While protected vegetables often encountered sudden disasters in production and were restricted with the conditions of low temperature and weak light. Aimed at the sudden disasters of protected vegetable production in Hebei Province,the countermeasures for disaster prevention and control were put forward from the aspects of variety selection, seedling treatment technology,grafting technique,cultivation and management,flower and fruit retention technology,application of exogenous substance,rational fertilization,transgenic technology and so on,in order to reduce production risks and cut loss,realize that protected vegetable production is safe,good-quality and efficient. 展开更多

In order to prevent large-area outbreak of sugarcane diseases and ensure safe growth in late stage,the occurrence dynamics of important sugarcane diseases in the rainy and humid season was analyzed and discussed from the aspects of three epidemic outbreak elements of plant diseases: host plant,pathogen and environmental condition. To control sugarcane borers scientifically and effectively, the species, population structure and dynamics of sugarcane borers in Yunnan sugarcane areas were analyzed, based on the historical data and survey research. The distribution area and damage of the major sugarcane borers in Yunnan sugarcane areas were ascertained, and the factors influencing population structure dynamics of sugarcane borers and their rampant causes were revealed. According to the damaging characteristics of sugarcane borers, suitable control countermeasures were proposed, including establish-ing and improving sugarcane quarantine system, enhancing quarantine of imported varieties/clones, investigating new sugarcane borer populations thoroughly and systematically, establishing early warning and monitoring system, actively carrying out physical and biological control, and enhancing protection of natural enemies. These countermeasures could help to effectively control sugarcane borers and reduce the damage caused by these borers. 展开更多

The results displayed that new progress has been made in the study of control techniques and models for rocky desertification in Guangxi,and typical control models of " mountain-water-field-forest-road comprehensive control", " ecological agriculture planting-agricultural tourism", " three-in-one" appeared. Then,systematic analysis on the situation of rocky desertification control in Guangxi was conducted. Some problems are found: at present,the prevention and control mechanism of rocky desertification in Guangxi is not perfect,and there is no joint force among departments;there is low capital input and single source channel;the contradiction between survival and ecology is prominent,and the enthusiasm of the masses to participate is not high;there is imperfect supporting policy mechanism,and economic development and ecological protection are unbalanced. For these problems,relevant suggestions and safeguard measures are proposed from comprehensive management,governance planning,technical support and policy support. By the 1970s, the water quality of Huaihe River was deteriorating daily and more than a hundred serious pollution accidents of water quality happened and caused the inestimable losses in the production, life and health of residents along the river and terribly damaged the ecological system of the river. Through the continuous large-scale treatment for more than 10 years, the deterioration of water quality in Huaihe River has been basically inhibited. Nevertheless, the water pollution in Huaihe River is, on the whole, still very serious for many reasons, including special climatic conditions, terrible lack of water resource, obsolete industrial structure and unsound management system for the river, etc. This essay deeply analyzes the rea- sons why the water pollution of Huaihe River is "chronic" and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures for how to continuously improve the water quality of the river. In the end, this essay argues that it still takes 30-50 years or even a longer period, even if every measures are implemented smoothly and strictly, to actually make the water of Huaihe River clean and gradually restore its normal ecological and environmental functions. 展开更多

Based on ground meteorological observation data at 10 representative stations of Shaoyang City during 1951-2017 and rainfall data at over 220 automatic weather stations during 2005-2017,statistical analysis on rainstorm and flood disaster in Shaoyang was conducted. Occurrence characteristics and rule of rainstorm and flood disaster were found,and disaster situation was evaluated and analyzed. The results showed that( 1)there was almost local rainstorm and flood in Shaoyang City every year,with strong seasonal characteristic.( 2) The loss caused by rainstorm and flood disaster was the most serious in various meteorological disasters.( 3) Rainstorm and flood disaster generally had the sudden and devastating characteristics. Via the analysis and research on rainstorm and flood disaster,defense measure and countermeasure of rainstorm and flood were proposed,which could provide scientific decision basis for party and government leading flood relief,and had important guidance significance for preventing and mitigating disasters by government agencies. 展开更多

目的:分析湖北省竹山县流行性感冒的流行特征,并掌握流行趋势,为相关部门制定防控策略提供参考依据。方法:从中国疾病预防控制系统中导出2017—2022年湖北省竹山县流行性感冒疫情数据,采用描述流行病学方法进行分析。结果:2017—2022年... 目的:分析湖北省竹山县流行性感冒的流行特征,并掌握流行趋势,为相关部门制定防控策略提供参考依据。方法:从中国疾病预防控制系统中导出2017—2022年湖北省竹山县流行性感冒疫情数据,采用描述流行病学方法进行分析。结果:2017—2022年竹山县共报告流行性感冒病例7788例,年均报告发病率为286.07/10万,无死亡病例报告。2019年报告发病率最高(690.48/10万),2021年报告发病率最低(35.82/10万),年报告发病率呈整体下降趋势。全县各乡镇均有流行性感冒病例报告,各月均有发病病例,1月为发病高峰,其次为2—3月;发病职业主要为散居儿童,发病年龄主要集中在0~9岁年龄段人群,随年龄增长呈逐级下降趋势,男性报告发病率明显高于女性。结论:流行性感冒仍是严重威胁竹山县居民健康的急性传染病。相关部门应加强呼吸道传染病防治知识宣传,培养居民养成良好的卫生习惯,加大对0~9岁年龄段人群流行性感冒疫苗的接种力度,提高人群整体免疫屏障;加强疫情监测,及时发现和处置流行性感冒暴发苗头,从而遏制流行性感冒病毒的传播和流行。 展开更多
