Managing TG-51 reference dosimetry in a large hospital network can be a challenging task. The objectives of this study are to investigate the effectiveness of using Statistical Process Control (SPC) to manage TG-51 workflow in such a network. All the sites in the network performed the annual reference dosimetry in water according to TG-51. These data were used to cross-calibrate the same ion chambers in plastic phantoms for monthly QA output measurements. An energy-specific dimensionless beam quality cross-calibration factor, <img src="Edit_6bfb9907-c034-4197-97a7-e8337a7fc21a.png" width="20" height="19" alt="" />, was derived to monitor the process across multiple sites. The SPC analysis was then performed to obtain the mean, <img src="Edit_c630a2dd-f714-4042-a46e-da0ca863cb41.png" width="30" height="20" alt="" /> , standard deviation, <span style="font-size:6.5pt;font-family:;" "=""><span style="white-space:normal;"><span style="font-size:6.5pt;font-family:"">&sigma;</span><span style="white-space:nowrap;"><sub><i>k</i></sub></span></span></span>, the Upper Control Limit (UCL) and Lower Control Limit (LCL) in each beam. This process was first applied to 15 years of historical data at the main campus to assess the effectiveness of the process. A two-year prospective study including all 30 linear accelerators spread over the main campus and seven satellites in the network followed. The ranges of the control limits (±3σ) were found to be in the range of 1.7% - 2.6% and 3.3% - 4.2% for the main campus and the satellite sites respectively. The wider range in the satellite sites was attributed to variations in the workflow. Standardization of workflow was also found to be effective in narrowing the control limits. The SPC is effective in identifying variations in the workflow and was shown to be an effective tool in managing large network reference dosimetry. 展开更多

Secondly, the authors have... The main goal of this paper is to analyze situations of financial crisis in Italian companies. The analysis has also been focused on the company's attitude to overcome the financial crisis. Secondly, the authors have analyzed if the recovery project has required the introduction of a new management control system or changes to the existing management control system. The methodology is composed of several steps. First of all, the authors have analyzed the existing literature. Secondly, the authors have referred to a sample of 98 Italian recovery projects formalized by Italian private companies. The analysis of the literature and the recovery projects permits to achieve some provisional results, which have been tested through surveys. The methodology approach is inspired by the grounded theory. The findings have been several: (1) The crisis is a usual event in the lifecycle of a firm, due to a deterioration of its strength and a change of the context; (2) The timing factor has played a fundamental role in managing the crisis situation, because a late identification of the symptoms or a minimization of them can generate an irreversible situation; and (3) In addition, a recovery project includes the introduction of a new management control system or changes to the existing management control system. These new or modified management control systems use "feed-forward" mechanisms, which make early predictions about the changes in the characteristics of the competitive framework. 展开更多

Information-centric networking(ICN) aims to improve the efficiency of content delivery and reduce the redundancy of data transmission by caching contents in network nodes. An important issue is to design caching methods with better cache hit rate and achieve allocating on-demand. Therefore, an in-network caching scheduling scheme for ICN was designed, distinguishing different kinds of contents and dynamically allocating the cache size on-demand. First discussing what was appropriated to be cached in nodes, and then a classification about the contents could be cached was proposed. Furthermore, we used AHP to weight different contents classes through analyzing users' behavior. And a distributed control process was built, to achieve differentiated caching resource allocation and management. The designed scheme not only avoids the waste of caching resource, but also further enhances the cache availability. Finally, the simulation results are illustrated to show that our method has the superior performance in the aspects of server hit rate and convergence. 展开更多

The main objective is to provide optimal solution between expensive safe design that utilizes continuous street lighting system at night for the entire road, or inexpensive design that sacrifices the safety, relying on using vehicles lighting, to eliminate the problem of high cost energy consumption during the night operation of the road. By taking into account both of these factors, smart lighting automation system is proposed using Pattern Recognition Technique applied on vehicle number-plates. In this proposal, the road is sectionalized into zones, and based on smart Pattern Recognition Technique, the control system of the road lighting illuminates only the zone that the vehicles pass through. Economic analysis is provided in this paper to support the value of using this design of lighting control system. 展开更多

A net model of formation of mathematical knowledge as a deductive theory is suggested here. Within this model the formation of deductive theory is represented as the development of a certain informational space, the elements of which are structured in the form of the orientated semantic net. This net is properly metrized and characterized by a certain system of coverings. It allows injecting net optimization parameters, regulating qualitative aspects of knowledge system under consideration. To regulate the creative processes of the formation and realization of mathematical know- edge, stochastic model of formation deductive theory is suggested here in the form of branching Markovian process, which is realized in the corresponding informational space as a semantic net. According to this stochastic model we can get correct foundation of criterion of optimization creative processes that leads to “great main points” strategy (GMP-strategy) in the process of realization of the effective control in the research work in the sphere of mathematics and its applications. 展开更多

The internal control process, which is designed to help an organization accomplish specific control objectives, is one of the most important processes, as it can determine whether or not the organization is in compliance with its internal or external requirements. Internal controls emerge from different perspectives. Currently, experts view and act on one control perspective at a time, which creates inefficiencies and duplication. This software engineering research is aimed at proposing a multiperspective framework for representing internal controls, in order to obtain a centralized and comprehensive view of all internal control mechanisms. To carry out this research, we also needed to represent the many different stakeholder perspectives of internal controls. Based on a literature review of mathematical and psychological analysis, we searched for the most suitable multiperspective representation of internal controls, and assessed the many representation options using the AHP (analytical hierarchical process) sensitivity analysis approach. This approach has been applied to a study group which has been called to answer to a questionnaire. 展开更多

The history of creation in 1971–1975 years at SDB MMS of the Institute of Cybernetics (Kyiv city) the control system for the deuterium pre-concentration stage in heavy water production at Dneprodzerzhinsk chemical plant (now Kamianske city, PJSC “DneprAzot”) is considered. It is given a technological block-diagram of the stage with its components and block-diagram of ACSTP which was developed in consequence of investigations of this complex managed object. A mathematical model of the distillation columns in the separating units of hydrogen isotopes which was used for synthesis of an algorithm of the adaptive stochastic optimal system with active accumulation of information about managed probabilistic processes is described. The results of the carried out tests of the system confirmed its efficiency. 展开更多

为降低航空器在绕飞情况下管制指挥事故的风险,采用事故树分析法(fault tree analysis, FTA)和层次分析法(analytic hierarchy process, AHP)相结合的方式对管制员在进行绕飞管制时发生指挥事故建立综合风险评估模型并制定风险管控措施... 为降低航空器在绕飞情况下管制指挥事故的风险,采用事故树分析法(fault tree analysis, FTA)和层次分析法(analytic hierarchy process, AHP)相结合的方式对管制员在进行绕飞管制时发生指挥事故建立综合风险评估模型并制定风险管控措施,以及验证所提管控措施的有效性。首先对各风险因素进行逐层分析,找出其关联性,建立绕飞管制指挥事故的事故树模型。以此为基础,结合层次分析法,确定各层风险指标权重。同时依据各指标总权重的排序结果,提出了在绕飞情况下管制指挥事故的管控措施,最后以长沙区域管制空域为实例对所提方案进行验证。结果表明:在本文方案下虽然雷雨、风切变、协调程序过于复杂和航空器偏离计划航路仍然是导致绕飞管制事故的重要因素,但其重要程度下降了6.2%,且成熟管制员人数不足、扇区流量大和预案频繁发生变化的状况得到有效解决。证明了该方案能够有效抑制导致绕飞管制指挥事故发生的事件的重要程度,减少因极端天气和扇区负荷过大而出现的安全风险事故,整体提高管制系统的稳定性和可靠性。 展开更多

循环质控理念联合风险管理模式在ICU住院患者中的应用

目的探讨重症监护室(intensive care unit,ICU)住院患者中应用循环质控理念联合风险管理模式的效果。方法选取2023年1—5月寿光市人民医院ICU住院患者335例作为对照组,实施常规医院感染管理;选取2023年6—12月ICU住院患者340例作为干预... 目的探讨重症监护室(intensive care unit,ICU)住院患者中应用循环质控理念联合风险管理模式的效果。方法选取2023年1—5月寿光市人民医院ICU住院患者335例作为对照组,实施常规医院感染管理;选取2023年6—12月ICU住院患者340例作为干预组,实施循环质控理念联合风险管理模式。比较2组管理质量、风险事件、医院感染发生率及患者满意度。结果干预组管理质量(感染监测、组织管理、风险评估、制度建设)评分高于对照组(P<0.05);干预组风险事件发生率(1.47%)低于对照组(4.48%)(P<0.05);干预组医院感染发生率(3.82%)低于对照组(7.46%)(P<0.05);干预组患者满意度(98.24%)低于对照组(95.52%)(P<0.05)。结论循环质控理念联合风险管理模式应用于ICU住院患者中,可提高管理质量,减少风险事件与医院感染发生,促进患者满意度提升,体现了《ICU十大安全目标》的执行标准。 展开更多

预测性业务流程监控(PBPM)是业务流程管理(BPM)中的一个重要研究领域,旨在准确预测未来的行为事件。目前,PBPM研究中广泛引用了深度学习方法,但大多数方法只考虑单一的事件-控制流视角,无法将属性-数据流视角与之结合进行流程预测。针... 预测性业务流程监控(PBPM)是业务流程管理(BPM)中的一个重要研究领域,旨在准确预测未来的行为事件。目前,PBPM研究中广泛引用了深度学习方法,但大多数方法只考虑单一的事件-控制流视角,无法将属性-数据流视角与之结合进行流程预测。针对这一问题,提出了一种基于双层BERT神经网络和融合流程多视角行为分析方法(简称FMP框架)。首先,基于第一层BERT学习属性-数据流信息;接着,基于第二层BERT学习事件-行为控制流信息;最后,通过FMP框架融合数据流和控制流实现多维视角流程预测。在真实的事件日志中的实验结果表明,相比其他研究方法,基于FPM框架预测下一个事件的活动精度更高。这证明融合流程多视角的FMP框架能够更全面、更深层次地分析复杂的流程行为,并提高预测的性能。 展开更多
