I stood at the front of the hotel and readily identified several other women who appeared to be in the same predicament. Quite resourceful, we quickly gathered into groups of three and made plans to share taxis out to the conference site. I was standing near a Chinese woman who knew some English, and a woman from Argentina who spoke only Spanish. For myself, I knew only three words展开更多
