Observation on the Effect of Parental Participation in Nursing Under the IMCHB Model in Neonatal Hypoxic-Ischemic Encephalopathy

Objective:To investigate the clinical effects of parental participation in nursing under the Interaction Model of Client Health Behavior(IMCHB)model in neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy(HIE).Methods:The First Affiliated Hospital of Gannan Medical University included 46 newborns with HIE admitted from October 2021 to October 2023 into the study population.They were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random number table method,with the control group adopting routine nursing,and the observation group implementing parental participation in nursing under the IMCHB model.The indicators of physical,intellectual,and psychomotor development of the two groups were compared before and after nursing.Results:The physical,intellectual,and psychomotor development of the observation group was higher than that of the control group after 3 months of nursing,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of the IMCHB model of parental participation in the clinical care of HIE neonates can further promote their physical,intellectual,and psychomotor development.

Preserving environmental quality of ecotourism sites through community participation in Purulia District of West Bengal,India

The importance of valuing environmental resources,especially in ecotourism sites,has become increasingly important over the last two decades.Ecotourism is now considered as an important source of livelihood of local stakeholders in backward regions.Therefore,the preservation of ecotourism sites through community participation seems very important to maintain continued flow of tourists.This study aimed at recognizing the importance of community participation for the preservation of ecotourism sites.For this,this study executed a survey based on non-probability sampling in two ecotourism sites(Garpanchkot and Baranti)covering 100 respondents in Purulia District,West Bengal of India.The central issue of this study was to assess the tendency of community participation for the conservation of ecotourism sites and find the optimum condition for offering participatory labour time.This study showed that the participation of young people is high,and the majority of respondents are aware of the importance in protecting ecotourism sites.Because respondents were too poor to offer money,the contingent valuation method(CVM)was used to elicit their willingness to pay(WTP)participatory labour time for the conservation of ecotourism sites.Respondents’age,income,education level,caste,and their perceived environmental quality had significant relationship with their WTP participatory labour time by applying the ordinary least square(OLS)model.It was found that the mean WTP participatory labour time of each respondent in a month is approximately 3.64 h.The significance of this study is that community participation can improve the sense of belonging,trust,and credibility of ecotourism sites,making them more appreciative of the value and protection of these sites.

Influence Factors Concept Model for Public Participation in Nanotechnology Risk Communication

Based on risk social cognition theory and planned behavior theory, the influence factors of the public participation in the nanotechnology risk communication are analyzed,and the concept model is presented to analyze their relationships and functional mechanism. In the model,the risk communication behaviors are divided into two variables of the public opinion expression and information acquisition,and the subjective norm divided into the internal and external social networks. Then the questionnaire is designed so as to verify the proposed model and analyze their relationships. The survey data are analyzed using SMART PLS software. The validity analysis shows that the questionnaire has a high convergence and discriminant validity. In addition, the Cronbach'a coefficient of each item is more than 0. 70,which shows the questionnaire has a high credibility. Based on the statistical data analysis, relationships of the influence factors are obtained.Further,the influence path model of the public attitude,intention,self regulation and behavior control in the risk communication is established. According to the Bootstrap algorithm in SMART,the path coefficient and its explanation variance of each influence factor are obtained. The calculation results show that the explanation variance values are all bigger than 10% and the path is reliable.Based on the path model, the influence path and function relationships of the participation attitude, subjective norm and behavior control on the participation intention and behavior are obtained. This will provide theoretical and data supports for the risk management and strategy making of the public participation in nanotechnology risk communication.

Establishing a Social Governance Model Based on Collaboration,Participation,and Common Interests:Value,Structure and Roadmap

The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC)put forward the proposal of establishing a social governance model based on collaboration,participation,and common interests,with the aim of developing new approaches to social governance and further modernizing China’s social system and capacity for governance.As a structuralized social relation addressing diversified governance bodies,the model has consolidated the social governance innovations achieved since the 18th CPC National Congress.Focusing on three dimensions—"value,""structure"and"roadmap,"this paper tries to interpret the value connotations and defining features behind the model and explores its development roadmap.Such a social governance model is a response to political,social and public value appeals,and an adjustment to the order of governance bodies,resource allocations and the benefit distribution structure.Its construction is a systematic and long-term project,which should aim continuously at satisfying people’s ever-higher needs,perfecting laws and regulations,cultivating a pool of specialized organizations and talents,exerting the technology advantages of the Internet in governance,and promoting socialization,legalization,specialization and intellectualization in social development.

Multi-objective optimization scheduling for new energy power system considering energy storage participation

For the low utilization rate of photovoltaic power generation,taking a new energy power system constisting of concentrating solar power(CSP),photovoltaic power(PP)and battery energy storage system as an example,a multi-objective optimization scheduling strategy considering energy storage participation is proposed.Firstly,the new energy power system model is established,and the PP scenario generation and reduction frame based on the autoregressive moving average model and Kantorovich-distance is proposed.Then,based on the optimization goal of the system operation cost minimization and the PP output power consumption maximization,the multi-objective optimization scheduling model is established.Finally,the simulation results show that introducing energy storage into the system can effectively reduce the system operation cost and improve the utilization efficiency of PP.

Community participation mode of ecotourism in Tibetan area of Shangri-La County, Yunnan Province

Community participation is one of the focuses of the research on ecotourism. The research on community participative model is of great theoretical and practical significance. Based on the former experts’ studies, this paper analyzes ecotourism demonstration areas in Diqing Shangri-La of Yunnan as a case study. It mainly expounds the relationship between ecotourism and community participation and puts forward such a community participative model of ecotourism in Shangri-La.

个人养老金制度参与意愿的影响因素分析——基于结构方程模型

个人养老金制度作为我国社会保障体系建设顶层设计中的一个重要制度安排,是多层次、多支柱养老保险体系的重要组成部分。2022年末制度落地以来,公众参保意愿不强,市场观望情绪浓厚。基于对全国个人养老金制度试点城市开展的问卷调查数据,采用结构方程模型系统分析个人养老金制度参与意愿的影响因素和相关影响机制,发现该制度的参与意愿与居民的年龄段、居住城市、工作状况及家庭金融资产规模紧密相关;认知水平和制度信任对感知有用性和感知易用性会产生显著的正向影响,进而影响参与意愿,而机制建设并非影响参与意愿的显著因素。建议个人养老金制度针对特定人群进行重点宣传,放宽提取要求,建立产品准入和退出制度并促进信息披露标准化。

现代公共文化服务体系建设对居民文化参与的影响

《关于加快构建现代公共文化服务体系的意见》是促进居民公共文化参与、保障人民基本文化权益的顶层设计。文章借助政策实施的“准自然实验”方法,采用2013—2019年省际面板数据和双重差分方法,评估该政策实施对居民公共文化服务参与水平的实际影响。研究发现:政策实施激发了居民公共文化参与热忱,显著提升了公共阅读、博物观览、业余文艺培训等参与水平,且随着时间推移,促进效应呈增强态势;中介效应检验表明现代公共文化服务体系建设为居民文化参与提供了除市场购买之外的有效途径,发挥了兜底保障作用。

基于建构主义理论的多学科参与模式在口腔黏膜病学教学中的应用研究

基于建构主义理论,构建多学科参与的新型口腔黏膜病学实践教学方法,以提高教学质量。该方法能快速调动学生学习积极性,锻炼临床思维能力,提高发现、分析及解决问题能力,强化临床实践能力和人文关怀能力,值得进一步推广。

活跃性主体和理性式的社区居民参与治理模型研究

城市居民如何依法有序参与社区治理是基层自治首要解决的难题,也是城市社会治理的重要议题。不同的社区参与主体有着不同的社区参与模式。基于社区参与意愿和参与能力探讨社区参与的四种主体:边缘性主体、业余性主体、不满性主体和活跃性主体。基于社区参与实践和利益追求分析社区参与的四种模式:权益式参与、自发式参与、配合式参与和理性式参与。通过四种参与主体和四种参与模式的配对,提出了一个走向活跃性主体的理性式社区参与模型,认为社区参与的理想状态是追求活跃性主体的理性式社区参与。为此,提高居民参与意愿、提高居民参与能力、培养居民公共精神、增强居民参与实践的四条路径是走向理想化社区参与的必由之路,通过四条路径的不同匹配,权益式参与的边缘性主体、自发式参与的业余性主体、配合式参与的不满性主体都可以走向一种理想的活跃性主体的理性式社区参与范式。

社会交换理论视角下的城市社区老年人互助养老意愿影响因素研究

互助养老服务是机构养老服务、社区居家养老服务的有益补充。如何保障互助养老服务健康、可持续发展是一个亟须解决的社会问题。社会交换理论认为,城市社区老年人参与互助养老服务的意愿取决于预期收益、预期成本、信任和参与风险的综合影响。通过问卷调查,利用Amos25软件对已构建的概念模型以及提出的假设进行实证检验和路径分析。结果表明:城市社区老年人参与互助养老服务的意愿,随着预期收益的增加和信任度的提高,呈现出正向增长的趋势,随着预期成本增加和参与风险增强,呈现出负向增长的趋势;互助养老服务的健康运行需要建立一系列的激励机制、保障机制并需要进行广泛宣传。

构网型并网逆变器状态空间建模及稳定性分析

随着“双碳”目标的提出与逐步实施,作为新能源发电单元接入电力网络的重要接口元件的并网逆变器稳定性问题凸显。目前,电网大部分采用跟网型并网逆变器,然而弱电网中跟网型并网逆变器与锁相环、电网间存在耦合,严重影响系统稳定性。构网型并网逆变器在弱电网中较跟网型并网逆变器表现出更强的适应性,但现阶段构网型并网逆变器状态空间模型的相关论述较少,基于状态空间模型的构网型并网逆变器稳定性分析也不够深入。针对这一空缺,首先详细呈现构网型并网逆变器状态空间建模的相关细节,包括功率控制环、电压控制环、时滞环节和LCL滤波环节;然后,复现构网型并网逆变器失稳现象,并基于所提模型开展参与因子分析,验证模型有效性;其次,基于模型对构网型并网逆变器主要环节参数变化引起的失稳问题进行分析;最后,在Matlab/Simulink中搭建改进的IEEE 4节点三相平衡电网系统进行仿真,进一步验证模型有效性和实用性。

共同参与模式在心理性勃起功能障碍患者中的应用研究

目的探讨患者共同参与模式对改善心理性勃起功能障碍(ED)患者社会支持、自我效能、应对方式、病耻感的效果。方法选取2021年7月至12月南京大学医学院附属鼓楼医院男科诊治的60例心理性ED患者作为研究对象。随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组采用男科常规教育疏导方式干预,观察组在常规教育疏导基础上采用共同参与模式干预。比较两组干预前后病耻感、社会支持、自我效能、应对方式得分。结果干预后,观察组社会支持、自我效能、积极应对方式得分均高于干预前,且均高于对照组;观察组病耻感、消极应对方式得分均低于干预前,且均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论患者共同参与模式可以提高心理性ED患者的社会支持、自我效能,改善应对方式,降低病耻感。

线路阻抗对构网变流器降阶模型精度影响及次同步振荡分析

在大部分关于构网变流器(GFM)次同步振荡稳定性的研究中,GFM通常被简化为只含有功率外环的三阶模型,这种降阶方法虽然简便,但其精确度会受到线路阻抗特征的影响,因此需要对GFM降阶模型适用性问题展开讨论,并提出更加精准的降阶模型。分析电网线路阻抗特征变化对降阶模型精度的影响,结果表明线路阻感比变化或短路比变化时三阶模型不能精确反映系统特性的变化,会对系统稳定性产生错误判断,其原因在于线路阻抗参数会影响电压环与功率环的耦合特性,2个控制环路均会对GFM次同步振荡稳定性产生影响。提出一种更加准确的包含电压环的降阶模型,可以精确表征线路阻抗特征变化对系统特性的影响,更加适合复杂电网下GFM的稳定性分析。基于MATLAB/Simulink仿真验证了理论分析的正确性及所提模型的有效性。

基于随机预测理论的双馈风电机组参与电网调频控制策略

随着电力系统中的风电渗透率不断提高,系统中风电功率的随机波动给电网频率稳定性带来巨大挑战。针对上述问题,该文提出基于机会约束随机模型预测控制的附加功率调频控制策略。首先,综合考虑系统中风速及负荷的实时随机波动问题,建立风电并网系统频率响应模型;其次,以系统频率变化及风电输出功率波动最小为控制目标建立期望目标函数,并将机会约束纳入随机最优化模型中;最后,根据随机扰动的分布信息或坎泰利不等式,结合状态反馈控制律求解随机最优化模型,得到当前时刻的最优控制律。利用MATLAB/Simulink搭建风电并网系统进行仿真验证,结果表明,所提策略能够有效抑制风电功率波动及系统频率变化,提高了电网的频率稳定性。

受欺负纵向预测社会攻击:冷酷无情的中介作用

受欺负是影响社会攻击的重要环境变量,但其影响社会攻击的心理机制仍不清楚。本研究采用纵向研究设计,使用受欺负量表、冷酷无情量表、社会攻击量表对940名大学生进行两次问卷调查。结构方程模型被用来探究受欺负、冷酷无情和社会攻击的关系。结果发现,受欺负(T1)可以正向预测六个月后的冷酷无情(T2)和社会攻击(T2);冷酷无情(T1)可以正向预测六个月后的社会攻击(T2);受欺负(T1)通过冷酷无情(T2)影响社会攻击(T2)。

BOPPPS教学模式结合思维导图在流行病学教学中的应用与探索

目的探讨BOPPPS教学模式结合思维导图在流行病学教学中的应用及教学效果。方法选取锦州医科大学2020年3月至2021年7月健康服务管理专业学生106名为研究对象,应用BOPPPS教学模式结合思维导图的新教学模式和教师授课的传统教学模式开展教学,对学生学习效果进行评价。结果试验组的理论成绩及总成绩显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001),2组间实验成绩差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组学生对BOPPPS教学模式结合思维导图的满意度较高。结论BOPPPS教学模式结合思维导图在流行病学教学中的应用能够激发学生的学习兴趣,促进教学质量的提高。

三步商议模型在医患共享决策中的研究进展及护理启示

共享决策是“以患者为中心”的重要体现,是实现基于价值的卫生保健的重要途径。三步商议(three-talk)模型是用于指导医患共享决策实施的模型之一。该文对三步商议模型的内涵及实施步骤、应用现状等进行综述,并提出展望,以期为三步商议模型在我国的推广与应用提供参考,推动医患共享决策领域研究的发展。

我国老年人社会参与对虚弱轨迹变化的影响研究

目的:探究我国老年人社会参与对虚弱轨迹的影响,为促进老年人社会参与和健康福祉提供参考。方法 基于2002-2018年中国老年健康调查数据,选取7488名老年人(65+),应用组基轨迹模型构建虚弱轨迹,采用多分类Logistic回归模型分析社会参与与虚弱轨迹的关系。结果:本研究识别出3组虚弱轨迹:“持续健康组(62.22%)”“虚弱发生组(25.55%)”和“持续虚弱组(12.20%)”。在控制社会人口学特征和健康相关行为后,发现老年人社会参与得分越高,其轨迹归属越倾向于“持续健康组”,说明社会参与对老年人虚弱具有保护作用。通过年龄和居住地的分层分析发现,相较于低龄老人和城镇老人,高龄老人和农村老人进行社会参与更有利于延缓虚弱状况恶化。结论:老年人虚弱轨迹存在异质性,制定干预措施时应针对不同轨迹及各亚组特点。社会参与影响虚弱轨迹归属,提升社会参与是老年人虚弱行之有效的干预手段,且应重点关注高龄老人和农村老人的社会参与情况。
