World Class Elite Breaststrokers Downward Kick EMG Muscle Activity of the Gluteus Maximus, Quadriceps Femoris, Hamstring, Gastrocnemius Medialis, Rectus Abdominal, and Erector Spinae

This study analyzed the difference between using a downward breaststroke kick and a horizontal breaststroke kick in a sample of world class elite swimmers.We compared average muscle activity of the gluteus maximus,quadriceps femoris(vastus medialis and rectus femoris),hamstring/long head of the biceps femoris,gastrocnemius medialis,rectus abdominal,and erector spinae when using the downward breaststroke kick technique.We find that when this sample of swimmers utilized the downward breaststroke kick,max speed and velocity per stroke increased,measured by 12,788 EMG samples,where the results are highly correlated to duration of the aerodynamic buoyant force in breaststroke kick technique.The increases in performance observed from measuring the world class elite swimmers is highly correlated to the duration of the kick aerodynamic buoyant force.Among this sample of elite swimmers,the longer a swimmer demonstrates a buoyant force breaststroke kick,the lower the time in a 100 breaststroke.

Application of Dijkstra Algorithm to Proposed Tramway of a Potential World Class University

Nowadays, the development of “smart cities” with a high level of quality of life is becoming a prior challenge to be addressed. In this paper, promoting the model shift in railway transportation using tram network towards more reliable, greener and in general more sustainable transportation modes in a potential world class university is proposed. “Smart mobility” in a smart city will significantly contribute to achieving the goal of a university becoming a world class university. In order to have a regular and reliable rail system on campus, we optimize the route among major stations on campus, using shortest path problem Dijkstra algorithm in conjunction with a computer software called LINDO to arrive at the optimal route. In particular, it is observed that the shortest path from the main entrance gate (Canaan land entrance gate) to the Electrical Engineering Department is of distance 0.805 km.

Cost Deployment Tool for Technological Innovation of World Class Manufacturing

This article brings a discussion about using the Cost Deployment methodology for technological innovation in the World Class Manufacturing (WCM) systems at Fiat Group Automobiles Production System (FAPS). It aims to show how this tool acts in the technical pillars of the WCM, and its proper use as an alternative to innovate in production processes, achieving a drastic reduction in wastes and cost optimization during specific activities in production systems. The Cost Deployment builds a distinctive transversal method of WCM which helps to promote and provide extremely effectiveness in the activation of more specific methods that have been tried successfully in the Japanese manufacturing improvements. It also allows to link the operational performances, usually measured with indicators such as efficiency, providing number of defects, hours of desaturation. The used methodology was based on a literature review about the proposed topic. The planning process/IT has not been done in all business units and SWCU does not have an Executive Information System that can help in the decision making process. The process of strategic planning of information systems and information technology using The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) has compiled a few methods of strategic planning. 世界一流大学开放科学数据政策体系框架及内容要素研究

[目的/意义]针对世界一流大学制定的开放科学数据政策体系展开调研分析,以期为国内科研机构制定与完善开放科学数据政策体系提出政策建议。[方法/过程]本研究首先调研了世界一流大学制定的开放科学数据政策体系,其次归纳了其开放科学数据政策体系所包含的政策类型及涉及的相关政策法规,然后分析了各个政策类型应涵盖的与开放科学数据相关的政策内容要素,最后针对我国科研机构制定与完善开放科学数据政策体系提出了政策建议。[结果/结论]建议国内科研机构参考与借鉴世界一流大学的先进政策实践,尽快制定涵盖个人数据保护、科研档案管理、科研诚信管理、科研伦理治理、知识产权保护、数据安全管理等相关政策的开放科学数据政策体系,在政策制定层面支持科学数据、原始资料、科研档案的协同管理,以期确保在科学数据全生命周期内遵守近年来持续调整的各类相关政策法规,并关注科研机构与资助机构、出版机构、数据知识库等其他利益相关者制定的开放科学数据政策之间的政策协同问题。

“中国科技期刊卓越行动计划”背景下培育世界一流科技期刊的思考与启示

介绍了当前国际期刊的发展形势,并指出我国科技期刊领域面临的高质量刊物少、中英文期刊发展不均衡、科技期刊集群化和规模化程度低、科技期刊编辑人员结构单一、科研评价体系不合理等问题。针对以上问题,提出了加强宣传、扩大优质稿源、打造高水平编委会和审稿专家队伍、优化编辑人员结构及提升素养、建设高质量论文发表和传播平台、构建科学合理的科研评价体系等对策。希望经过几年的努力,能够培育一批具有国际影响力的世界一流科技期刊,实现由期刊大国向期刊强国的转变。

桂林世界级旅游城市发展水平综合评价

建设桂林世界级旅游城市是深入贯彻习近平总书记对桂林文化和旅游工作重要讲话和指示精神的具体行动。对旅游城市评价指标的过往研究进行梳理,参考《世界旅游城市发展报告(2015)》构建桂林世界级旅游城市发展水平的评价指标体系。运用决策试验和评价实验室法(Decision-making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory,DEMATEL)构建指标关系网络图,采用网络分析法(Analytic Network Process,ANP)设计指标权重,并对桂林2019年各个指标值进行综合评价,提出桂林旅游业发展存在的四个问题:一是旅游发展潜力不足;二是旅游消费疲软;三是桂林旅游目的地吸引力有待提升;四是对旅游发展建设的支持力度有待加强。针对综合评价结果提出相关建设路径,以期推动桂林世界级旅游城市建设。

创新驱动视域下世界级旅游城市评价体系及发展路径研究——以桂林市为例

创新驱动是旅游业高质量发展的内在要求。研究以创新驱动为视角,以桂林为案例地,运用熵值法、标杆比较法与综合评价法构建世界级旅游城市指标体系,并引入障碍度模型探寻桂林打造世界级旅游城市的制约因素。结果显示:(1)与标杆值对比可知,桂林世界级旅游城市建设的等级处于发展阶段,未来进步空间较大,且桂林世界级旅游城市建设中诸多要素创新程度不均衡,相对差异较大;(2)2012-2021年桂林旅游发展水平呈“上升-下降-上升”的发展趋势,2020年进入创新发展阶段,城市文化创新、城市旅游创新、城市环境创新与城市生活创新上升趋势明显,而城市形象创新处于低位且呈持续下降的趋势,表明城市旅游形象创新不足是制约桂林旅游创新发展水平的短板;(3)城市旅游创新和城市形象创新对桂林世界级旅游城市建设的障碍度最大,文化及相关产业增加值占地区生产总值比重、旅游总收入增长、旅游业对地区生产总值综合贡献度、旅游产品创新、万人公共交通车辆拥有量、国际会议会展数量等是阻碍桂林世界级旅游城市建设的主要因素。基于评价结果,文章提出了相应的发展路径及对策建议。

世界一流高校语言类实验室建设探究

我国“双一流”建设已经进入新的阶段和起点,而哲学社会科学实验室作为引领学术发展的载体,在“双一流”建设中起着重要的作用。本研究以世界一流学科建设为基石,选取43个世界一流语言类实验室作为研究对象,运用“实验室领导力”框架,从实验室建设和管理的角度进行定向内容分析,以探究世界一流语言类实验室的建设。研究结果表明,世界一流语言类实验室在目标上侧重于将理论和实践相结合;在人员配置上,注重跨学科合作;在制度建设上,将宏观制度和微观实践深度融合;在评估方式上,采用“学术研究、开发、应用、教学”的多样化评估方式。最后,本文对我国语言类实验室建设提出了一些建议。

江苏“双一流”建设高校综合影响力评价研究

为探究江苏16所“双一流”建设高校在“双一流”计划发布后的发展情况,本研究对其综合影响力进行分析。从科研建设和社会影响两方面对各高校综合影响力进行深入研究,从高校规模、高水平人才、科研实力和高校影响力四个方面进行数据收集和描述性分析,使用聚类分析法对各指标进行评价。结果表明,江苏“双一流”建设高校的综合影响力虽有一定的不均衡,但总体而言态势较好,多个指标稳中有升。建议各高校注重学科差异化发展,凸显高校的专业优势,加强合作与学科交叉,以实现江苏省高校的协同发展。
