However, members of these teams often work in stressful and unhealthy environments, which can undermine...With the advancement of technology, companies are increasingly dependent on technology teams to stay competitive. However, members of these teams often work in stressful and unhealthy environments, which can undermine their productivity and well-being. The humanization of the culture of technology teams is an approach that aims to create healthier and more productive work environments for team members, promoting balance between personal and professional life. Despite the importance of a healthy and productive work environment, many companies do not invest in strategies to humanize the culture of their technology teams. This can lead to high levels of stress, staff turnover and low productivity. The objective of this project is to identify effective strategies to humanize the culture of technology teams and create healthier and more productive work environments in digital companies. For this, factors such as management styles, psychological safety, human-centered development, individual beliefs and time and energy management will be analyzed. The project’s methodology will include a literature review on the subject and qualitative data analysis will be performed using a content analysis approach. This project will contribute to the advancement of knowledge about the humanization of the culture of technology teams in digital companies. To break through the restrictions of traditional organizational forms,systems,and mechanisms and quickly respond to the innovative development requirements of CASC,the innovation team has gradually become a crucial or...To break through the restrictions of traditional organizational forms,systems,and mechanisms and quickly respond to the innovative development requirements of CASC,the innovation team has gradually become a crucial organizational form within CASC.One of the biggest differences between the innovation team and traditional orga-nizational structure lies in knowledge heterogeneity.Existing studies present different conclusions on the relationship between knowledge heterogeneity and innovation performance,which should be analyzed according to specific situ-ations.Therefore,this paper takes the innovation team of CASC as the research object to conduct an empirical study on 186 team members,propose conceptual models and hypotheses,and study the relationship among knowledge heterogeneity,knowledge sharing,and innovation performance.The research results indicate that the two dimensions of knowledge heterogeneity—explicit knowledge heterogeneity and implicit knowledge heterogeneity—are beneficial to innovation performance when they are to a great extent.Knowledge sharing plays a partially mediating role between knowledge heterogeneity and collaborative innovation performance.It reveals the influence of knowledge heterogene-ity on innovation performance in the innovation team of CASC,aiming to provide a certain reference for the establish-ment and development of CASC’s innovation team.展开更多
This study explores the practical application of nursing management led by head nurses to enhance team communication and collaboration within clinical settings.By integrating leadership theories with nursing practice,...This study explores the practical application of nursing management led by head nurses to enhance team communication and collaboration within clinical settings.By integrating leadership theories with nursing practice,this research adopts a qualitative methodology to examine the effects of strategic communication and teamwork enhancement initiatives.Through interviews,observations,and the analysis of case studies in various hospital departments,the study identifies key barriers to effective team communication and collaboration,including hierarchical structures,lack of standardized communication protocols,and insufficient training.Solutions implemented involve targeted communication skills training,the establishment of interdisciplinary teamwork protocols,and leadership workshops for head nurses.The outcomes indicate significant improvements in team efficiency,patient care quality,and staff satisfaction.This research underscores the importance of head nurses in fostering an environment conducive to open communication and collaborative practice,thereby advancing patient care and team performance.展开更多
