However, the problems linked to their use justify the choice of using biofuel. In order to reduce as much as possible, diesel rate, an increase in the number of additives may be considered. Thus, in this work, the study of the used frying oil (UFO), bioethanol and diesel ternary system was undertaken. It emerges from this study that the addition of bioethanol reduces the viscosity and the density of the ternary system and permits a 90% substitution rate for diesel between the UFO and bioethanol. Finally, the percentage of oil becomes 40% after adding alcohol compared to the binary diesel crude vegetable oil mixture where this rate is 30%. 展开更多

目的 研究净水污泥固定化硫氧化菌去除河道中的酸可挥发性硫化物污染方法,为净水污泥资源化利用提供一种新的思路。方法 通过高温焙烧的方法制备净水污泥固定化载体,采用XRD、SEM、BET对载体进行表征,使用净水污泥、绿沸石、活性炭3种... 目的 研究净水污泥固定化硫氧化菌去除河道中的酸可挥发性硫化物污染方法,为净水污泥资源化利用提供一种新的思路。方法 通过高温焙烧的方法制备净水污泥固定化载体,采用XRD、SEM、BET对载体进行表征,使用净水污泥、绿沸石、活性炭3种载体对硫氧化菌进行固定化,分析其对底泥中AVS的去除效果以及固定化效果的影响,并通过高通量测序技术分析其对微生物种群变化的影响。结果 净水污泥固定化载体的最佳焙烧温度为600℃,无论是单一载体,还是固定化硫氧化菌,净水污泥组对于AVS的去除效果均要优于绿沸石和活性炭;同时硫氧化菌在温度为30℃、pH=6、固定化时间为24 h条件下的固定化效果最好;净水污泥固定化硫氧化菌的加入有利于降解硫化物优势菌种的群居,抑制了硫酸盐还原菌的生长繁殖。结论 净水污泥固定化硫氧化菌能有效去除河道中的AVS污染,降低底泥生物种群的多样性,有利于去除AVS优势菌种的群聚,抑制硫酸盐还原菌的繁殖,促进水体黑臭环境的改善。 展开更多

Most heavy crude oils underwent biodegradation and generated a significant amount of naphthenic acids. Naphthenic acids are polar compounds with the carboxylic group and are considered as a major factor affecting the oil viscosity. However, the relationship between the molecular composition of naphthenic acids and oil viscosity is not well understood. This study examined a “clean” heavy oil with low contents of heteroatoms but had a high content of naphthenic acids. Naphthenic acids were fractionated by distillation and caustic extraction. The molecular composition was characterized by high-resolution Orbitrap mass spectrometry. It was found that the 2- and 3-ring naphthenic monoacids with 15–35 carbon atoms are dominant components of the acid fractions;the caustic extraction is capable of isolating naphthenic acids with less than 35 carbons, which is equivalent to the upper limit of the distillable components, but not those in the residue fraction;the total acid number of the heavy distillates is higher than that of the residue fraction;the viscosity of the distillation fraction increases exponentially with an increased boiling point of the distillates. Blending experiments indicates that there is a strong correlation between the oil viscosity and acids content, although the acid content is only a few percent of the total oil. 展开更多

The process of transporting crude oil across pipelines is one of the most critical aspects of the midstream petroleum industry.In the present experimental work,the effect of temperature,pressure drop,and pipe diameter on the flow rate of heavy crude oil have been assessed.Moreover,the total discharge and energy losses have been evaluated in order to demonstrate the improvements potentially achievable by using solar heating method replacing pipe,and adjusting the value of the initial pressure difference.Crude oil of API=20 has been used for the experiments,with the studied pipelines sections connecting the separator unit to the storage tank operating at a temperature of 25℃-100℃,pressure drop of 3,4,5,and 6 kg/cm^(2),and with pipe diameter of 4,6,and 8 in.The results show that on increasing the temperature and/or the pressure drop,the flow rate through the pipeline becomes higher,thus raising the total pumping energy(as the pipe diameter increase),while energy losses increase from the last separator to the storage tank in the field.A pipe diameter increase can also produce a growth of the total pumping energy(i.e.,energy losses increase).The results of the present analysis suggest that employing an optimal temperature(50℃)is needed to ensure good performance. 展开更多

针对第三代音频视频标准(the third generation audio video coding standard,AVS3)中的率失真优化量化(rate-distortion optimization quantization,RDOQ)过程的编码效率问题,提出一种基于单指令多数据(single instruction multiple da... 针对第三代音频视频标准(the third generation audio video coding standard,AVS3)中的率失真优化量化(rate-distortion optimization quantization,RDOQ)过程的编码效率问题,提出一种基于单指令多数据(single instruction multiple data,SIMD)的并行RDOQ算法。首先,在最优系数决策(optimal coefficient decision,OCD)阶段,通过优化,仅保留扫描线内的依赖关系。然后,在最后一个非零位置决策(last non-zero position decision,LNPD)阶段,基于分治策略,通过将Zig-Zag扫描线分解成多个独立扫描线,实现每条扫描线上最优系数位置的并行计算。最后,采用SIMD指令进行并行加速,以提高整个率失真优化量化的计算效率。实验结果表明,该算法在AI配置下,可以降低29.46%的编码时间,而BD-Rate仅损失0.25%。 展开更多

Heavy oil is characterized by high viscosity.High viscosity makes it challenging to recover and transport.HZSM-5,MoO_(3)/HZSM-5,ZrO_(2)/HZSM-5 and MoO_(3)–ZrO_(2)/HZSM-5 catalysts were developed to promote in situ desulfurization and viscosity reduction of heavy oil.The physical and chemical properties of catalysts were characterized by XPS,XRD,TEM,NH3-TPD,etc.The effects of temperature,catalyst type and addition amount on viscosity and composition of heavy oil were evaluated.The results showed that the presence of MoO_(3)–ZrO_(2)/HZSM-5 nanoparticles during aquathermolysis could improve the oil quality by reducing the heavy fractions.It reduced viscosity by 82.56%after the reaction at 280℃ and catalyst addition of 1 wt%.The contents of resins and asphaltic in the oil samples were 5.69%lower than that in the crude oil.Sulfur content decreased from 1.45%to 1.03%.The concentration of H2S produced by the reaction was 2225 ppm.The contents of sulfur-containing functional groups sulfoxide and sulfone sulfur in the oil samples decreased by 19.92%after the catalytic reaction.The content of stable thiophene sulfur increased by 5.71%.This study provided a basis for understanding the mechanism of heavy oil desulfurization and viscosity reduction. 展开更多

In situ modification of heavy oil catalyzed by nanosized metal-organic framework at mild temperature and its mechanism

Two catalysts, nano-sized cobalt-metal-organic framework(Co-MOF) and nickel(Ni)-MOF, were successfully prepared by the modification method. Tetralin(C10H12) was used as the hydrogen donor for the catalytic cracking and hydrogenation modification study of the dehydrated crude oil from the Shengli Oilfield. The optimal reaction conditions were determined through orthogonal experiments, and the components of the crude oil and modified oil samples were analyzed. The results revealed that the nanoMOF catalysts were successfully prepared and exhibited high catalytic activity. They could catalyze the cracking of large molecules in heavy oil at mild temperatures(<300°C), leading to the decomposition of the hydrogen donor. When the mass fraction of the catalyst was 0.2%, the mass fraction of the hydrogen donor was 1%, and the reaction temperature was 280°C, the Ni-MOF showed the best catalytic viscosity reduction effect. It could reduce the viscosity of heavy oil at 50°C from 15761.9 m Pa.s to 1266.2 m Pa.s,with a viscosity reduction rate of 91.97%. The modification effect of Co-MOF was the next best, which could reduce the viscosity of heavy oil to 2500.1 m Pa.s with a viscosity reduction rate of 84.14%. Molecular dynamics simulations revealed a strong interaction force between the MOF surface and asphaltene molecules. In the process of heavy-oil catalytic hydrogenation, the nano-MOF catalyst exhibited high catalytic activity. On the one hand, the empty d orbitals outside the metal atoms in the catalyst could polarize the carbon atoms in the organic matter, accelerating the breaking of long chains. On the other hand, the metal atoms in the catalyst could bond with the carbon σ bonds, breaking the carbon-carbon bonds. This disrupted the structure of the recombined components in the crude oil, irreversibly reducing the viscosity of the heavy oil and improving its fluidity. 展开更多

目的 探讨子痫前期患者胎盘组织中整合素αvβ3、转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)的表达变化情况及意义。方法 以2020年12月至2021年12月在苏州明基医院住院分娩的子痫前期轻度患者20例、子痫前期重度患者20例、正常妊娠产妇20例为研究对象,... 目的 探讨子痫前期患者胎盘组织中整合素αvβ3、转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)的表达变化情况及意义。方法 以2020年12月至2021年12月在苏州明基医院住院分娩的子痫前期轻度患者20例、子痫前期重度患者20例、正常妊娠产妇20例为研究对象,用免疫组化链霉菌抗生物素蛋白-过氧化物酶连接(SP)法来检测胎盘组织中整合素αvβ3和TGF-β1表达情况,并用计算机图像分析系统对正常、子痫前期轻度组、子痫前期重度组进行定量分析。结果(1)TGF-β1在3组间表达情况显示,子痫前期组高于对照组,且重度组高于轻度组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.468,P<0.05)。(2)整合素αvβ3在子痫前期组表达低于对照组,且重度组低于轻度组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.145,P<0.05)。在子痫前期组胎盘绒毛合体滋养细胞中两种因子不存在相关性(r=-0.223,P>0.05)。结论 与正常妊娠组比较,子痫前期患者胎盘组织整合素αvβ3的表达随病情的加重而逐渐减少;TGF-β1的表达随病情的加重而逐渐增加;二者在子痫前期组不存在相关性。 展开更多

The influence of variable viscosity and double diffusion on the convective stability of a nanofluid flow in an inclined porous channel is investigated.The DarcyBrinkman model is used to characterize the fluid flow dynamics in porous materials.The analytical solutions are obtained for the unidirectional and completely developed flow.Based on a normal mode analysis,the generalized eigenvalue problem under a perturbed state is solved.The eigenvalue problem is then solved by the spectral method.Finally,the critical Rayleigh number with the corresponding wavenumber is evaluated at the assigned values of the other flow-governing parameters.The results show that increasing the Darcy number,the Lewis number,the Dufour parameter,or the Soret parameter increases the stability of the system,whereas increasing the inclination angle of the channel destabilizes the flow.Besides,the flow is the most unstable when the channel is vertically oriented. 展开更多

A simulated oil viscosity prediction model is established according to the relationship between simulated oil viscosity and geometric mean value of T2spectrum,and the time-varying law of simulated oil viscosity in porous media is quantitatively characterized by nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)experiments of high multiple waterflooding.A new NMR wettability index formula is derived based on NMR relaxation theory to quantitatively characterize the time-varying law of rock wettability during waterflooding combined with high-multiple waterflooding experiment in sandstone cores.The remaining oil viscosity in the core is positively correlated with the displacing water multiple.The remaining oil viscosity increases rapidly when the displacing water multiple is low,and increases slowly when the displacing water multiple is high.The variation of remaining oil viscosity is related to the reservoir heterogeneity.The stronger the reservoir homogeneity,the higher the content of heavy components in the remaining oil and the higher the viscosity.The reservoir wettability changes after water injection:the oil-wet reservoir changes into water-wet reservoir,while the water-wet reservoir becomes more hydrophilic;the degree of change enhances with the increase of displacing water multiple.There is a high correlation between the time-varying oil viscosity and the time-varying wettability,and the change of oil viscosity cannot be ignored.The NMR wettability index calculated by considering the change of oil viscosity is more consistent with the tested Amott(spontaneous imbibition)wettability index,which agrees more with the time-varying law of reservoir wettability. 展开更多

To reduce the viscosity of highly-viscous oil of the Tahe oilfield (Xinjiang,China),an oilsoluble polybasic copolymer viscosity reducer for heavy oil was synthesized using the orthogonal method.The optimum reaction conditions are obtained as follows:under the protection of nitrogen,a reaction time of 9 h,monomer mole ratio of reaction materials of 3:2:2 (The monomers are 2-propenoic acid,docosyl ester,maleic anhydride and styrene,respectively),initiator amount of 0.8% (mass percent of the sum of all the monomers) and reaction temperature of 80 oC.This synthesized viscosity reducer is more effective than commercial viscosity reducers.The rate of viscosity reduction reached 95.5% at 50 oC.Infrared spectra (IR) and interfacial tensions of heavy oil with and without viscosity reducer were investigated to understand the viscosity reduction mechanism.When viscosity reducer is added,the molecules of the viscosity reducer are inserted amongst the molecules of crude oil,altering the original intermolecular structure of crude oil and weakening its ability to form hydrogen bonds with hydroxyl or carboxyl groups,so the viscosity of crude oil is reduced.Field tests of the newly developed oil-soluble viscosity reducer was carried out in the Tahe Oilfield,and the results showed that 44.5% less light oil was needed to dilute the heavy oil to achieve the needed viscosity. 展开更多

Breaking wave induced nearsurface turbulence has important consequences for many physical and biochemical processes including water column and nutrients mixing, heat and gases exchange across air-sea interface. The energy loss from wave breaking and the bubble plume penetration depth are estimated. As a consequence, the vertical distribution of the turbulent kinetic energy (TKE), the TKE dissipation rate and the eddy viscosity induced by wave breaking are also provided. It is indicated that model results are found to be consistent with the observational evidence that most TKE generated by wave breaking is lost within a depth of a few meters near the sea surface. High turbulence level with intensities of eddy viscosity induced by breaking is nearly four orders larger than vw1( = κu *wz), the value predicted for the wall layer scaling close to the surface, where u *w is the friction velocity in water, κ with 0. 4 is the yon Kármán constant, and z is the water depth, and the strength of the eddy viscosity depends both on wind speed and sea state, and decays rapidly through the depth. This leads to the conclusion that the breaking wave induced vertical mixing is mainly limited to the near surface layer, well above the classical values expected from the similarity theory. Deeper down, however, the effects of wave breaking on the vertical mixing become less important. 展开更多

The flow behavior of gravity-driven falling film of non-conductive high viscosity polymer fluids on an industrial-scale vertical wavy wall was investigated in terms of film thickness and residence time distribution by numerical simulation and experiment.Falling film flow of high viscosity fluids was found to be steady on a vertical wavy wall in the presence of the large film thickness.The comparison between numerical simulation and experiment for the film thickness both in crest and trough of wavy wall showed good agreement.The simulation results of average residence time of falling film flow with different viscous fluids were also consistent with the experimental results.This work provides the initial insights of how to evaluate and optimize the falling film flow system of polymer fluid. 展开更多

In our result, we give a relation between the initial energy and the viscosity coefficient μ, and it shows that the initial energy can be large if the coefficient of the viscosity μ is taken to be large, which implies that large viscosity μ means large solution. 展开更多
