【目的】有效分担风险,减少责任推诿,促进全过程工程咨询联合体顺利合作。【方法】从全过程工程咨询联合体的角度,建立风险因素清单和风险分担影响因素指标体系;采用基于云模型改进的层次分析法和熵权法分别计算各指标的主观权重和客观...【目的】有效分担风险,减少责任推诿,促进全过程工程咨询联合体顺利合作。【方法】从全过程工程咨询联合体的角度,建立风险因素清单和风险分担影响因素指标体系;采用基于云模型改进的层次分析法和熵权法分别计算各指标的主观权重和客观权重,用线性加权方式获得组合赋权;构建基于灰色关联分析法(grey relational analysis,GRA)耦合优劣解距离法(technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution,TOPSIS)的联合体内部风险分担模型(GRA-TOPSIS),按综合相对贴近度排序确定风险分担结果。【结果】将所构建的模型用于长沙市某建设项目,以工程变更风险为例选择最合适的风险分担方,研究结果与工程实际相符。基于此,通过求解确定了一套合理共担或独担风险的方案,实现了联合体内部风险的合理分担。【结论】GRA-TOPSIS模型适用于全过程工程咨询联合体内部的风险分担且具有普适性,可为联合体内部风险分担和全过程工程咨询服务模式的推进提供一定参考。展开更多
