Low carbon landscape development is an emerging approach of landscape design,which aims to promote sustainable development,and reduce energy consumption and environmental impact by reducing carbon emissions.As an impo...Low carbon landscape development is an emerging approach of landscape design,which aims to promote sustainable development,and reduce energy consumption and environmental impact by reducing carbon emissions.As an important component of low carbon landscape construction,the construction of urban pocket park system based on mini-parks plays a crucial role in improving the urban greening level,increasing the urban green space,alleviating the urban pressure,improving the living and healthy environment of urban residents,and promoting the urban ecological balance.Taking Chaowai district of Beijing as an example,this paper calculates the ecological value of trees including energy contribution,carbon sequestration,ability to improve rainfall runoff and aesthetic value by collecting the information of trees and the plot on which the trees are located through the i-Tree platform,which provides important reference value for the urban pocket park system planning to create low carbon comprehensive benefits.展开更多
The instability of p-channel low-temperature polycrystalline silicon thin film transistors(poly-Si TFTs)is investigated under negative gate bias stress(NBS)in this work.Firstly,a series of negative bias stress experim...The instability of p-channel low-temperature polycrystalline silicon thin film transistors(poly-Si TFTs)is investigated under negative gate bias stress(NBS)in this work.Firstly,a series of negative bias stress experiments is performed,the significant degradation behaviors in current-voltage characteristics are observed.As the stress voltage decreases from-25 V to-37 V,the threshold voltage and the sub-threshold swing each show a continuous shift,which is induced by gate oxide trapped charges or interface state.Furthermore,low frequency noise(LFN)values in poly-Si TFTs are measured before and after negative bias stress.The flat-band voltage spectral density is extracted,and the trap concentration located near the Si/SiO2 interface is also calculated.Finally,the degradation mechanism is discussed based on the current-voltage and LFN results in poly-Si TFTs under NBS,finding out that Si-OH bonds may be broken and form Si*and negative charge OH-under negative bias stress,which is demonstrated by the proposed negative charge generation model.展开更多

Based on different characteristics of low-benefit forests, following the principle of “adjusting measures to local conditions, giving priority to ecological benefits, assisting with economic benefits”, the authors put forward some technical ways to reform low-benefit black locust forests, for example, taking measurements of collecting runoff and storing water, lowering the forest density, introducing mixed forests and transforming species, directive breeding and so on.展开更多

Because the static evaluation is unable to reflect the dynamic features of economic benefits and the contribution of sustainable development of low-carbon new energy to economic benefits is huge,this article puts forw...Because the static evaluation is unable to reflect the dynamic features of economic benefits and the contribution of sustainable development of low-carbon new energy to economic benefits is huge,this article puts forward the dynamic evaluation model of economic benefits under the development of low-carbon new energy.Total energy,energy consumption structure,industrial structure,GDP,total population and energy supply structure were taken as independent variables,and the carbon intensity was taken as the dependent variable.Through t-test and decision coefficient,total energy,energy consumption structure,GDP and total population were determined as the main factors of influencing low-carbon economy.Based on these four main factors,the dynamic evaluation index system of economic benefits was constructed.Experimental results show that the proposed model can comprehensively reflect the economic benefit level and the contribution of low-carbon new energy.Therefore,this method has high evaluation accuracy,which can provide scientific reference for the economic benefit management of relevant management departments.展开更多
