Objective:To explore and analyze the application effect of participatory teaching method in the standardized training of respiratory medicine residents.Methods:The study period was from May 2022 to May 2023.20 doctors...Objective:To explore and analyze the application effect of participatory teaching method in the standardized training of respiratory medicine residents.Methods:The study period was from May 2022 to May 2023.20 doctors in the standardized training of respiratory medicine residency in our hospital were taken as research subjects and grouped into the participatory group(n=10)and the routine group(n=10)by using the random number lottery method.The participatory group practised participatory teaching methods,and the routine group practised routine teaching methods.The results of discharge assessment,teaching evaluation,and mini-Clinical Evaluation Exercise(mini-CEX)assessment were compared between the groups.Results:The theoretical assessment,operational assessment,and total scores of the participatory group were significantly higher than those of the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The teaching evaluation of independent learning,theoretical mastery,teamwork,clinical thinking,communication,and learning interest of the participatory group was significantly higher than that of the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The mini-CEX assessments of history inquiry,organizational effectiveness,professionalism,physical examination,clinical diagnosis,communication skills,and overall clinical competence of the participatory group were significantly better than those of the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of the participatory group was significantly higher than that of the routine group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Participatory teaching methods can improve the overall level of doctors in the respiratory medicine residency standardized training,and the teaching satisfaction is improved.展开更多

Campus sports culture is a combination of basic social culture and sports culture in the campus group products, with cultural characteristics. System science is to provide the comprehensive approach for us, whether it is system engineering or operations research, whether the system analysis and network planning, the system provides the scientific research methods are first in the whole system of standing height above, students through the independent thinking, listening carefully, hands-on operation, active speech and other explicit behavior, and while constantly internalized teaching content and enrich their knowledge structure. Under this basis, this paper proposes the new idea of the teaching model of the physical education in colleges based on interactive teaching method and participatory teaching. In our country＇ s university English teaching, it uses the translation law. This law mainly teaches English grammar elementary knowledge and mother tongue English translates the method mutually. The teacher attends class with the mother tongue does not need English to carry on the explanation as the classroom instruction quite is easy to grasp. The direct method requests the teacher to teach with the skillful English, does not have to use the mother tongue but because the student hearing level is irregular. Cognitive theory believes that the process of language learning is the process of combining old and new knowledge, and language ability from the theoretical knowledge into the application of automatic process. Therefore, we make the integration of the mentioned items and propose our novel teaching paradigm which is effective.展开更多
Facing the information age,college teachers need to innovate teaching methods constantly and realize student-centered teaching reform.This paper takes the“Agile estimation”teaching unit of“Software Project Managem...Facing the information age,college teachers need to innovate teaching methods constantly and realize student-centered teaching reform.This paper takes the“Agile estimation”teaching unit of“Software Project Management”as the research object,and carries out the teaching process design and application of BOPPPS model based on smart classroom according to the teaching purpose and content of the teaching unit.In teaching practice,multi-dimensional blended teaching mode is adopted and a variety of teaching methods are used to realize the teaching loop from online to offline and then to online.The results show that the teaching mode enhances students’learning enthusiasm,enhances students’participation and subjective initiative,and effectively improves the teaching effect of the course.展开更多
