FLOW STRESS MODEL FOR HARD MACHINING OF AISI H13 WORK TOOL STEEL

An approach is presented to characterize the stress response of workpiece in hard machining, accounted for the effect of the initial workpiece hardness, temperature, strain and strain rate on flow stress. AISI H13 work tool steel was chosen to verify this methodology. The proposed flow stress model demonstrates a good agreement with data collected from published experiments. Therefore, the proposed model can be used to predict the corresponding flow stress-strain response of AISI H13 work tool steel with variation of the initial workpiece hardness in hard machining.

Analysis of the Mamaia Bay shoreline Retreat with Hard and Soft Protection Works

Integrated Coastal Zone Management is a complex concept that involves various economic, social and environmental factors. There are often conflicting approaches to these factors. Furthermore, when it is decided to implement structural works in the coastal area, it must be taken into account the particularity of the area, the way in which it is developed and the type of work to be done. The Gulf of Mamaia in the Romanian Black Sea coast is the target of structural changes through the implementation of an extensive coastal rehabilitation program. The works made are of “hard” type and aim to change the shore line configuration. From this perspective, the target of the present paper is to make an analysis between the type of work that is being carried out and another kind of "soft" work aiming especially to favor the ecological reconstruction of the area and the approach of an environmentally friendly concept. Thus, we propose to analyze the two types of works with a view to apply the Bruun rule in order to mitigate the effect of the increase of the sea level and to prevent the shoreline retreat.

Profile of Factors of Arduous Work among Healthcare Professionals in Healthcare Facilities in Northern Benin in 2021

Introduction: Work environments create the basis for arduous nursing work. This is what led us to research the factors of arduousness in the exercise of the health profession in North Benin, through this study. Methods: This is a cross-sectional and descriptive study which focused on health professionals in the health zones of Parakou-N’dali and Tchaourou. The sampling was an exhaustive census. All health workers who had given their free and informed consent were included. The data was collected using a questionnaire. The variables studied were the factors of arduous work and socio-professional characteristics. The data collected was processed and analyzed with the Epi info 7.2.0.1 software. Results: A total of 692 were surveyed, the participation rate was 85.11% and the sex ratio (M/F) equal to 0.7. The average age was 38 years old. Nurses made up 32.66% of the sample. They were 86.42% subject to night work and 82.66% to alternating work. Overall, 70.23% worked more than 40 hours per week. Between 78.12% and 96.46% of non-specialist doctors, nurses, midwives and biomedical analysis technicians were required to work night shifts. Nurses, midwives, radiology and laboratory technicians were between 89.53% and 97.35%, organized in alternating work. In the sample, 55.20% complained about the insufficient number of work materials, 26.29% handled harmful chemical substances. Among those surveyed, 58.14% had been attacked. Conclusion: All professional categories of caregivers are subject to arduous work. Measures are needed to reverse the situation.

Study on the Inventory Routing Problem of Refined Oil Distribution Based on Working Time Equilibrium

Taking the distribution route optimization of refined oil as background, this paper studies the inventory routing problem of refined oil distribution based on working time equilibrium. In consideration of the constraints of vehicle capacity, time window for unloading oil, service time and demand of each gas station, we take the working time equilibrium of each vehicle as goal and establish an integer programming model for the vehicle routing problem of refined oil distribution, the objective function of the model is to minimize the maximum working time of vehicles. To solve this model, a Lingo program was written and a heuristic algorithm was designed. We further use the random generation method to produce an example with 10 gas stations. The local optimal solution and approximate optimal solution are obtained by using Lingo software and heuristic algorithm respectively. By comparing the approximate optimal solution obtained by heuristic algorithm with the local optimal solution obtained by Lingo software, the feasibility of the model and the effectiveness of the heuristic algorithm are verified. The results of this paper provide a theoretical basis for the scheduling department to formulate the oil distribution plan.

Investigation into microstructure of spray formed V4 cold working mould steel and its roiling and annealing

The material selected for this work was the spray formed Vanadis4 high alloy cold working mould steel （abbreviated to V4 steel）. Its microstructure, hot rolling process, and annealing treatment have been investigated. Observed from the optical and electron microscopes, the as-sprayed V4 steel had the finer microstructure of uniform and equiaxial grains ,while after hot rolling for densification and spheroidized annealing, the V4 steel obtained an excellent spheroidized structure that is favorable to subsequent quenching and tempering treatment. The spheroidized structure and level of annealed hardness of the V4 steel are almost the same as expensive imported powder metallurgy the V4 steel. It is difficult to produce V4 steel with the conventional ingot metallurgical technique, so the multi-step and high-cost powder metallurgy method is generally used at present. Compared to the powder metallurgy technique, using the spray forming technique to produce the V4 steel has obvious advantages and potential market competitiveness in reducing production costs, simplifying working process, and shortening the production cycle.

中国式学校体育现代化中的“五育并举”

历经四个发展阶段,党的教育方针从德、智、体“三育全面发展”拓展成德、智、体、美、劳“五育并举”,这是中国教育在新时代面对人才培养的现实主题,是应对新征程中国教育的发展要求而进行的目标拓展和改革举措。研究发现,从中国式学校体育现代化的视角来看,“五育”中的体育是一个极具特殊性的教育和学科,它在功能上与德育、智育、美育及劳动教育有着深刻内在的结构性联系,因此它具有与其他“四育”可以深入融合共育的广泛可能性。鉴于推进“五育并举”过程中会遇到的结构性障碍与困难,分别提出了体育与其他“四育”并举并进的途径与方法,推进体育成为“五育并举”的主渠道、主战场和主力军。

新一轮找矿突破战略行动科普工作探讨

我国历来重视科普能力建设,将科普工作纳入全社会文明建设范畴。当今,新一轮科技革命和产业变革正处在实现重大突破的历史关口,新一轮找矿突破战略行动已经进入全面实施阶段,牢牢把握科普工作的发展机遇,为科技创新营造良好的社会氛围是科普工作面临的重要任务。本文从政策支持、经费投入和基础设施建设、科普人员队伍发展、传播渠道等四个方面对我国当前科普工作的发展现状进行了阐述,并且介绍了地质科普工作的现状,在此基础上提出新一轮找矿突破战略行动与科普工作的关系。实施科普工作对于推进新一轮找矿突破战略行动意义重大,主要包括实施科普工作有助于提高公众对矿产资源重要性的认识、实施科普工作能够促进科技创新和找矿技术的进步、实施科普工作有利于加强生态文明建设。对于在新一轮找矿突破战略行动中实施科普工作,本文提出了具体做法:加强顶层设计,科学系统谋划;聚焦重点领域,抓住关键时期;统筹科普资源,分层设计产品;创新科普形式,提高科普效能;打造科普队伍,扩大传播范围;培育科普产业,促进融合发展。通过本文分析讨论,以期为在新一轮找矿突破战略行动中实施科普工作提供一种思路。

西部欠发达地区学校社会工作的实践困境与突破策略

学校社会工作是社会工作的重要实务领域之一,我国西部欠发达地区正积极推动社会工作进入学校场域,如何充分发挥学校社会工作的专业力量是一个值得关注的议题。文章通过观察云南省L学校的专业实践,基于社会工作系统视角,分析学校社会工作在开展过程中所面临的改变媒介系统、服务对象系统、目标系统以及行动系统的实践困境,进而探讨学校社会工作专业实践的突破策略。研究发现,受到社会工作人才稀缺、社会工作认知度低、社会工作发展环境条件有限、社会工作与学校内部理念差异大等因素的影响,学校社会工作在西部欠发达地区的开展面临较大挑战。基于此,可以采取为上述四个基本社会工作系统增能的方式,从重视当地人才队伍的培育、提高社会工作认知度、改善社会工作发展环境、输入社会工作价值理念等方面入手突破困境,推动学校社会工作在西部欠发达地区落地与发展。

蚂蚁岛精神在普陀渔区的历史影响——以舟山虾峙岛为例

虾峙岛与蚂蚁岛,同为舟山普陀渔区的悬水小岛,两岛仅一水之隔,住民都傍山靠海、赖渔为生,在新中国初期同为六横区辖属的一个乡。上世纪50年代以来,中共舟山地委先后在蚂蚁岛、虾峙岛黄石进行了渔区民主改革、渔业合作化、渔区人民公社化等试点。虾峙岛和蚂蚁岛那段鲜为人知的你追我赶、相互影响、相互帮扶的社会主义渔区发展历程,充分印证着蚂蚁岛精神在舟山普陀渔区的深刻影响和生动实践,不断丰富着蚂蚁岛精神的历史内涵。

鼓励勤劳致富是扎实推进共同富裕的必由之路

党的二十大报告把共同富裕摆在更加重要的位置,明确“共同富裕是中国特色社会主义的本质要求”,不仅把“扎实推进共同富裕”作为“增进民生福祉,提高人民生活品质”的重要内容,而且将分配制度科学界定为“促进共同富裕的基础性制度”,提出了“鼓励勤劳致富”的改革举措和战略安排。在实现第一个百年奋斗目标基础上,通过鼓励勤劳致富扎实推进共同富裕,明确了新时代新征程接续实现全体人民共同富裕的路径安排,体现了对马克思主义财富观的守正创新,对马克思主义中国化时代化关于“实现什么样的共同富裕、怎样实现共同富裕”的科学回答,以及对吃“大锅饭”历史教训的清醒认识和深刻总结,进一步批判和纠正了关于共同富裕认识误区,是促进全体人民共同富裕的根本举措、客观要求和必然选择。

深部强压工作面水力压裂卸压防控效果研究

潞安化工集团余吾煤业S5207回风巷掘进过程中,部分巷道出现底鼓、顶角帮鼓和顶板下沉等问题,同时存在断锚杆锚索和响煤炮等动力显现情况。经测量得知,该工作面存在方向为N21.5°E的最大水平主应力为9.15 MPa,最小水平主应力为4.97 MPa,垂直方向上的主应力为10.9 MPa。为解决这一问题,针对S5207深部强压工作面,采用水力压裂技术工艺来弱化坚硬难垮顶板。经过对压裂段和非压裂段的检测点进行位移、应力和荷载检测,结果显示,在压裂段中,顶底板的移近率和两帮的收缩率相比非压裂段分别降低了43.8%和37.9%。压裂段滞后工作面的应力值稳定在平均13.05 MPa,而非压裂段工作面的应力持续增长,最终平均值达到18.6 MPa。在超前工作面的位置,压裂段工作面出现了超前支承应力峰值,平均值为13.0 MPa,增幅为2.1 MPa,超前支承应力集中系数约为1.2。综上所述,水力压裂技术能够明显减轻相邻工作面回采动压,降低巷道受力和围岩变形,有效弱化坚硬顶板,提高巷道整体安全性,并保证动压巷道留巷成功率。该技术的应用,不仅解决了余吾煤业动压巷道的技术难题,还取得了一定的技术、经济和社会效益,并为类似条件下的巷道卸压提供了宝贵的经验。

五宝场硬塑性地层斧形曲面PDC齿破岩性能研究

为解决川东油气钻井中五宝场沙溪庙组硬塑性地层PDC钻头磨损严重、起下钻频繁的问题,开展了斧形曲面PDC齿在硬塑性地层破岩性能的研究。首先采用X射线衍射试验与三轴力学试验分别获取该地层岩石性质和力学参数,然后采用有限元仿真与试验相结合的方法开展斧形曲面PDC齿破岩性能研究。研究结果表明:斧形曲面PDC齿主要以剪切、挤压、犁切共同作用破岩;相较于常规PDC齿,斧形曲面PDC齿有更强的吃入岩石的能力和稳定性,能有效减小钻头异常振动,提高钻头寿命,并在不同磨损高度(0~3 mm)时,破岩比功降低2.2%~8.2%;根据试验得到斧形曲面齿较常规齿破岩性能提高了11.39%,且试验与仿真平均切削力误差仅为7.46%,验证了仿真模型的正确性。本研究表明斧形曲面PDC齿在硬塑性地层对提高破岩性能具有重要意义。
