Theoretical Research and Practical Application of the Rural Cultural Enhancement by Creative Designs Under Rural Vitalization-A Case Study of Shanxi Province

To revive the nation,the rural area must be revitalized.Every regional cultural and creative industry has its own development path and practical mode.From the perspective of rural revitalization,this paper conducts research on the development model of cultural and creative design,and analyzes the significance of the integration of creative design with rural regional culture.Based on the current situation of rural cultural and creative development in Shanxi Province,this study proposes to form a brand communication chain through the integration between cultural design and rural culture,and the establishment of cultural and creative brands,furthermore,to establish trending topics through multiple channels.Finally,the important practical significance of cultural and creative design in promoting rural economic development and enhancing rural culture value is discussed in this design strategy,so as to actively help the new journey of rural revitalization.

Circulation of Development Factors Promoted by Innovation of Land Management Under Background of Rural Vitalization:A Case Study of Tengtou Village in Zhejiang Province,China

Land is the space carrier for the existence and flow of other development factors.Activating rural land and promoting the circulation of other development factors through land management innovation is necessary to realize rural vitalization.This paper identifies the connotation of factor flow in the rural vitalization context,the action mechanism of land management innovation to boost the flow of development factors,the issues and obstacles restricting factor circulation,and the realization mechanism of the flow of development factors in rural vitalization.Based on the analytic paradigm constructed in the paper,the successful practice of promoting the flow of development factors through innovative land management in a model village is examined.The results show that:1)the unreasonable systems characterized by the land use system in rural areas are the main obstacles causing circulation issues in development factors.It is essential to engage in comprehensive reform to break down these long-lasting obstacles to the smooth flow of development factors.2)The land should play a leading role in the circulation of development factors in the background of rural vitalization;the main purpose of land management innovation is to activate the land factor,thereby promoting the circulation of other factors.3)The activated land factor will act as a‘trigger’to promote capital and technology in rural settings and use capital and technology to attract the inflow of talents and the return of migrant workers,whereby the population factor will act as a‘catalyst’for the cultivation of rural culture,bringing about the integration of various development factors.4)The innovation of land use and management,increased funding,and new technologies have brought multiple talents to Tengtou Village.The high-frequency mutual feedback between the village’s own and the external development factors resulted in its successful integration of industrial development.

Path of Rural Vitalization Based on Coupling Perspective of Township Construction and Resource Environment in Jiangsu Province,China

Recently,the field of rural vitalization has received extensive research attention.However,only few studies have proposed an approach to rural vitalization from the coupling perspective of township construction and the resource environment.Taking Jiangsu Province of China as the study area,we constructed index systems of township construction function types and resource environments.Based on 875 township study units in Jiangsu,we characterized the township construction function type and resource environment and analyzed the dynamic process of their coupling from 2005 to 2017.The results are as follows:1)the townships of planting and breeding types in Jiangsu were mainly distributed in northern and central Jiangsu;the townships of business travel,industry,and integrated types were mainly distributed in southern Jiangsu;and the townships of ecological type were irregularly distributed throughout Jiangsu.2)Resource environment factors and township construction function types in Jiangsu clustered based on their location with some overlap.3)Spatial variability in the degree of coupling level between township construction and the resource environment in Jiangsu was not apparent,and low coupling levels accounted for most of the study units.The sum of the number of medium and high coupling townships in southern,central,and northern Jiangsu was roughly equal,and the coupling level between township construction and the resource environment in southern Jiangsu evolved remained unchanged,whereas that in the central and northern Jiangsu became imbalanced.4)In Jiangsu,township construction was mainly constrained by water resources,and the constraint parameters gradually increase.Large variability in resource environment constraint was observed in northern,central,and southern Jiangsu for different township construction function types.Based on these findings,we proposed the implementation of targeted rural vitalization strategies.

Understanding Urban Vitality from the Economic and Human Activities Perspective:A Case Study of Chongqing,China

The literature on urban vitality tends to focus on the built environment.This paper argues that some important processes in shaping vitality may be overlooked without examining the intensity and diversity of economic and human activities.Using newly developed spatial big data and adopting the methods of multi-indicator measurement and spatial analysis methods,we analyzed the pattern of urban vitality in Chongqing,a provincial city in western China and,on this basis,evaluated the creation and maintenance of urban vitality from the economic and human activities perspective.Our findings indicate that the impacts of economic and human activities are positive and significant.Among the three intensity and diversity indicators,economic intensity and population density show an effect on urban vitality stronger than that of economic diversity.However,economic diversity has the strongest superposition or interactive effect,and is thus an important foundation dynamic.The positive effect of population density on urban vitality is largely a result of Chongqing’s jobs-housing balance.The case of Chongqing highlights the importance of topographic features,historical inheritance,large-scale migration,and cultural activities in shaping the distinctive vitality pattern of a city.This study contends that the creation and maintenance of urban vitality can not be fully explained without incorporating the impacts of economic and human activities.It contributes to a comprehensive measurement of urban vitality and enriches its connotations.

Poverty Reduction in China: Experiences and Measurement of Effects

This study employs the generalized method of moments(GMM)and panel vector autoregression(PVAR)models for a multi-factor quantitative dissection of China’s poverty reduction process across multiple stages,using provincial panel data from 2000 to 2019.According to our research,economic growth and social development are the key drivers of poverty reduction in China,but the trickle-down effect of economic growth is diminishing and marketization is having a lesser pro-poor effect.Public expenditure has failed to provide social protection and income redistribution benefits due to issues such as targeting error and elite capture.Increasing the efficiency of the poverty reduction system calls for adaptive adjustments.Finally,this study highlights China’s poverty reduction experiences and analyzes current challenges,which serve as inspiration for consolidating poverty-reduction achievements,combating relative poverty,and attaining countryside vitalization.

Effectiveness of aromatherapy with lavender compared to progressive muscle relaxation on anxiety and vital signs in patients under spinal anesthesia:A randomized clinical trial

Objective:This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of aromatherapy with lavender essential oil compared to progressive muscle relaxation(PMR)on anxiety and vital signs of patients under spinal anesthesia.Materials and Methods:This clinical trial was conducted on 120 spinal anesthesia candidates who were randomly assigned into three groups of 40 including control,PMR(Jacobsen group),and aromatherapy.The state-trait anxiety inventory was completed on surgery day and 15 min after the end of the intervention by the samples of all three groups,and at the same time as completing the questionnaire,vital signs were also measured and recorded.Results:The mean score of anxiety after intervention was lower than that before the intervention in the aromatherapy group(P<0.001).The mean score of anxiety in the aromatherapy group was significantly lower than that in the Jacobsen group(P<0.001).Moreover,data analysis showed a significant decrease in the mean arterial blood pressure scores of the PMR(P=008)and aromatherapy(P<0.001)groups and a statistically significant increase in the mean heart rate scores in the control group(P=0.002).Conclusion:The use of aromatherapy with lavender is more effective than PMR therapy in reducing the anxiety level of patients undergoing spinal anesthesia.Due to the high level of anxiety and its serious effects on the patient’s hemodynamics,aromatherapy with lavender can be used as an easy and cheap method to reduce anxiety in operation rooms.

Impact of human settlements quality on urban vitality based on multisource data:A case study of Shahekou District,Dalian,China

Urban geography has always been concerned about the influence of human settlements on urban vitality,but few studies reveal the influence of human settlements on urban vitality at a micro-scale.This paper analyzes the spatial distribution characteristics of human settlements’quality and urban vitality at the micro-scale using Geodetectors and geographic weighted regression to analyze the relationship between human settlements and urban vitality.The results are shown as follows:there is still a significant development space for human settlements quality in Shahekou District,with obvious spatial dependence characteristics and significant gaps between various systems;the urban vitality of Shahekou District has obvious timeliness,and the urban vitality undergoes significant changes over time,which is related to the human settlements quality.The spatial distribution presents a single core spatial distribution structure with strong relative stability.The spatial distribution of cold and hot spots shows a pattern of“high in the north and low in the south,high in the east and low in the west”,with an increasing trend from southwest to northeast;the reachability of public transport has a significant impact on urban vitality.Its synergy with other variables is the leading force forming the spatial distribution of urban vitality.The environmental system,support system and social system are the significant factors affecting the urban vitality of Shahekou District.

Research on Evaluation of Spatial Vitality and Influencing Factors of Guesthouses Public Areas Based on Rural Tourism Development

In recent years,China has continued to promote the strategy of rural revitalization.The rural tourism industry has developed rapidly in the context of rural revitalization.Now the rural B&B industry has become an important pillar in solving the problem of rural tourism accommodation.Most of the villages in China have begun to carry out the construction of rural lodging,for example,there are residents who use idle houses to carry out construction on their own initiative and projects developed by village collectives,so the rural lodging industry has been vigorously developed.The vitality of supporting industries and landscape resources around the distribution of rural lodging has become a hot spot of rural issues research in recent years.Therefore,we can use the method of data analysis to analyze the industry and function of the public area around the distribution of rural B&B.Through the comparison of data and the interpretation of related cases,the core elements affecting the spatial vitality of B&B public areas can be identified.We will analyze and improve the related elements to find a reasonable way to enhance the spatial vitality value.Finally,the article will put forward suggestions to improve the related spatial vitality as a way to promote the development of rural B&B industry and the progress of rural tourism.

Low Level of Cystic Fibrosis Transmembrane Conductance Regulator Is Associated with Human Sperm Autophagy and Vitality

Low sperm motility is one of the main causes of male infertility. Cystic fibrosis transmembrane conductance regulator (CFTR, an anion channel protein) is related to the progressive motility of sperm. CFTR disruptor CFTRinh-172 or forskolin (FSK) in this study were used to treat human sperm separately, and the rates of sperm autophagy and progressive motility, mitochondrial membrane potential (MMP) and ATP concentration, and the expression levels of related factors were detected to explore their relationship. It was showed that sperms treated with CFTRinh-172 or FSK reduced the levels of cAMP, CFTR and PKA, but increased sperm autophagy rate, expression levels of AMPK and LC3B. However, reactive oxygen species content had no significant difference. It was indicated that low level of CFTR performed with cAMP and its downstream effectors such as PKA and AMPK to regulate mitochondrial structure and function, leading to increased autophagy rate and reduced vitality of sperm.

Analysis of Landscape Vitality of Historical and Cultural Blocks Based on AHPFuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method:A Case Study of Daopashi Street in Anqing City

Historical and cultural blocks are witnesses of history and inheritors of culture. As one of the main spaces for outdoor interaction in historical and cultural blocks, the improvement of its vitality is of great significance for the improvement of residential environment and the better inheritance of history and culture. Taking Daopashi Street in Anqing City as an example, an evaluation model of landscape spatial vitality of historical and cultural blocks was constructed from three aspects of viewing function, store status and service facilities, and analytic hierarchy process was used to determine the index weight and vaguely evaluate the landscape spatial vitality of historical and cultural blocks. The results show that through the comparison of weight, architectural style(0.317), the practicability of service facilities(0.168) and plant landscape(0.165) had a significant impact on the landscape spatial vitality of historical and cultural blocks,and the landscape spatial vitality of historical and cultural blocks in Daopashi Street in Anqing City was at a good level.

Rural Revitalization Construction and Local Landscape Design:A Case Study of Qili Village,Aijia Town,Dianjun District,Yichang

In the context of the 2021 No.1 central document released and the year when the rural revitalization was first launched, Qili Village of Aijia Town with rich natural landscape resources, convenient location and transportation is taken as an example. Combining ecological design concept and local landscape design idea of landscape architecture specialty, and taking “one core, two main lines, five nodes,and comprehensive experience” as master plan, it tries to build regional local landscape of “one village, one product” and condense the “nostalgia” artistic conception of Qili Village as the core, protect and repair the livable ecological environment, improve infrastructure construction, create high-quality leisure agricultural tourism projects, and attract talents to return home and start businesses. It will fully realize the “five revitalization” of Qili Village, thereby providing theoretical and practical reference for rural revitalization in Yichang and its surrounding areas.

Study on the Rural Tourism Development Strategy of Xuwen Pineapple Field under the Background of Rural Revitalization

With the overall promotion of the rural revitalization strategy,rural tourism has become an effective way to help rural revitalization.Xuwen pineapple field has a unique pineapple planting sightseeing belt in China,which is nicknamed the"sea of pineapple".It has high ornamental value and tourism attraction,and is very suitable for developing rural tourism.In this paper,Xuwen pineapple field is taken as research object.By literature research method and nominal cluster method,the factors influencing the development of rural tourism in Xuwen pineapple field are collected.Using 4P model analysis method and PEST model analysis method,the internal and external factors of rural tourism in Xuwen pineapple field are carefully combed.Finally,SWOT matrix analysis on the development of rural tourism in Xuwen pineapple field is carried out,and the development strategy of rural tourism in Xuwen pineapple field under the background of rural revitalization is obtained.

Revitalization Design of Public Spaces in Old Residential Communities: a Case Study of Qingshanhu Community in Nanchang City

Public space is an important part of a dty and also a crucial carrier for public activities. During the urban development, the overall environmental quality of old residential communities has degraded gradually for the lack of maintenance and upgrading, its public spaces have failed to satisfy routine needs of residents. To remodel the vitality of public spaces in old residential communities, this paper based on the field investigation of Qingshanhu Community in Nanchang City explored the thoughts of revitalizing public spaces in old residential communities from the aspects of society and material environment, and put forward the strategies of designing vitality of public spaces in old residential communities.

On the Farmers' Role Differentiation and the Effective Implementation of Rural Vitalization Strategy——A Perspective from the Targets,Process and Evaluation of Policy Implementation

During the historical period of securing a decisive victory in building a moderately prosperous society in all respects and striving for the great success of socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era, the 19 th National Congress of the CPC put forward the signi cant deployment of rural vitalization strategy, drawing a great blueprint for the prospect of China's "three issues" of agriculture, rural areas, and farmers and acting as an important focus of these "three issues" in the future. This paper discussed the relationships between farmers' role di erentiation and ve objectives of the rural vitalization strategy on the basis of farmers' role di erentiation and conversion in the process of agriculture and countryside modernization and the interpretation of farmers' role di erentiation and the rural vitalization strategy. Based on the logical relationships between farmers' role di erentiation and the rural vitalization strategy, we discuss the e ective implementation of the rural vitalization strategy in terms of its targets, processes and e ectiveness evaluations. We also propose that the implementation of the rural vitalization strategy can only be implemented when farmers are given the rst priority as strategy subjects, farmers' wills are respected in the implementation process, and farmers' satisfaction is highlighted in the strategy implementation e ectiveness evaluations.

Establishment and evaluation of the primary cultured tibial osteoblast model of broiler chicks

Osteoblasts are considered as a major factor contributing to bone development and mineralization,however,few studies have been done to establish and evaluate the primary cultured tibial osteoblast model of broiler chicks.Therefore,in the present study,two experiments were conducted to establish and evaluate the primary cultured tibial osteoblast model of broiler chicks.In experiment 1,osteoblasts were isolated from the tibia of one-day-old Arbor Acre male broiler chicks using the explant method and identified through the cell morphology,alkaline phosphatase(ALP)and alizarin red staining.Experiment 2 was carried out to evaluate the vitality and mineralization of primary cultured tibial osteoblasts of broilers on days 4,8,12,16,20,24,28 and 32 after incubation,respectively.The results from experiment 1 demonstrated that primary cultured tibial osteoblasts of broilers showed a spindle-shaped,triangular or polygonal morphology.More than 95%of the cells were stained blue-black after ALP staining,and mineralized nodules were formed after 4 days of continuous incubation.In experiment 2,lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)activity stayed at a relatively stabilized level although incubation time affected(P=0.0012)it during the whole culture period.Additionally,incubation time affected(P≤0.0001)the number and proportion of the area of mineralized nodules.They increased linearly and quadratically(P<0.04)with the increase of incubation time,and remained at a stabilized level from 24 to 32 days of incubation.The estimates of the optimal incubation time were 17 and 26 days based on the best fitted broken-line or quadratic models(P<0.0001)of the number and proportion of the area of mineralized nodules,respectively.These results indicate that the primary cultured tibial osteoblast model of broilers has been established successfully by the explant method,and it showed typical osteoblast morphology and characteristics of ALP activity and mineralization,and could maintain a relatively stabilized vitality from 4 to 32 days of incubation;and the optimal incubation time of primary tibial osteoblasts was 17 to 26 days.Therefore,it could be used to further study the underlying mechanisms of bone development and mineralization of broiler chicks.

1.Introduction Oil crops such as soybeans,sunflower,canola,rapeseed,and peanuts play a vital role in the agricultural economy,second only to food crops in terms of area and yield.Vegetable oil is known for its high energy density,containing approximately 2.25 times more calories per unit mass than carbohydrates or protein.Therefore,vegetable oil is an important source of energy and provides a variety of fatty acids necessary for human health.

Progress in research and application of vital dyes in chromovitrectomy

Chromovitrectomy is a surgical method that uses intraocular dyes during vitreoretinal surgery to stain transparent tissues in the eye such as the posterior vitreous cortex,epiretinal membrane and inner limiting membrane for easy operation.It can avoid the intraocular complications associated with incomplete vitrectomy,incomplete epiretinal membrane peeling and incomplete internal limiting membrane peeling.At present,the commonly used vital dyes in clinic are as follows:indocyanine green,infracyanine green,triamcinolone acetonide,trypan blue,brilliant blue G.Indocyanine green was first used for intraocular staining,which can show the inner limiting membrane well.Following indocyanine green,trypan blue is used to identify idiopathic epiretinal membranes and triamcinolone acetonide is used to stain the vitreous.Recently,it has been discovered that natural dyes extracted from fruits,such as lutein and anthocyanins,are also used in intraocular vitrectomy.The main purpose of this review is to explore the research status and prospects of various intraocular stains in stained vitrectomy.

Clinical observation on the efficacy and safety of different doses of alfentanil for painless gastroscopy

Objective:To observe the Effective dose and safety of different doses of alfentanil combined with propofol in painless gastroscopy.Method:240 patients who underwent painless gastric examination from January 2021 to December 2021 were randomly divided into a control group and a different dose group of alfentanil(N1 group,N2 group,N3 group,N4 group,and N5 group,with injection doses of 5,6,7,8,and 10ug/kg,respectively)using a number table method,with 40 patients in each group.The control group was anesthetized with propofol injection,while different dosage groups of alfentanil were anesthetized with different doses of alfentanil combined with propofol.Evaluate the anesthesia effect after the examination is completed.Compare the heart rate(HR),systolic blood pressure(SBP),apnea time,incidence of intolerance to gastroscopy insertion,and adverse reactions in each group.Result:Compared with before administration,SBP and HR in all groups decreased before gastroscopy placement(P<0.01);At 1 minute after gastroscopy insertion,both SBP and HR in the control group increased(P<0.01),while SBP in the N3 and N4 groups decreased(P<0.01),while HR remained unchanged(P>0.05).Both SBP and HR in the N5 group decreased(P<0.01).Compared with before gastroscopy insertion,SBP and HR in the control group,N1,N2,and N3 groups increased 1 minute after gastroscopy insertion(P<0.01),while there was no significant change in SBP and HR in the N4 and N5 groups(P>0.05).The apnea time of different dosage groups of alfentanil was lower than that of the control group(P<0.01),and the apnea time of N5 group was higher than that of N1 group,N2 group,N3 group,and N4 group(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in the Incidence of intolerant reactions during gastroscopy insertion,cough reaction,retching reflex,swallowing reflex and limb movement reaction rate between the six groups(P>0.05);There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of itching,nausea,vomiting,anxiety,dizziness,drowsiness,diarrhea,and constipation after painless gastroscopy examination among the six groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of 8ug/kg alfentanil and propofol has a definite anesthesia effect,stable respiratory and circulatory system,and low incidence of adverse reactions when used for painless gastroscopy.

Current Status of Research on Pollen Vitality and Stigma Receptivity of Wuren Walnut(Juglans sigillata)in Guizhou Province

Wuren walnut is a unique germplasm resource of Juglans sigillata in Guizhou Province,named after its purple and black seed coat.It is a typical medicinal and edible plant with high nutritional value and good taste compared with ordinary walnut.The color of its inner seed coat is different from that of ordinary walnut,which is mostly light yellow.Wuren walnut has great market potential for development.To lay a theoretical foundation for the future breeding of improved varieties,pollination tree configuration,and hybrid breeding of Wuren walnut in Guizhou Province,this paper summarized the current research status of pollen vitality and stigma acceptability of Guizhou Wuren walnut in recent years,and looked forward to future research and application.
