On the Application of Red Cross Spirit to Moral Education of Secondary Vocational Health School

Red Cross Spirit acts as an important moral value for students.It wins so wide recognitions that more and more Chinese secondary vocational health schools have already put it into use.This paper attempts to discuss the application of Red Cross Spirit to the moral education of secondary vocational health school from the perspectives:curriculum,assignments,and activities.We hope this study could promote students’professional ethics and boost the development of moral education with the feature of secondary vocational health school.

On physical education of vocational high school students under the context of IT development

The integration of information technology and the continuous development of the information network make the college physical education degree of information technology constantly improving. College physical education is not only formed in the internal network, then sharing information resources and making sports teaching organization efficient as a whole, but communicate with the external network, formatting the Internet and producing significant changes in the teaching environment of college sports and sports teaching. College physical education is facing the reformation of better educated and digitization, virtualization, molecules, networking, agile and globalization. Physical education and sports teaching degree of information is closely related.

Evaluation of Technical Education by Using a Modern Structured MOODLE Laboratory Course, in Relation to Recent Data

E-learning platforms support education systems worldwide, transferring theoretical knowledge as well as soft skills. In the present study high-school pupils’, and adult students’ opinions were evaluated through a modern structured MOODLE interactive course, designed for the needs of the laboratory course “Automotive Systems”. The study concerns Greek secondary vocational education pupils aged 18 and vocational training adult students aged 20 to 50 years. The multistage, equal size simple random cluster sample was used as a sampling method. Pupils and adult students of each cluster completed structured 10-question questionnaires both before and after attending the course. A total of 120 questionnaires were collected. In general, our findings disclosed that the majority of pupils and adult students had significantly improved their knowledge and skills from using MOODLE. They reported strengthening conventional teaching, using the new MOODLE technology. The satisfaction indices improved quite, with the differences in their mean values being statistically significant.

The Necessity of Integrating Public English Course into Chinese Culture Education in Higher Vocational Colleges

Looking at the current public English culture teaching classroom in higher vocational colleges,the main problems are that the classroom focuses on grammar knowledge and language learning,and the cultural explanation is not in-depth;The classroom is centered on European and American culture and lacks the complementary and integrated teaching of Chinese culture;The teaching method of Chinese culture adopted by teachers is relatively single and lacks the cultivation of cross-cultural communication awareness.In the process of teaching,a variety of teaching methods are used together to introduce Chinese cultural elements by comparing Chinese and English cultures and combining with hot current events;To guide students to look at cultural differences with a dialectical attitude and inclusive perspective,to establish their own national identity and cultural self-confidence,to actively spread and promote Chinese culture in cross-cultural communication activities,and to improve their twoway communication ability can effectively strengthen Chinese cultural education.

Problems and Countermeasures of Education Management in Changzhou Liuguojun Higher Vocational and Technical College from the Perspective of Motivation Theory

科教融汇视域下高职教育校企协同创新治理的逻辑与路径研究

教育、科技、人才“三位一体”重要论述为科教融汇视域下高职教育校企协同创新治理提供了政策基础与现实依据。高职教育校企协同创新实践中呈现出校企主体功能效益差异、管理权力运行向度单一、利益平衡机制缺失等问题表征,实际上是由于协同创新价值认同缺失、权力分配失衡、利益共享不均衡等治理不足所致。外溢性的公共价值达成、异质性的多元主体协同及柔性的网络化秩序建立共同构成了高职教育校企协同创新治理的逻辑。结合实践案例分析,校企协同创新治理现代化应通过建立“产科教”融合的治理价值理念、保障协同创新治理主体话语权、建立协同创新治理机制、构建基于自组织的协同创新场域等路径推进。

高职创新创业学院的结构定位与功能实现

依据结构功能主义理论,创新创业学院作为高职院校内部的一个基层组织结构,兼具二级学院和行政管理部门的双重结构身份,兼具创新创业教育和创新创业管理的双重基本功能。创新创业教育功能主要表现为会同相关职能部门和二级学院开展创新创业课程教学、创新创业培训、创新创业教育实践和创新创业教育研究。创新创业管理功能主要表现为整体规划和设计创新创业教育、统筹管理和整合创新创业教育资源、组织创新创业竞赛和孵化管理创新创业项目。为实现双重基本功能,应积极完善创新创业教育和管理的结构架构,全面整合创新创业教育资源,大力推进创新创业教育模式改革创新,建立健全创新创业教育生态链。

产教融合背景下高职护理专业校企合作创新教材建设

教材是衡量学校教育与培养目标一致性的最基础、最直接的文本,教材的改革是教学改革的窗口。2020年1月教育部印发的《职业院校教材管理办法》强调要“专业课程教材要充分反映产业发展最新进展,对接科技发展趋势和市场需求,及时吸收比较成熟的新技术、新工艺、新规范等”,建设一批符合时代要求的、高质量的高职护理专业教材是高职教材发展的趋势。基于产教融合、校企合作是我国高职教育的最大特色与成功之处,本课题分析了高职护理专业现用教材存在问题,包括职业特色不够凸显、缺少临床护理工作一线人员参与、教材内容更新慢、教材编写方式及内容均不利于学生通过护士执业资格考试、落后于数字化信息时代发展的要求及思政元素和职业素养融入不足等,指出产教融合背景下高职护理专业校企合作开发教材的必要性,提出校企合作创新教材建设路径,即组织编写人员到本地医院调研,组建由临床护理专家和校内专业课骨干教师组成的高水平教材编写梯队,制定器官系统化教材编写模式,由临床护理专家、校内专任教师和学生三方进行教材评审,编写过程中坚持做到校内教师与临床护理专家三个充分的合作、做到临床护理专家两种方式三个层面的参与、做到两个切实一个融入、做到突出三个结合、做到一整合一完善。

教育强国建设背景下综合高中发展的行动逻辑、历史镜鉴与推进路径

建设教育强国背景下,综合高中是增强教育多样性和选择性,以适配学生个性发展推动教育公平的重要举措;是推动职普融通,建设高质量教育体系的重要路径;是奠基发展新质生产力的高素质人才,打牢学生多维知识结构和技能基础的重要载体。我国曾开展过两次综合高中试点改革,均未取得理想成效。新时期发展综合高中要以史为鉴,遵循服务建设教育强国的行动逻辑,推动高中阶段教育的系统性重构、整体性重塑和机制性重建,从加强顶层设计、设置核心课程、建立独立课程体系、地市为主优化资源配置、完善配套制度保障等方面系统推进。

校企“双元”协作开发活页式教材是职业院校深化“三教”改革急需解决的问题。通过对职业教育活页式教材形态、编写机制、内容组织模式、育人模式及教学模式变革的分析与归纳,提出活页式教材正朝着形态“活”、教师“活”、内容“活”、思想“活”、教法“活”的方向发展。在对“活页式”教材实践探索的基础上,设计职业教育活页式教材开发流程,构建融“三教”为一体的活页式教材建设框架,提出活页式教材体例格式,详解案例活页内容。

中考普职分流:何以定分止争

调整中等教育结构,保持合理的普职比例,对构建现代职业教育体系,形成良好的教育生态具有重要意义。考察我国初中后普职分流政策演进史可以发现:普职比“大体相当”政策是改革开放后吸取教育改革教训而制定的,后经历了我国经济与就业市场化改革以及大学扩招等各种考验,但是近年来该政策在实施过程中,普职比例、分流时间和分流功效等方面存在诸多争议。从巩固中等职业教育的基础性地位与完善现代职业教育体系出发,未来初中后普职分流改革应因地制宜调整普职比例,适当延后普职分流时间;健全职业教育体系,在高中阶段教育完善“分流-交流”机制,拓宽中职考试升学通道;加大高中阶段课程改革,增大校内分流可能性;在构建国家资历框架中充分考虑高中阶段教育的普职融通。

中高职贯通培养是职业教育育人的重要途径,为区域产业发展提供重要人力资源。针对中高职贯通培养规格定位不准,培养质量不高等问题,以东莞职业技术学院机械制造及自动化省级高水平专业群建设为契机,构建以工程实践项目为载体的五年一贯制培养模式,开发一体化系统化的课程体系;以递进层级岗位能力要求为培养主线,精准对接企业需求,提出了中高企一体化协同育人模式,形成了中高企命运共同体机制,为培养符合现场工程师标准的技术技能人才提供经验借鉴。

校院共建共管共育模式下推进医学实习精细化管理的探讨

职业学校机电一体化专业产教深度融合的研究

在中国高质量发展的背景下,职业学校机电一体化专业正面临着新的机遇和挑战。为了满足现代工业对高素质技能人才的需求,引入产教融合教学模式,阐述了产教融合在教学中的2种研发模式,进一步分析了高质量发展背景下应用型职业院校产教融合的实施路径和实施内容,提出相应的发展措施,并在江苏省江阴中等专业学校开展了为期5年的应用,通过分析产教融合在机电一体化专业中的应用效果可知,该教学模式可以显著提高学生的就业率及用人单位满意度。研究结果可为职业学校机电一体化专业的高质量发展提供有力支持,并为其他相关领域提供借鉴和启发。
