The high theoretical breakdown electrical field(8 MV/cm), ultra-wide bandgap(~ 4.8 eV) and large Baliga's figure of merit(BFOM) of Ga_2O_3 make it a potential candidate material for next generation high-power electronics, including diode and field effect transistor(FET). In this paper, we introduce the basic physical properties of Ga_2O_3 single crystal, and review the recent research process of Ga_2O_3 based field effect transistors. Furthermore, various structures of FETs have been summarized and compared, and the potential of Ga_2O_3 is preliminary revealed. Finally, the prospect of the Ga_2O_3 based FET for power electronics application is analyzed.展开更多
Theoretical calculations predict transition frequencies in the terahertz range for the field-effect transistors based on carbon nanotubes, and this shows their suitability for being used in high frequency applications...Theoretical calculations predict transition frequencies in the terahertz range for the field-effect transistors based on carbon nanotubes, and this shows their suitability for being used in high frequency applications. In this paper, we have designed a field-effect transistor based on carbon nanotube with high transition frequency suitable for ultra-wide band applications. We did this by optimizing nanotube diameter, gate insulator thickness and dielectric constant. As a result, we achieved the transition frequency about 7.45 THz. The environment of open source software FETToy is used to simulate the device. Also a suitable model for calculating the transition frequency is presented.展开更多
目的介绍在手部肌腱功能重建术中使用完全清醒的无止血带局部麻醉技术(Wide-awake麻醉技术)的方法和临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2016年1月-2021年3月应用Wide-awake麻醉技术行前臂肌肉肌腱转位功能重建术治疗的31例手部功能部分丧失患者...目的介绍在手部肌腱功能重建术中使用完全清醒的无止血带局部麻醉技术(Wide-awake麻醉技术)的方法和临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2016年1月-2021年3月应用Wide-awake麻醉技术行前臂肌肉肌腱转位功能重建术治疗的31例手部功能部分丧失患者的临床资料。分别通过使用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)对局麻操作即时(第1针刺入皮肤)、术中、术后24 h的疼痛程度进行评分,术后6周采用手指总主动活动度(Total active movement,TAM)系统评价法评定功能恢复情况;观察Wide-awake技术在手术中的应用效果及患手远期功能恢复疗效。结果术中应用Wide-awake麻醉技术后,手术切口止血及麻醉效果均满意。Wide-awake麻醉技术属于局部麻醉,术中患者可按照术者要求进行主动活动患手以评价肌腱缝合质量及调节肌腱张力;术后未出现麻醉并发症,切口均一期愈合。31例均获随访,随访时间6~11个月,平均8个月,根据TAM系统评价标准:优19例,良7例,中5例,差0例,优良率为83.9%(26/31)。结论在手部肌腱功能重建手术中应用Wide-awake麻醉技术,术中及术后麻醉效果满意,远期患手功能恢复良好,且术中与患者进行沟通,可更加准确地判断肌腱重建的效果,术后未出现麻醉并发症,疗效确切且安全有效。展开更多

Methods: The clinical data...Objective: To investigate the safety and effectiveness of the Pipeline Flex embolization device(PFED) in the treatment of large and wide-necked aneurysms in the internal carotid artery(ICA). Methods: The clinical data of 78 cases of large and wide-necked aneurysms in the ICA treated with this Pipeline Flex embolization device in Shanghai Hospital of the Second Military Medical University and Southern Hospital of Southern Medical University from February 2017 to June 2018 were retrospectively analyzed. Results: A total of 66 cases were treated with a Pipeline Flex embolization device, 10 with a pipeline flex embolization device, and 2 with a double tubride stent(10 patients were treated with a pipeline stent-assisted coil embolization in; and 2 patients were treated with two pipeline stents). The patients were followed up for 3 to 18 months(average, 9.25 months). Among them, 63 cases had complete occlusion of the neck of the aneurysm(Raymondl Class I; MRS score 0; 80.8%). Aneurysms recurred in 12 cases(Raymondl Class Ⅱ; MRS score 1; 15.4%). Delayed ischemic complications were observed in 1 case(MRS score >2; 0.13%). There was 1 case of poor release of stent and 1 case of stent stenosis(0.13%). Conclusion: The treatment of large, wide-necked aneurysms in the ICA with PFED has a high total occlusion rate and good prognosis was better than coil embolization, but the placement of PFED still has some neurological complications.展开更多

In the present study, five high yield rice cultivars(Oryza sativa L. ssp. japonica) in ...Cytoplasmic effects are important agronomical phenomena that have generated widespread interest in both theory and application. In the present study, five high yield rice cultivars(Oryza sativa L. ssp. japonica) in large-scale cultivation in northeast China were determined to possess Oryza sativa L. ssp. indica-type cytoplasm using cytoplasmic subspecies-specific molecular markers. This was confirmed by cytoplasmic genome-wide single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs) and functional gene sequencing. Two of these five japonica cultivars were core breeding parents with high yield and the other three were super-high-yield varieties registered by the Ministry of Agriculture of China. We constructed nuclear substitution lines to further demonstrate whether and how this indica-type cytoplasm contributed to yield improvement by comparing yield components. The results showed that under the same japonica nuclear background, the lines with indica-type cytoplasm had a significant decrease in tillers in exchange for increased grain number per panicle compared with their recurrent parents. Our results implied that botanical basis of this cytoplasmic effect was to reduce the plant's branching differentiation to produce more floral organs under the constant nutrition. Our findings open another door for the utilization of inter-subspecific hybridization for the improvement of rice cultivar.展开更多
