In this paper, the online teaching of Animal Product Processing was designed and implemented from three aspects of optimization of online teaching content, organization of teaching process and implementation of online assessment. According to the analysis of the questionnaire survey and the final evaluation results, the online teaching of Animal Product Processing is well received by the students and has achieved good teaching results, providing a useful reference for colleges and universities to carry out in-depth online teaching of Animal Product Processing.展开更多

The major argument lies in teaching grammar as product or as process. Teaching grammar as product focuses on giving learners a clear and explicit framework about the language; while teaching grammar as a process emphasizes the use of language by the learner. This paper gives a brief introduction of teaching grammar as product and as process and points out that language teachers can choose the more appropriate approach of them in the specific context.展开更多

The results are the "product approach" is more helpful to the learners with lower writing level; whereas, the "process approach" is more effective to ones with higher level. Furthermore, the teaching approach itself cannot affirm the superiority and inferiority, and it would not be at work unless is applied for corresponding learners.展开更多
