三层C/S模式在UG/Open开发中的应用研究

通过分析UG/Open开发过程中的不足,引入了C/S模式的开发思想,总结出了C/S模式在UG/Open开发中的应用方法,并以渐开线直齿轮库建立为例,阐述了在UG中应用UG/Open参数化设计思想建立齿轮库的一般步骤。同时,通过COM组件技术将三层C/S模式应用到UG/Open中,实现了UG/Open、MFC、COM和三层C/S模式相结合的应用开发,为在UG平台上进行CAD系统开发提供了数据库的支持。此外,可为其它CAD系统的开发提供参考。

Modified viscocanalostomy in the Chinese population with open angle glaucoma: a 10-year follow-up results

AIM: To study the long-term efficacy and safety of modified viscocanalostomy in Chinese people with open angle glaucoma(OAG).METHODS: This retrospective study included a total of 100 eyes from 100 Chinese patients with medically uncontrolled OAG. All the patients underwent modified viscocanalostomy with injection of viscoelastic material in the surgically created ostia of Schlemm's canal(SC). The modifications included peeling of the inner wall of SC and the juxtacanalicular meshwork, use of mitomycin C, and loosely suturing the superficial scleral flap. Intraocular pressure(IOP), visual acuity, number of medications, laser goniopuncture data and complications were recorded. The definition of complete(qualified) success was an IOP equal to or lower than 21, 18, 16 mm Hg without(with or without) anti-glaucoma medications. RESULTS: The mean IOP was 33.5±9.9 mm Hg before surgery, 15.2±3.6 mm Hg(mean IOP reduction of 51%) at 5 y after surgery, and 15.6±2.8 mm Hg(mean IOP reduction of 49.9%) at 10 y after surgery(P<0.001). The number of anti-glaucoma medications dropped from 2.39±0.5 preoperatively to 0.47±0.8 at 5 y and 0.67±0.8 at 10 y postoperatively(P<0.001). The follow-up period was 104.5±37.0 mo. The qualified success rate for an IOP of 21, 18 or 16 mm Hg or less was 84% [95% confidence interval(CI): 0.80-0.88], 73%(95%CI: 0.68-0.78), and 59%(95%CI: 0.52-0.66) after 5 y, and 80%(95%CI: 0.76-0.84), 69%(95%CI: 0.64-0.74), 51%(95%CI: 0.44-0.58) after 10 y, respectively. There was a relationship between age, preoperative IOP and success rate(P<0.01, P<0.05). A total of 31 eyes(31.3%)in 31 patients underwent laser goniopuncture, decreasing the IOP from 22.9±4.3 mm Hg to 16.3±2.5 mm Hg(P<0.01). Neither blebitis nor endophthalmitis occurred.CONCLUSION: Modified viscocanalostomy could be performed to lower IOP, decrease multiple anti-glaucoma drops use as well. It's a safe procedure with less complications over 10 y in Chinese individuals with OAG.

Ureteral Ewing’s sarcoma in an elderly woman: A case report

BACKGROUND Ewing’s sarcoma(ES)is regarded as a skeletal tumor,with few instances of extraskeletal ES.A primary ES in the ureter is extremely rare.CASE SUMMARY We report the case of a 69-year-old woman who presented with intermittent flank pain and hematuria and was found to have a mass in the left ureter.Pathology of the excised mass indicated ES.The clinical treatment and pathologic characteristics in this case,and a review of the literature describing ES in the urinary system,are presented.CONCLUSION Due to the rarity and malignancy of ES in ureter,early diagnosis and prompt surgical treatment are critical.

Elevated urine formaldehyde in elderly patients with primary open angle glaucoma

AIM：To investigate the risk factor of primary open angle glaucoma（POAG）,which is the leading cause of irreversible blindness worldwide.An abnormally high level of endogenous formaldehyde（FA） has recently been found correlated with cell death and neurodegenerative disease,raising the possibility of a putative correlation of abnormal endogenous FA with POAG.· METHODS：Thirty-four elderly patients with POAG and sixteen healthy controls were enrolled.Glaucomatous visual defects were present at both the functional（visual field） and structural[retinal nerve fiber layer（RNFL）thickness]levels.Morning urine samples were obtained and were analyzed by high-performance liquid chromatography（HPLC） to detect the endogenous FA level in a double blind manner.· RESULTS：Patients with POAG（P 〈0.05） had significantly higher urine FA levels.The urine FA level of patients with severe visual field defects[mean deviation（MD）≥12 dB]was significantly（P〈0.001） greater than that of patients with mild to moderate defects（MD〈12 dB）.By optical coherence tomography（OCT）,the superior and inferior RNFL thickness of POAG group was significantly（P〈0.001） thinner than in controls.Furthermore,the superior and inferior thinning of the RNFL was correlated with the elevation of urine FA concentration.CONCLUSION：Endogenous FA level is positively correlated with the neuronal defects of POAG.

Outcome of application of primary versus secondary Illizarov＇s fixator in open tibial shaft fractures

BACKGROUND: The present study aimed to compare outcome of primary and secondary Illizarov's fi xator application as a treatment method for type III open tibial fractures in terms of nonunion and wound infection.METHODS: This prospective study was done in a tertiary care center. Forty-eight type III tibial fractures were treated with Illizarov's apparatus between 2008 and 2011. The patients were divided into two groups depending on the treatment protocol, timing of wound closure and Illizarov's application, primary(n=28) and secondary(n=20).RESULTS: In the primary group, healing was achieved in all 28 patients. The median time to recovery was 24 weeks, and the median number of operations was 3. There were 6 patients with a bone defect. In the secondary group, complete recovery was achieved in 18 out of 20 patients. The median time to recovery was 30 weeks, and the median number of operations 5. There were 9 patients with a bone defect. The median time to recovery and the number of operations were signifi cantly smaller in patients undergoing primary operation. Union was 100% in the primary group and more than 95% in the secondary group. Chronic osteomyelitis persisted in one patient and below amputation was done in one patient in the secondary group.CONCLUSION: Primary wound closure and Illizarov's fixation required a smaller number of operations and shorter time to recovery than secondary wound closure and Illizarov's fi xation, mostly due to a signifi cantly less number of patients with a bone defect in the primary group.

Ring-opening Polymerization ofε-Caprolactone Using Lanthanide Tris(4-tert-butylphenolate)s as a Single-component Initiator

The ring-opening polymerization of e-caprolactone (CL) initiated by novel single lanthanide tris(4-tert-butylphenolate)s [Ln(OTBP)3] is reported. Single-component La(OTBP)3 can effectively prepare polycaprolactone (PCL) with over 90% yield and viscosity average molecular weight about 60 x 10 under quite mild conditions: molar ratio of CL to initiator is 1000, 60 C, 2 h in toluene. Mechanism study indicates that the monomer inserts into the growing chain via the break of acyl-oxygen bond of CL.

EFFECT OF OPENING OPERATING PARAMETERS ON YARN QUALITY IN FINE AND MEDIUM COUNT FRICTION SPINNING

In this paper, a quantitative analysis of the opening quality in friction spinning and its main ef-fecting factors is first made. Upon this basis the Box-Hunter’s experimental design method is usedto establish the quadratic regressional equations in terms of primary opening technologicalparameters and yarn quality for medium and fine count friction spinning. The results of analysisand discussion show that the proper choice of opening roller speed and its reasonable match withthe yarn count is singificant for ensuring the spinning quality index as well as reducing unevenness,thin and thick places of the yarn.

The Strength Characters of C/C Composite Material with Opening Hole and Typical Application

Research on the opening hole and connecting problem of C/C composite material was conducted. The strength characteristics of plate with opening hole were tested and the applicability of strength criteria focused on particular point was analyzed. Conclusion is obtained that obviously conservative to evaluate open hole and joint strength by hole-edge stress. Based on these, high and nor-mal temperature strength test of typical circular shaft was completed, proving that comprehensive joint performance can be significantly improved by appropriately optimized design.

S1280 and S1284: Two Oscillating Blue Stragglers in the Open Cluster M67

We present results of a time-series CCD photometry of two blue stragglers in the open cluster M67 that are also oscillating variables, S1280 and S1284. The observations obtained on 11 nights confirmed the δ Scuti-like variability of the two stars. Four and five main pulsating frequencies are detected for S1280 and S1284, respectively, through a power spectral analysis. A preliminary mode identification indicates that the two stars are both in radial oscillation. Based on the nature of oscillation, the physical parameters of the two stars are determined, and their evolutionary status discussed.
