This unambiguous method can be used to achieve a high accuracy and to simultaneously measure the weak temporal phase and temporal profile of pulses, which are almost transform- limited. A detailed analysis shows that this iterative method has valuable potential applications in the charac- terization of pulses with weak temporal phase.展开更多

目的评估弱激光血管外照射降低血压、血脂和血糖的疗效。方法采用问卷调查方法,采集全国腕带式弱激光仪使用者的治疗信息,分析用户治疗前后的血压、血脂和血糖变化情况,采用单因素与多重线性回归方法分析弱激光照射降压的影响因素。结...目的评估弱激光血管外照射降低血压、血脂和血糖的疗效。方法采用问卷调查方法,采集全国腕带式弱激光仪使用者的治疗信息,分析用户治疗前后的血压、血脂和血糖变化情况,采用单因素与多重线性回归方法分析弱激光照射降压的影响因素。结果共回收问卷5801份,因缺失值较多,仅将有治疗前后对比数据的调查对象纳入分析,其中,高血压1335例,高血糖180例,血脂异常129例。治疗后仪器使用者的收缩压(SBP)(t=53.16,P<0.001)、舒张压(DBP)(t=34.17,P<0.001)、三酰甘油(TG)(t=7.87,P<0.001)、总胆固醇(TC)(t=8.78,P<0.001)和空腹血糖(FBG)水平(t=11.64,P<0.001)均较使用前明显下降。与基线水平相比,治疗后仪器使用者的SBP、DBP、TG、TC和FBG分别下降了23.3 mm Hg(14.50%)(1 mm Hg=0.133 k Pa)、10.6 mm Hg(11.40%)、0.86 mmol/L(28.70%)、1.11 mmol/L(18.00%)和3.64 mmol/L(34.40%)。不失眠者的DBP下降幅度明显高于失眠者(F=9.54,P=0.00),不饮酒者的DBP下降幅度明显高于饮酒者(F=5.08,P=0.02);男性TG下降幅度明显高于女性(Z=-2.48,P=0.01),有精神压力者的TG下降幅度显著高于无精神压力者(Z=-2.16,P=0.03),吸烟者TG下降幅度明显高于无吸烟用户(Z=-2.17,P=0.03)。所有使用者的中位使用时间为616 d(1~5479 d),以四分位数分为<272 d、272~698 d、699~1435 d和1437 d 4组,其SBP下降幅度分别为(-22.25±16.22)、(-21.59±15.24)、(-24.96±16.82)和(-24.66±15.88)mm Hg,差异有统计学意义(F=3.55,P=0.01)。多元线性回归分析结果显示,性别(β=-0.08,P=0.0178)和仪器使用时间(β=-0.09,P=0.0016)是SBP变化的影响因素;性别(β=-0.10,P=0.0039)、失眠(β=0.09,P=0.0015)和饮酒(β=0.10,P=0.0033)是DBP变化的影响因素。结论长时间弱激光血管外照射有降压、降脂和降糖效果。展开更多
