efficiency(SE) and sleep structure,were recorded after drug administration.After awakening,the volunteers' subjective judgments of sleep quality and sleepiness were measured.Eight volunteers underwent 3 psychomotor performance tests at a one-week interval,and the psychomotor performance tests were conducted before and after taking zaleplon and placebo.Six volunteers participated in the vestibular function test session,and parameters,including optokinetic nystagmus(OKN),vestibular ocular reflex(VOR),visualvestibular ocular reflex(VVOR) and vestibular ocular reflex fixation suppression(VOR-Fix),were detected by the same experimental design as described above.The data of sleep observations were subjected to one-way variance analysis.Results:Compared with the placebo group,SL was shortened significantly,and the scores of subjective sleep quality and sleep depth were clearly increased in the zaleplon 10 mg group(P<0.05).Moreover,the SE and the percent of REM(rapid eye movement) sleep were increased remarkably in the zaleplon 15 mg group(P<0.01).Furthermore,the SE,percent of REM sleep and scores of subjective sleep depth in the zaleplon 15 mg group were significantly higher than in the zaleplon 10 mg group(P<0.05).The psychomotor performance did not change significantly after ingestion of 10 mg or 15 mg of zaleplon,whereas the OKN and VOR gains were lower in the two dose groups of zaleplon(P<0.05) and restored to normal 3h after drug ingestion.Conclusion:Zaleplon is an ideal hypnotic for military personnel,and its hypnotic efficiency is dose-related under noise interference; a 15 mg dose of zaleplon could provide significantly better sleep than a 10 mg dose of zaleplon. 展开更多

Effect of health education based on information-motivationbehavioral skills model on patients with unilateral vestibular dysfunction

BACKGROUND Vestibular dysfunction(VH)is a common concomitant symptom of late peri-pheral vestibular lesions,which can be trauma,poisoning,infection,heredity,and neurodegeneration,but about 50%of the causes are unknown.The study uses the information-motivation-behavioral skills(IMB)model for health education,effectively improve the quality of life,increase their self-confidence,reduce anxiety and depression,and effectively improve the psychological state of patients.AIM To explore the effect of health education based on the IMB model on the degree of vertigo,disability,anxiety and depression in patients with unilateral vestibular hypofunction.METHODS The clinical data of 80 patients with unilateral vestibular hypofunction from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected as the retrospective research objects,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group with 40 cases in each group according to different nursing methods.Among them,the control group was given routine nursing health education and guidance,and the observation group was given health education and guidance based on the IMB model.The changes in self-efficacy,anxiety and depression,and quality of life of patients with unilateral VH were compared between the two groups.RESULTS There was no significant difference in General Self-Efficacy Scale(GSES)scale scores between the two groups of patients before nursing(P>0.05),which was comparable;after nursing,the GSES scale scores of the two groups were higher than those before nursing.The nursing group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the scores of Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale(HADS)and anxiety and depression subscales between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).After nursing,the HADS score,anxiety,and depression subscale scores of the two groups of patients were lower than those before nursing,and the nursing group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the Dizziness Handicap Inventory(DHI)scale and DHI-P,DHI-E and DHI-F scores in the two groups were decreased,and the scores in the nursing group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Health education based on the IMB model can effectively improve patients'quality of life,increase self-efficacy of patients with unilateral vestibular hypofunction,enhance patients'confidence,enable patients to resume normal work and life as soon as possible,reduce patients'anxiety and depression,and effectively improve patients'psychological status. 展开更多

Background This study aimed to evaluate the relationship between vestibular and auditory functions in pediatric patients with sudden sensorineural hearing loss(SSHL).Methods A total of 30 pediatric patients experiencing unilateral SSHL between 5.9 and 13.0 years of age were enrolled in this study.Pure tone audiometry was evaluated prior to treatment initiation and again after one month of treatment.Prior to treatment initiation,vertigo symptoms were noted;then several vestibular function tests were conducted including caloric testing,ocular vestibular evoked myogenic potentials(o-VEMPs)and cervical vestibular evoked myogenic potentials(c-VEMPs).Associations between pre and post-treatment vestibular function and hearing threshold levels were analyzed.Results Initial hearing thresholds of children with vertigo were higher than thresholds of children without vertigo(92 dB vs 79 dB,F=0.033),while initial hearing thresholds of children with abnormal caloric test findings were higher than thresholds of children with normal caloric test findings(93 dB vs 67 dB.P=0.014).Cutoff values of hearing thresholds for those with vertigo symptoms and abnormal vestibular test results were 86.000-and 89.583-dB HL.respectively.Regarding prognosis,children with vertigo exhibited lower recovery rates than children without vertigo(33%vs 75%,P=0.025);recovery rates of children with abnormal caloric test results were lower than the overall recovery rate(25%vs 73%,respectively,P=0.039).Conclusion Assessments of vertigo symptoms and vestibular function are useful tools in predicting pediatric SwSHL patient disease severity and prognosis. 展开更多

The aim of this research was to investigate the effects of modafinil,a new wake-promoting agent,on vestibular function during 24 h sleep deprivation(SD)so as to provide experimental evidence for the rational use of this drug among air crew.Eight young,healthy male volunteers were exposed to two 24 h periods of continuous wakefulness during the crossover experiment.Initially,200 mg dose of modafinil was given,and one week later,a matching placebo was administered.The SD time started from 08:00 of the first day to 08:00 of the second day.Drugs were given at 0:00 on the second day.Vestibular function was tested at 21:00 on the first day and 1,3,5,7 h after drug administration.The accuracy of saccade tracking and gains in visual-vestibular optokinetic reflex(VVOR)and optokinetic nystagmus(OKN)in the placebo group decreased during 24 h SD,especially at 01:00–05:00 on the second day,while OKN gains in the modafinil group increased significantly.There were no significant differences in the other vestibular functional indices between the modafinil group and placebo group.The 24 h SD can influence vestibular function to a certain degree,but modafinil may improve OKN. 展开更多

目的 探讨前庭康复是否有助于缓解创伤性颅脑损伤(TBI)患者眩晕症状。方法 计算机检索国内外数据库有关TBI患者使用前庭康复的随机对照研究,检索时限为建库至2023年6月1日,采用Revman 5.3软件进行统计分析。结果 共纳入7项研究,共计330... 目的 探讨前庭康复是否有助于缓解创伤性颅脑损伤(TBI)患者眩晕症状。方法 计算机检索国内外数据库有关TBI患者使用前庭康复的随机对照研究,检索时限为建库至2023年6月1日,采用Revman 5.3软件进行统计分析。结果 共纳入7项研究,共计330名TBI患者。Meta分析结果显示,对TBI患者进行前庭康复有助于缓解眩晕症状[MD=-3.79,95%CI-5.13,-2.45,P<0.05]和焦虑抑郁情绪[MD=-0.76,95%CI(-1.34,-0.17),P<0.05],能改善其平衡功能[SMD=-0.59,95%CI(-0.94,-0.23),P<0.05]和前庭功能[MD=-3.36,95%CI(-6.38,-0.35),P<0.05],并对缓解轻度TBI患者脑震荡后症状也有一定效果[SMD=-0.55,95%CI(-0.89,-0.21),P<0.05]。结论 前庭康复能缓解TBI患者眩晕症状和焦虑抑郁情绪,可改善平衡功能和前庭功能,并可缓解轻度TBI患者脑震荡后症状,日后可将前庭康复加入到颅脑损伤患者康复方案中。 展开更多

目的探讨前庭康复训练对脑卒中患者平衡功能及步行能力的影响。方法选取首次发病脑卒中患者40例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各20例。对照组采用常规的平衡功能训练,治疗组在此基础上加用前庭康复训练,3次/d,根据患者耐受情况,3~12 min/次,... 目的探讨前庭康复训练对脑卒中患者平衡功能及步行能力的影响。方法选取首次发病脑卒中患者40例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各20例。对照组采用常规的平衡功能训练,治疗组在此基础上加用前庭康复训练,3次/d,根据患者耐受情况,3~12 min/次,5 d/周,共干预8周。在干预前(T0)和干预8周后(T1)对患者进行Berg平衡量表(BBS)评分、计时起立-行走测验(TUGT)测试和Tinetti平衡与步态量表(POMA)评估。结果干预后2组患者的BBS评分、POMA评分均较干预前显著提高(P<0.05),治疗组BBS得分高于对照组(P<0.05),干预后2组POMA评分比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。TUGT测试2组用时均较干预前减少,评分均较干预前降低,干预后治疗组TUGT评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论前庭康复训练结合常规平衡功能及步行训练,能更有效地改善脑卒中患者平衡功能及步行时的稳定性和安全性,减少跌倒风险。 展开更多

脑卒中康复期患者前庭功能减退情况及其影响因素分析

目的分析脑卒中康复期患者前庭功能减退情况及其影响因素。方法选取2021年7月—2023年5月收治的脑卒中康复期327例,根据治疗后3个月是否存在前庭功能减退分为前庭功能减退组和前庭功能未减退组。收集2组一般资料,采用单因素、Lasso回归... 目的分析脑卒中康复期患者前庭功能减退情况及其影响因素。方法选取2021年7月—2023年5月收治的脑卒中康复期327例,根据治疗后3个月是否存在前庭功能减退分为前庭功能减退组和前庭功能未减退组。收集2组一般资料,采用单因素、Lasso回归、Logistic回归方程分析脑卒中康复期患者前庭功能减退影响因素,采用R语言绘制预测前庭功能减退发生风险的列线图模型,采用受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线评价列线图的预测效能。结果治疗后3个月脑卒中康复期患者前庭功能减退发生率为29.66%(97/327)。Logistic回归分析结果显示,年龄≥60岁、有吸烟史、入院美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分>4分、合并高脂血症、合并高血压、合并颈椎病、合并焦虑情绪、后循环近段卒中是脑卒中康复期患者发生前庭功能减退的危险因素,开展前庭功能锻炼是脑卒中康复期患者发生前庭功能减退的保护因素(P<0.01)。Logistic回归模型预测脑卒中康复期患者发生前庭功能减退的列线图C-index为0.889,该列线图预测脑卒中康复期患者发生前庭功能减退的ROC曲线下面积为0.889(95%CI:0.849,0.928)。结论脑卒中康复期患者前庭功能减退发生率较高,年龄、有吸烟史、入院NIHSS评分、合并高脂血症、合并高血压、合并颈椎病、合并焦虑情绪、卒中部位、开展前庭功能锻炼是其前庭功能减退影响因素,临床可据此制订针对性防治措施,以进一步改善患者预后。 展开更多

听神经瘤术后早期前庭症状特征及影响因素分析

目的通过收集听神经瘤患者术前前庭功能检查及术后早期前庭症状表现,探究听神经瘤患者术后早期前庭功能特点及相关影响因素。方法研究纳入64例在2021年2月—2022年2月期间接受肿瘤切除治疗的单侧听神经瘤患者。分别于术后1 d、3 d、7 d... 目的通过收集听神经瘤患者术前前庭功能检查及术后早期前庭症状表现,探究听神经瘤患者术后早期前庭功能特点及相关影响因素。方法研究纳入64例在2021年2月—2022年2月期间接受肿瘤切除治疗的单侧听神经瘤患者。分别于术后1 d、3 d、7 d、30 d记录患者前庭症状类型,并使用前庭症状相关视觉模拟量表(VAS-V)对前庭症状的严重程度进行评价。根据术后30 d VAS-V评分中位数(VAS-V评分中位数=2)将患者分为前庭症状缓解组(VAS-V≤2)和前庭症状存续组(VAS-V>2)。比较2组患者的人口学信息、Koos分级、术前前庭功能检查结果的差异;构建二元logistic回归模型探索术后早期前庭症状存续的影响因素。结果听神经瘤术后第3天前庭症状表现最明显;术后7~30 d,没有明显变化;术后30 d以头晕和姿势不稳为主,分别有33例(51.6%)和31例(48.4%)。二元logistics回归分析显示,视频头脉冲试验(vHIT)增益正常(OR=4.06,P=0.039)、冷热试验单侧减弱(UW)<75%(OR=12.45,P=0.001)、女性(OR=0.22,P=0.038)是术后30 d前庭症状存续的独立风险因素。结论术前前庭功能、性别是预测听神经瘤患者术后前庭症状的重要因素,且术前前庭功能损伤程度与术后前庭症状存续时间呈负相关,有助于为听神经瘤患者术后早期前庭功能恢复情况提供参考。 展开更多

Objective: To investigate the effects of conductive hearing loss(CHL) on vestibular evoked myogenic potentials(VEMPs) using a simulated CHL model, and to provide the basis for future studies.Methods: Twenty-one healthy subjects were recruited in this study. We measured ocular VEMPs(o VEMPs) and cervical VEMPs(c VEMPs) in these subjects by air-conduction sound(ACS) stimulation. CHL was simulated later by blocking the right external auditory canal with a soundproof earplug to evaluate its impacts on VEMPs. Subjects' responses before simulated CHL served as the control, and were compared to their responses following simulated CHL.Results: o VEMPs following simulated CHL showed decreased response rate, elevated thresholds, attenuated amplitudes and prolonged N1 latencies compared with those before simulated CHL, and the differences were statistically significant. Similarly, c VEMPs following simulated CHL also showed decreased response rate, elevated thresholds and attenuated amplitudes, with prolonged P1 latencies compared with those before simulated CHL, although only differences in response rate, threshold and amplitude were significant.Conclusions: Conductive hearing loss affects the response rate and other response parameters in o VEMPs and c VEMPs. 展开更多

前庭电刺激联合闭链功能训练对脑卒中患者下肢运动和平衡功能的影响

目的:观察前庭电刺激联合闭链功能训练对脑卒中患者下肢运动和平衡功能的疗效。方法:选取50例脑卒中恢复期偏瘫患者,按照随机对照表法分为对照组和观察组各25例。对照组患者进行下肢功能训练,以闭链康复训练为主,观察组在闭链功能训练... 目的:观察前庭电刺激联合闭链功能训练对脑卒中患者下肢运动和平衡功能的疗效。方法:选取50例脑卒中恢复期偏瘫患者,按照随机对照表法分为对照组和观察组各25例。对照组患者进行下肢功能训练,以闭链康复训练为主,观察组在闭链功能训练过程中同步进行前庭电刺激。治疗前及治疗2周后,利用步态分析系统对患者的步态周期、支撑相、摆动相和步速进行测量,分别采用下肢Fugl-Meyer运动功能量表(FMA-LE)、Berg平衡量表(BBS)及改良Barthel指数(MBI)分别评估患者的下肢运动能力、平衡功能及日常生活能力。结果:治疗2周后,对照组患者步态周期、支撑相时间均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),观察组步态周期、支撑相较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),步速较治疗前显著提高(P<0.05),观察组步态周期、支撑相时间、步速变化优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后2组患者FMA-LE、MBI和BBS评分均较治疗前显著提高(P<0.05),观察组FMA-LE、BBS、MBI评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:前庭功能训练联合下肢闭链训练可改善脑卒中患者的平衡功能和步行能力,值得临床推广。 展开更多

目的:观察凝视稳定训练对脑卒中偏瘫患者平衡功能和下肢运动功能的疗效。方法:将58例脑卒中偏瘫患者随机分为观察组和对照组各29例。对照组给予常规康复训练,观察组在此基础上加用凝视稳定训练。治疗前和治疗6周后分别采用Berg平衡量表(... 目的:观察凝视稳定训练对脑卒中偏瘫患者平衡功能和下肢运动功能的疗效。方法:将58例脑卒中偏瘫患者随机分为观察组和对照组各29例。对照组给予常规康复训练,观察组在此基础上加用凝视稳定训练。治疗前和治疗6周后分别采用Berg平衡量表(BBS)评定静态和动态平衡功能,动态步态指数(DGI)评定动态平衡功能,Balance-B平衡评定与训练系统评定静态平衡功能和跌倒风险,Fugl-Meyer运动评分量表中下肢部分(FMA-LE)评定下肢运动功能,Holden步行功能分级(FAC)评定步行功能,改良Barthel指数(MBI)评定日常生活活动(ADL)能力。结果:治疗6周后,2组患者BBS、DGI、FMA-LE、FAC和MBI均较治疗前显著提高(P<0.01),且观察组均更高于对照组(P<0.01,0.05);2组患者X轴和Y轴重心偏移、X轴和Y轴重心移动平均速度、重心移动总轨迹长和跌倒风险系数均较治疗前显著下降(P<0.01),且观察组均更低于对照组(P<0.01,0.05)。结论:凝视稳定训练能有效改善脑卒中偏瘫患者静态和动态平衡功能,降低跌倒风险,提高下肢运动功能、步行功能和ADL能力。 展开更多

目的利用前庭性错觉模拟训练系统,通过比较三种不同转速下受试者前庭性错觉诱发情况、前庭自主神经反应和心血管功能的变化,为制定适宜的前庭性错觉模拟训练方案提供实验依据。方法20名健康青年受试者在前庭性错觉模拟训练系统上分别接... 目的利用前庭性错觉模拟训练系统,通过比较三种不同转速下受试者前庭性错觉诱发情况、前庭自主神经反应和心血管功能的变化,为制定适宜的前庭性错觉模拟训练方案提供实验依据。方法20名健康青年受试者在前庭性错觉模拟训练系统上分别接受15、20及25 r/min转速的前庭刺激,每种转速刺激持续时间5 min,并在匀速阶段做快速左右转头或抬头动作。记录受试者训练前后错觉发生率、前庭症状、血压、心率及心率变异性的变化。结果受试者在15、20及25 r/min三种转速的错觉诱发率分别为50%、85%和90%(P<0.05),前庭症状评分分别为3.9、4.7和5.9(P<0.05)。与实验前相比,20及25 r/min转速下受试者心率变异性高频功率显著降低(P<0.05)、低频功率显著升高(P<0.05),25 r/min转速下低频/高频显著升高(P<0.05),但三种转速间比较心率变异性指标均无显著性差异。结论三种不同强度的前庭刺激均可不同程度增强交感神经兴奋性,前庭反应和错觉诱发率均随转速增加而增加。20 r/min转速时前庭性错觉诱发率较高,同时前庭反应相对较小,适宜开展前庭性错觉模拟训练。 展开更多

目的 研究标准化前庭刺激对病毒性脑炎合并慢性意识障碍患儿昏迷程度、意识状态及脑功能的影响。方法 选取河南省儿童医院郑州儿童医院2020年8月至2023年8月76例病毒性脑炎合并慢性意识障碍患儿采用随机数字表分组,对照组38例给予常规康... 目的 研究标准化前庭刺激对病毒性脑炎合并慢性意识障碍患儿昏迷程度、意识状态及脑功能的影响。方法 选取河南省儿童医院郑州儿童医院2020年8月至2023年8月76例病毒性脑炎合并慢性意识障碍患儿采用随机数字表分组,对照组38例给予常规康复,观察组38例增加标准化前庭刺激,对比两组患儿治疗效果、昏迷程度、意识状态、恢复清醒时间和脑功能。结果 观察组治疗总有效率94.74%高于对照组73.68%(P<0.05);观察组治疗后,儿童格拉斯哥昏迷量表(PGCS)评分为(11.11±1.92)分,高于对照组(9.05±1.69)分(P<0.05);观察组治疗后,儿童意识障碍评估量表(CCAS)评分和平均恢复清醒时间分别为(9.36±2.28)分、(30.14±4.41)d,低于对照组(15.68±2.69)分、(33.52±6.24)d(P<0.05);观察组治疗后,患儿脑功能分级Ⅰ~Ⅱ级者占60.53%,Ⅲ~Ⅳ级者占39.47%,对照组Ⅰ~Ⅱ级者占34.21%,Ⅲ~Ⅳ级者占60.53%,Ⅴ~Ⅵ级者占5.26%,观察组患儿脑功能分级优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 标准化前庭刺激能够有效促进病毒性脑炎合并慢性意识障碍患儿恢复意识,缩短恢复清醒时间,降低昏迷程度,提高脑功能。 展开更多

目的:探讨针刺颞后线配合前庭功能训练对慢性腰痛的疗效。方法:选取2022年1月14日—10月15日在福建中医药大学附属人民医院针灸科就诊的慢性腰痛门诊及住院患者74例,采用信封法随机分成对照组和观察组,各37例。对照组治疗方案为针刺腰... 目的:探讨针刺颞后线配合前庭功能训练对慢性腰痛的疗效。方法:选取2022年1月14日—10月15日在福建中医药大学附属人民医院针灸科就诊的慢性腰痛门诊及住院患者74例,采用信封法随机分成对照组和观察组,各37例。对照组治疗方案为针刺腰腿部膀胱经的腧穴,观察组治疗方案为在对照组治疗方案的基础上加针刺双侧颞后线、前庭功能训练。两组针刺法均每天治疗1次,1个疗程治疗5次,每疗程间隔2 d,共治疗2个疗程。比较两组疗效及治疗前后疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)变化情况及Fukuda踏步试验身体移动距离及旋转度数。结果:观察组疗效优于对照组(P<0.001);与治疗前比较,两组治疗后VAS评分、ODI、Fukuda踏步试验中移动距离及旋转度数均有明显降低,观察组较对照组均更低(P<0.05)。结论:针刺颞后线配合前庭功能训练治疗慢性腰痛效果显著。 展开更多

目的:观察Epley手法复位联合药物治疗良性阵发性位置性眩晕患者的效果。方法:选取2019年2月至2021年1月该院收治的102例良性阵发性位置性眩晕患者进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组各51例。对照组采用药物(银杏叶... 目的:观察Epley手法复位联合药物治疗良性阵发性位置性眩晕患者的效果。方法:选取2019年2月至2021年1月该院收治的102例良性阵发性位置性眩晕患者进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组各51例。对照组采用药物(银杏叶提取物注射液+盐酸倍他司汀片)治疗,研究组在对照组基础上采用Epley手法复位治疗。比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后Berg平衡量表(BBS)评分、计时平衡试验、前庭症状指数(VSI)评分、脑动脉(基底动脉、右侧椎动脉、左侧椎动脉)血流速度、复发率及不良反应发生率。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为96.08%(49/51),高于对照组的82.35%(42/51),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组BBS评分均高于治疗前,计时平衡试验时间长于治疗前,VSI评分低于治疗前,且研究组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组基底动脉、右侧椎动脉、左侧椎动脉血流速度均高于治疗前,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗1、3个月后,两组复发率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗6个月后,研究组复发率为6.12%(3/49),低于对照组23.81%(10/42),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:Epley手法复位联合药物治疗良性阵发性位置性眩晕患者可提高治疗总有效率、平衡功能和大脑血液循环,降低VSI评分和复发率,效果优于单纯药物治疗。 展开更多
