It is always significant for assessing and evaluation of oil bearing layers, especially for well logging data processing and interpretation of non marine oil beds to get more accurate physical properties in thin and inter thin layers. This paper presents a definition of measures and the measure presents power law relation with the corresponded scale described by fractal theory. Thus, logging curves can be reconstructed according to this power law relation. This method uses the local structure nearby concurrent points to compensate the average effect of logging probes and measurement errors. As an example, deep and medium induced conductivity (IMPH and IDPH) curves in ODP Leg 127 Hole 797C are reconstructed or corrected. Corrected curves are with less adjacent effects through comparison of corrected curves with original one. And also, the power spectra of corrected well logging curve are abounding with more resolution components than the original one. Thus, fractal correction method makes the well logging more resoluble for thin beds. 展开更多

The study of the thin bed responses and correction methods in cased hole density logging can provide a theoretical basis for research to improve data processing methods. By using the Monte Carlo program MCNP, the change of detector count from thin beds with the vertical depth was calculated at different casing thicknesses. The calculation showed that with the low density thin bed moving upward, detector count first increased to a maximum then decreased. The responses of a thin bed with a high density were opposite to those of a thin bed with a low density. The change curve was symmetrical, and the maximums or minimums appeared at the midpoint between the detector and source. Besides, detector count increased with increasing thin bed thickness. At a specific thin bed thickness, further increase of thin bed thickness resulted in a slow increase of detector count then the count rate leveled off. In actual logging, the influence of adjacent formations on density log measurements can be ignored. Finally, based on numerical simulation correction methods for the dual influence of casing and thin beds are discussed. 展开更多

Study of the effects on GPS coordinate time series caused by higher-order ionospheric corrections calculated using the DIPOLE model

As one of the main error sources in high-precision Global Positioning System (GPS) data processing, higher-order ionospheric (HOI) delays cause significant effects on coordinate time series that cannot be ignored in analyses of long time series. Typically two geomagnetic models, DIPOLE model and Inter- national Geomagnetic Reference Field (IGRF) model, are used for calculating HOI corrections. This paper investigates the effects of HOI correction caused by the DIPOLE model on coordinate time series. GPS data from 104 globally distributed International GNSS Service (IGS) stations spanning from January, 1999 to December, 2003 were reprocessed following up-to-date processing strategies utilizing GAMIT and GLOBK software. Two coordinate time series solutions before and after applying HOI corrections using the DIPOLE model were derived for studying the effects in terms of seasonal variations and noise amplitudes. The results show that after applying the HOI corrections calculated with DIPOLE, the noise amplitudes of the coordinate time series increased, especially in the north and east directions, and the increased amplitudes of the flicker noise were larger than those of the white noise. Furthermore, spurious periodic signals that were probably introduced by the HOI corrections from the DIPOLE model were also found. Moreover, an apparent increase was confirmed for the power spectra of most of the stations, especially in the north direction, and the amplitudes of both the annual and semi-annual signals also increased in the north and east directions. It can be inferred that the quality of the external data sources such as the geomagnetic model might be the key factors that lead to the above results. The results also suggest that we should be very careful when the DIPOLE model is used for HOI corrections. 展开更多

How to deal with geometric distortion is an open problem when using the massive amount of satellite images at a national or global scale, especially for multi-temporal image analysis. In this paper, an algorithm is proposed to automatically rectify the geometric distortion of time-series CCD multi- spectral data of small constellation for environmental and disaster mitigation (HJ-1A/B) which was launched by China in 2008. In this algorithm, the area-based matching method was used to automatically search tie points firstly, and then the polynomial function was introduced to correct the systematic errors caused by the satellite motion along the roll, pitch and yaw direction. The improved orthorectification method was finally used to correct pixel displacement caused by off-nadir viewing of topography, which are random errors in the images and cannot be corrected by the polynomial equation. Nine scenes of level 2 HJ CCD images from one path/row were taken as the warp images to test the algorithm. The test result showed that the overall accuracy of the proposed algorithm was within 2 pixels (the average residuals were 37.8 m, and standard deviations were 19.8 m). The accuracies of 45.96% validation points (VPs) were within 1 pixel and 90.33% VPs were within 2 pixels. The discussion showed that three main factors including the distortion patterns of HJ CCD images, pereent of cloud cover and the varying altitude of the satellite orbit may affect the search of tie points and the accuracy of results. Although the influence of varying altitude of the satellite orbits is less than the other factors, it is noted that detailed satellite altitude information should be given in the future to get a more precise result. The proposed algorithm should be an efficient tool for the geo-correction of HJ CCD multi-spectral images. 展开更多

Background:As a structurally and functionally important component in forest ecosystems,plant debris plays a crucial role in the global carbon cycle.Although it is well known that plant debris stocks vary greatly with tree species composition,forest type,forest origin,and stand age,simultaneous investigation on the changes in woody and non-woody debris biomass and their carbon stock with forest succession has not been reported.Therefore,woody and non-woody debris and carbon stocks were investigated across a subalpine forest successional gradient in Wanglang National Nature Reserve on the eastern Qinghai-Tibet Plateau.Results:Plant debris ranged from 25.19 to 82.89 Mg∙ha−1 and showed a global increasing tendency across the subalpine forest successional series except for decreasing at the S4 successional stage.Accordingly,the ratios of woody to non-woody debris stocks ranged from 26.58 to 208.89,and the highest and lowest ratios of woody to non-woody debris stocks were respectively observed in mid-successional coniferous forest and shrub forest,implying that woody debris dominates the plant debris.In particular,the ratios of coarse to fine woody debris stocks varied greatly with the successional stage,and the highest and lowest ratios were found in later and earlier successional subalpine forests,respectively.Furthermore,the woody debris stock varied greatly with diameter size,and larger diameter woody debris dominated the plant debris.Correspondingly,the carbon stock of plant debris ranged from 10.30 to 38.87 Mg∙ha−1 across the successional series,and the highest and lowest values were observed in the mid-coniferous stage and shrub forest stage,respectively.Most importantly,the carbon stored in coarse woody debris in later successional forests was four times higher than in earlier successional forests.Conclusions:The stock and role of woody debris,particularly coarse woody debris,varied greatly with the forest successional stage and dominated the carbon cycle in the subalpine forest ecosystem.Thus,preserving coarse woody debris is a critical strategy for sustainable forest management. 展开更多

The concept of cointegration describes an equilibrium relationship among a set of time-varying variables, and the cointegrated relationship can be represented through an error-correction model (ECM). The error-correction variable, which represents the short-run discrepancy from the equilibrium state in a cointegrated system, plays an important role in the ECM. It is natural to ask how the error-correction mechanism works, or equivalently, how the short-run discrepancy affects the development of the cointegrated system? This paper examines the effect or local influence on the error-correction variable in an error-correction model. Following the argument of the second-order approach to local influence suggested by reference [5], we develop a diagnostic statistic to examine the local influence on the estimation of the parameter associated with the error-correction variable in an ECM. An empirical example is presented to illustrate the application of the proposed diagnostic. We find that the short-run discre pancy may have strong influence on the estimation of the parameter associated with the error-correction model. It is the error-correction variable that the short-run discrepancies can be incorporated through the error-correction mechanism. 展开更多

Therefore, geological logging of exploratory tunnels has always been taking the method of manual sketch work which has low efficiency and poor informatization degree of products, and it is a technical issue requiring urgent settlement for geological logging of small tunnels. This paper proposes and studies novel methods of photographic geological logging suitable for small tunnels, including image acquisition, image orientation control, image geometric correction, unfolded image map generation and geological attitude measurement, etc. Experiments show that the method can meet the precision requirement of geological logging. The novel method helps to realize the fast acquisition and processing of image-based geological logging data for small tunnels, and the forms of logging result are more abundant and more applicable to informatized management and application of geological logging data. 展开更多

Numerical models and correct predictions are important for marine forecasting,but the forecasting results are often unable to satisfy the requirements of operational wave forecasting.Because bias between the predictions of numerical models and the actual sea state has been observed,predictions can only be released after correction by forecasters.This paper proposes a spati-otemporal interactive processing bias correction method to correct numerical prediction fields applied to the production and release of operational ocean wave forecasting products.The proposed method combines the advantages of numerical models and Forecast Discussion;specifically,it integrates subjective and objective information to achieve interactive spatiotemporal correc-tions for numerical prediction.The method corrects the single-time numerical prediction field in space by spatial interpolation and sub-zone numerical analyses using numerical model grid data in combination with real-time observations and the artificial judg-ment of forecasters to achieve numerical prediction accuracy.The difference between the original numerical prediction field and the spatial correction field is interpolated to an adjacent time series by successive correction analysis,thereby achieving highly efficient correction for multi-time forecasting fields.In this paper,the significant wave height forecasts from the European Centre for Medium-Range Weather Forecasts are used as background field for forecasting correction and analysis.Results indicate that the proposed method has good application potential for the bias correction of numerical predictions under different sea states.The method takes into account spatial correlations for the numerical prediction field and the time series development of the numerical model to correct numerical predictions efficiently. 展开更多

基于校正光谱序列融合的小麦腥黑穗病籽粒分类方法

针对小麦腥黑穗病轻度患病籽粒易与健康籽粒混淆,人工识别难度大的问题,将校正光谱序列融合技术与深度学习模型相结合,实现小麦腥黑穗病籽粒快速、精准分类。以健康、轻度患病、重度患病各300粒小麦籽粒的高光谱数据为样本,通过多元散... 针对小麦腥黑穗病轻度患病籽粒易与健康籽粒混淆,人工识别难度大的问题,将校正光谱序列融合技术与深度学习模型相结合,实现小麦腥黑穗病籽粒快速、精准分类。以健康、轻度患病、重度患病各300粒小麦籽粒的高光谱数据为样本,通过多元散射校正算法(MSC)和标准正态变换算法(SNV)对原始光谱进行预处理,并利用二维相关光谱法(2D-COS)分析SNV与MSC算法处理后的光谱之间的互补性。使用校正光谱序列融合技术将原始光谱、SNV预处理光谱与MSC预处理光谱三者进行融合得到序列融合光谱,以充分利用不同光谱预处理数据间的互补信息。最终,利用序列融合光谱数据建立基于ResNet 50算法的小麦腥黑病分类模型。试验结果表明,序列融合光谱ResNet 50模型总体准确率最高为93.89%,F1值为93.87%,分类性能优于单一预处理光谱建立的ResNet 50模型。为进一步评估模型分类效果,使用序列融合光谱分别建立偏最小二乘判别分析(PLS-DA)、支持向量机(SVM)以及集成学习算法模型随机森林(RF)与极端梯度提升树(XGBoost)模型,并进行对比,结果显示:SVM、PLS-DA、RF与XGBoost总体准确率分别为81.67%、84.44%、89.44%与90.55%,F1值分别为81.59%、84.04%、89.49%与90.59%,ResNet 50总体准确率与F1值优于传统光谱分析模型。因此,本研究表明校正光谱序列融合技术结合深度学习模型,能够实现对不同患病程度腥黑穗病籽粒的有效分类。 展开更多

基于重构距离向分谱法的时序InSAR电离层校正及分析

合成孔径雷达干涉技术(InSAR)受电离层延迟影响较大,特别是在低高纬地区,用于时序InSAR解算的干涉对数量大大减少,严重影响了低频合成孔径雷达(SAR)系统的监测精度.针对该问题,引入重构距离向分谱法(RRSSI),将其扩展为时序InSAR电离层... 合成孔径雷达干涉技术(InSAR)受电离层延迟影响较大,特别是在低高纬地区,用于时序InSAR解算的干涉对数量大大减少,严重影响了低频合成孔径雷达(SAR)系统的监测精度.针对该问题,引入重构距离向分谱法(RRSSI),将其扩展为时序InSAR电离层误差估计与校正方法.为测试方法性能,获取2006年6月至2010年8月间覆盖阿拉斯加Anaktuvuk河区域的ALOS-1 PALSAR数据进行实验.实验结果表明:本文方法能够有效估计时序InSAR结果中的电离层误差,且对小空间尺度电离层扰动具有较高的敏感性;经提出方法校正后,研究区域的年平均形变速率均值从校正前的1.46 cm/a降至0.49 cm/a,而标准差则从1.16 cm/a降至0.65 cm/a,精度显著提升;选取时序点的累积形变由校正前的大幅波动变得更加平稳,更符合形变规律. 展开更多

过套管测井是指在探井或开发井已经下入套管固井后的井段进行套管内测井作业,并在此基础上进行油气层识别、储层物性评价、水淹层评价等研究。早期,过套管测井主要应用在开发测井中进行油藏动态监测、剩余油分布监测、井区水驱效果、水... 过套管测井是指在探井或开发井已经下入套管固井后的井段进行套管内测井作业,并在此基础上进行油气层识别、储层物性评价、水淹层评价等研究。早期,过套管测井主要应用在开发测井中进行油藏动态监测、剩余油分布监测、井区水驱效果、水淹层分析等方面,其方便实用的特点使其在油田生产中得到广泛应用。近些年,由于大斜度井、水平井、高温高压等高风险复杂结构井逐渐增多,裸眼测井面临无法录取资料的风险。为了降低测井作业事故发生概率,取全测井资料,缩短作业周期,可以利用过套管测井代替原有的裸眼测井。但对于过套管测井,由于套管的隔离作用以及井眼和地层等影响因素,相较于裸眼测井其探测范围更小,油气藏评价结果存在疑问。通过对过套管电阻率、中子、密度测井原理进行分析,厘清过套管测井响应的影响因素并进行相应的校正处理,结合同井眼裸眼随钻测井以及邻井同层位测井资料对比,验证了过套管测井资料的可靠性。在此基础上再进行油气藏综合解释,有效解决了过套管测井评价技术的难点。 展开更多

本文针对川藏地区连续运行参考站系统(continuously operating reference stations,CORS)基准站站点坐标包含复杂影响因子和丰富且微弱有益的信号的特点,为了解决区域大规模时间序列数据分析处理过程繁琐,且无法大批量处理的问题,设计... 本文针对川藏地区连续运行参考站系统(continuously operating reference stations,CORS)基准站站点坐标包含复杂影响因子和丰富且微弱有益的信号的特点,为了解决区域大规模时间序列数据分析处理过程繁琐,且无法大批量处理的问题,设计开发了GNSS坐标时间序列预处理系统,支持大区域多站点批处理解算模式,实现数据产品预处理、下载和可视化,实现了最小二乘拟合、粗差剔除、建模插值和共模误差(common mode error,CME)改正等一体化功能模块的集成.采用陆态网长期坐标时间序列数据从解算精度与效率两方面对软件进行了性能评估.结果表明:陆态网各测站N方向和E方向最小二乘拟合的拟合优度R2均约在99%,拟合效果较好;粗差剔除后的时间序列相比于剔除前各方向的WRMS值都有降低;水平方向插值后的结果均方根误差(root mean square error,RMSE)值均优于8 mm.CME剔除后,水平方向和垂直方向均方根(root mean square,RMS)值均有所下降. 展开更多

气测录井是油气勘探开发中一种必不可少的录井检测分析手段,但是由于多种因素影响,气测数据往往不能准确反映地下油气信息。在确定影响气测数据主要因素的基础上,建立钻头直径、钻时、钻井液排量、钻井液粘度以及井筒压差各单项影响因... 气测录井是油气勘探开发中一种必不可少的录井检测分析手段,但是由于多种因素影响,气测数据往往不能准确反映地下油气信息。在确定影响气测数据主要因素的基础上,建立钻头直径、钻时、钻井液排量、钻井液粘度以及井筒压差各单项影响因素校正模型,进一步利用主成分分析方法建立了气测数据多因素影响下的综合校正模型。通过辽河油区T 281井的应用,气测全烃数据质量有了较明显的提升,能够更好地反映地层真实的含油气信息,经试油验证该技术应用效果良好,可以有效增强气测数据的可对比性,提高了录井综合解释的精度,为油田高效勘探开发、施工决策及试油选层提供了有力的技术支撑。 展开更多
