目的:探讨端粒酶新核心亚单位(WD40-encoding RNA antisense to p53,WRAP53)又名端粒酶卡哈尔体蛋白1(telomerase cajal body protein 1,TCAB1)在甲状腺乳头状癌(papillary thyroid carcinoma,PTC)组织中的表达,分析其与患者临床病理特... 目的:探讨端粒酶新核心亚单位(WD40-encoding RNA antisense to p53,WRAP53)又名端粒酶卡哈尔体蛋白1(telomerase cajal body protein 1,TCAB1)在甲状腺乳头状癌(papillary thyroid carcinoma,PTC)组织中的表达,分析其与患者临床病理特征及预后的关系。方法:收集28例PTC患者的癌及癌周正常新鲜组织标本,应用实时荧光定量聚合酶链反应法(quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction,qPR-PCR)及免疫组织化学法分别检测WRAP53 mRNA及蛋白在PTC及周围正常组织中的表达,收集117例PTC术后患者的临床数据及对应的癌组织的石蜡切片进行免疫组化检测,分析其蛋白表达水平与甲状腺乳头状癌患者的临床病理特征的相关性,最后应用蛋白质表达图谱(The Human Protein Atlas,HPA)数据库探究WRAP53与PTC预后之间的关系。结果:qPR-PCR及免疫组化结果提示WRAP53在PTC中较正常组织高表达(P<0.05)。与WRAP53低表达的PTC患者相比,WRAP53高表达的PTC患者肿瘤直径更长,更易出现淋巴结转移(P<0.05)。HPA数据库显示WRAP53高表达的PTC患者的生存率差于WRAP53低表达的PTC患者(P=0.041)。结论:通过本次研究表明,WRAP53在PTC组织中表达较周围正常组织升高,且其高表达与PTC增殖、淋巴结转移及不良预后相关。WRAP53可能是治疗PTC新的潜在靶点。 展开更多

Axonal regeneration following surgical nerve repair is slow and often incomplete,resulting in poor functional recovery which sometimes contributes to lifelong disability.Currently,there are no FDA-approved therapies available to promote nerve regeneration.Tacrolimus accelerates axonal regeneration,but systemic side effects presently outweigh its potential benefits for peripheral nerve surgery.The authors describe herein a biodegradable polyurethane-based drug delivery system for the sustained local release of tacrolimus at the nerve repair site,with suitable properties for scalable production and clinical application,aiming to promote nerve regeneration and functional recovery with minimal systemic drug exposure.Tacrolimus is encapsulated into co-axially electrospun polycarbonate-urethane nanofibers to generate an implantable nerve wrap that releases therapeutic doses of bioactive tacrolimus over 31 days.Size and drug loading are adjustable for applications in small and large caliber nerves,and the wrap degrades within 120 days into biocompatible byproducts.Tacrolimus released from the nerve wrap promotes axon elongation in vitro and accelerates nerve regeneration and functional recovery in preclinical nerve repair models while off-target systemic drug exposure is reduced by 80%compared with systemic delivery.Given its surgical suitability and preclinical efficacy and safety,this system may provide a readily translatable approach to support axonal regeneration and recovery in patients undergoing nerve surgery. 展开更多

The centrifugal pump is a prevalent power equipment widely used in different engineering patterns,and the impeller blade wrap angle significantly impacts its performance.A numerical investigation was conducted to analyze the influence of the blade wrap angle on flow characteristics and energy distribution of a centrifugal pump evaluated as a low specific speed with a value of 69.This study investigates six impellermodels that possess varying blade wrap angles(95°,105°,115°,125°,135°,and 145°)that were created while maintaining the same volute and other geometrical characteristics.The investigation of energy loss was conducted to evaluate the values of total and entropy generation rates(TEG,EGR).The fluid-structure interaction was considered numerically using the software tools ANSYS Fluent and ANSYSWorkbench.The elastic structural dynamic equation was used to estimate the structural response,while the shear stress transport k–ωturbulence model was utilized for the fluid domain modeling.The findings suggest that the blade wrap angle has a significant influence on the efficiency of the pump.The impeller featuring a blade wrap angle of 145°exhibits higher efficiency,with a notable increase of 3.76%relative to the original model.Variations in the blade wrap angle impact the energy loss,shaft power,and pump head.The model with a 145°angle exhibited a maximum equivalent stress of 14.8MPa and a total deformation of 0.084 mm.The results provide valuable insights into the intricate flow mechanism of the centrifugal pump,particularly when considering various blade wrap angles. 展开更多

In this paper, four tests of discordancy for circular data based on M, C, D, and A statistics are extended to the wrapped Cauchy distribution to detect possible outliers. The cut-off points and the power of performances are investigated via extensive simulation study. Results show that tests perform better as the concentration of the samples is increased. PMMA wrapped alumina siloxane gel was obtained by using poly (methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) to wrap alumina siloxane sol which was made from water glass, aluminum nitrate and α methacrylic acid. Meanwhile, rare earth ions were used to dope in the course of reaction, and stable suspensions was produced by putting PMMA wrapped microcapsule powder doped with rare earths into methy silicon oil. It is found that its electrorheological (ER) effect improves strikingly after loading electric field. At a certain concentration, the immediate viscosity increases from 95 to 178 Pa·s compared to the system without doping. 展开更多

It was demonstrated that the effect of the fabric reinforcent was obvious. Firstly the Wrapped Discrete Fourier Transform (WDFT) is used to decompose the harmonic spectra of the mixed speeches. Then the individual speech is reconstructed by using the sinusoidal speech model. By taking advantage of the non-uniform frequency resolution of WDFT, harmonic spectra parameters can be estimated and separated accurately. Experimental results on mixed vowels separation show that the proposed method can recover the original speeches effectively. 展开更多

A Wrapping Encryption Based on Double Randomness Mechanism

Currently,data security mainly relies on password(PW)or system channel key(SKCH)to encrypt data before they are sent,no matter whether in broadband networks,the 5th generation(5G)mobile communications,satellite communications,and so on.In these environments,a fixed password or channel key(e.g.,PW/SKCH)is often adopted to encrypt different data,resulting in security risks since thisPW/SKCH may be solved after hackers collect a huge amount of encrypted data.Actually,the most popularly used security mechanism Advanced Encryption Standard(AES)has its own problems,e.g.,several rounds have been solved.On the other hand,if data protected by the same PW/SKCH at different time points can derive different data encryption parameters,the system’s security level will be then greatly enhanced.Therefore,in this study,a security scheme,named Wrapping Encryption Based on Double Randomness Mechanism(WEBDR),is proposed by integrating a password key(or a system channel key)and an Initialization Vector(IV)to generate an Initial Encryption Key(IEK).Also,an Accumulated Shifting Substitution(ASS)function and a three-dimensional encryption method are adopted to produce a set of keys.Two randomness encryption mechanisms are developed.The first generates system sub-keys and calculates the length of the first pseudo-random numbers by employing IEK for providing subsequent encryption/decryption.The second produces a random encryption key and a sequence of internal feedback codes and computes the length of the second pseudo-random numbers for encrypting delivered messages.A wrapped mechanism is further utilized to pack a ciphertext file so that a wrapped ciphertext file,rather than the ciphertext,will be produced and then transmitted to its destination.The findings are as follows.Our theoretic analyses and simulations demonstrate that the security of the WEBDR in cloud communication has achieved its practical security.Also,AES requires 176 times exclusive OR(XOR)operations for both encryption and decryption,while the WEBDR consumes only 3 operations.That is why the WEBDR is 6.7∼7.09 times faster than the AES,thus more suitable for replacing the AES to protect data transmitted between a cloud system and its users. 展开更多

The inserted flexible nylon iris hooks to hold anterior capsule in place, the margin of the anterior capsule could act as drape wrap, tracking the fibrillary iris strands firmly from free floating and stabilizing the capsular bags simultaneously. ·RESULTS: The eye with iridoschisis was successfully treated. Iris fibrils remained immobile during the procedure, and despite the severity of iridoschisis, there were no intraoperative complications such as tear of the iris, hyphema, iris prolapse, loss of mydriasis, or rupture of the posterior lens capsule during phacoemulsification. The bestcorrected visual acuity was increased by 0.1(log MAR) 6mo after the surgery.·CONCLUSION: “Capsule drape wrap” for iridoschisis is easily manageable, prevents further disruption to the loose iris fibers and ensures the stability of capsule–iris complex simultaneously, consequently minimizing the risk of surgical complications in phacoemulsification. 展开更多

To accurately evaluate and predict the covered effect of cowrapped yarn,a novel characterization is performed by covered ratio and fineness. Polyimide / metal wire co-wrapped yarn which was designed for applications in aerospace and composites was developed through hollow spindle spinning process. Core yarn speed,hollow spindle rotating speed,and wrapping yarn twist were selected as three main factors that affected spinning process. An empirical model indicating relationship between spinning parameters and covered effect was established based on response surface methodology( RSM). The results show that wrapping yarn twist contributes greatly to smooth wrapping process. Core yarn speed and spindle rotating speed are significant impact factors of covered effect and they interact significantly in covered ratio, but indistinctively in fineness. 展开更多

针对部分包覆钢-混凝土组合梁柱节点区域后浇筑混凝土不易密实的问题,研究了受拉侧混凝土对局部半包裹部分包覆钢-混凝土组合梁(局部半包裹PEC梁)受弯性能的影响,进行了2根不同构造的局部半包裹PEC梁的四点弯曲试验,模拟局部半包裹PEC... 针对部分包覆钢-混凝土组合梁柱节点区域后浇筑混凝土不易密实的问题,研究了受拉侧混凝土对局部半包裹部分包覆钢-混凝土组合梁(局部半包裹PEC梁)受弯性能的影响,进行了2根不同构造的局部半包裹PEC梁的四点弯曲试验,模拟局部半包裹PEC梁负弯矩区受力状态,对其受弯性能、延性、破坏形式等展开分析。结果表明:局部半包裹PEC梁表现出良好的延性,挠度达到l_(0)/50时截面抗弯承载力并未下降。型钢主钢件、混凝土的应变沿截面高度方向大致呈线性变化,可引用平截面假定计算受弯承载力及刚度。局部半包裹PEC梁受拉侧混凝土对其极限承载力与破坏模式影响不大,在计算局部半包裹PEC梁柱节点受力时可不考虑受拉侧混凝土作用,节点后浇筑区域可采用半包裹填充,以加快施工进度。此外,对局部半包裹PEC梁进行建模,进行梁受弯过程的有限元分析,对比模拟结果与试验结果,二者荷载-挠度曲线吻合较好,误差均在10%以内。 展开更多

目的观察湿包疗法(WWT)在特应性皮炎及其他皮炎湿疹类皮肤病中的疗效及安全性。方法回顾分析2015年1月—2023年5月在首都医科大学附属北京友谊医院皮肤科住院期间应用WWT治疗的特应性皮炎(AD)及其他皮炎湿疹类皮肤病患者,总结WWT的疗效... 目的观察湿包疗法(WWT)在特应性皮炎及其他皮炎湿疹类皮肤病中的疗效及安全性。方法回顾分析2015年1月—2023年5月在首都医科大学附属北京友谊医院皮肤科住院期间应用WWT治疗的特应性皮炎(AD)及其他皮炎湿疹类皮肤病患者,总结WWT的疗效及不良反应。结果共收集44例患者,病种包括AD、红皮病、嗜酸性粒细胞增多性皮炎、湿疹、AD结节痒疹型、光敏性皮炎以及药疹。治疗后患者湿疹面积及严重程度指数(EASI)、研究者总体评估(IGA)、体表受累面积(BSA)、瘙痒-数字评价量表(NRS)均得到显著改善,外周血嗜酸性粒细胞水平较前下降。AD结节痒疹型组WWT应用时间显著高于AD、红皮病和湿疹组。应用0.05%卤米松乳膏进行WWT组的EASI评分下降率显著高于0.1%糠酸莫米松乳膏组和青鹏软膏组。应用0.05%卤米松乳膏进行WWT组患者治疗后IGA评分显著低于青鹏软膏组。结论WWT治疗成人中重度AD及皮炎湿疹类疾病的疗效肯定,安全性好。 展开更多

包裹相位是激光干涉测量获取相位信息的前提,为了减小测量过程中噪声对包裹相位条纹的干扰,提高重构图像的质量,提出了一种非对称融合非局部边缘提取神经网络(Asymmetric Fusion Non-Local and Verge Extraction Neural Network,AFNVEN... 包裹相位是激光干涉测量获取相位信息的前提,为了减小测量过程中噪声对包裹相位条纹的干扰,提高重构图像的质量,提出了一种非对称融合非局部边缘提取神经网络(Asymmetric Fusion Non-Local and Verge Extraction Neural Network,AFNVENet)。该网络在FFDNet基础上,设计了非对称融合非局部块和边缘提取模块,通过融合不同级别噪声特征及反向引导去噪过程,在有效抑制多等级噪声的同时,保留了更多的图像细节信息。选择带有乘性散斑与加性随机噪声的包裹相位数据集用于训练,通过消融实验和对比实验结果表明,AFNVENet算法对不同等级的噪声都具有更好的噪声滤除效果,当噪声标准差在[0,2.0]范围内变化时,去噪后的PSNR、SSIM和SSI均值分别达到24.88 dB,0.97和0.95。此外,通过进一步解包裹结果表明,AFNVENet去噪后的解包裹相位均方根误差均值比SCAF,NLM,KSVD和DnCNN分别减小了87%,73%,79%和36%,验证了该方法的可行性。AFNVENet方法在抑制噪声时具有较好的鲁棒性,可适用于不同干涉测量环境下多等级噪声的包裹相位信息恢复。 展开更多

针对大规模粒子高表现可视化需求,提出基于包络面重构的大规模粒子并行绘制算法。该算法以连续曲面的形式表示,绘制大规模粒子的团簇表面及其物理量分布。对算法进行了分布式并行化,从而可以通过大规模并行来处理亿以上规模的粒子数据... 针对大规模粒子高表现可视化需求,提出基于包络面重构的大规模粒子并行绘制算法。该算法以连续曲面的形式表示,绘制大规模粒子的团簇表面及其物理量分布。对算法进行了分布式并行化,从而可以通过大规模并行来处理亿以上规模的粒子数据。在算法实现上,还解决了并行计算时的块间裂缝问题,并提出了快速查找邻域粒子的方法,同时,基于可见性对粒子数据进行剔除,提高了绘制效率。由此,可以通过带光照效果的光滑曲面来高表现展示大规模粒子数据中的团簇结构及其物理量分布。实验结果表明,该算法在512核上可在5 s内完成上亿粒子的绘制,并行效率可达60%。该算法已成功应用到大规模并行非平衡分子动力学模拟等实际模拟应用中。 展开更多

针对人机交互、医疗康复等领域存在的人体姿态分析与评估问题,本文提出了一种基于Transformer的三维人体姿态估计及其动作达成度评估方法。首先,本文定义了人体姿态的关键点及关节角,并在深度位姿估计网络(DPEN)的基础上,提出并构建了... 针对人机交互、医疗康复等领域存在的人体姿态分析与评估问题,本文提出了一种基于Transformer的三维人体姿态估计及其动作达成度评估方法。首先,本文定义了人体姿态的关键点及关节角,并在深度位姿估计网络(DPEN)的基础上,提出并构建了一个基于Transformer的三维人体姿态估计模型(TPEM),Transformer的引入能够更好的提取人体姿态的长时序特征;其次,利用TPEM模型对三维人体姿态估计结果,设计了基于加权3D关节角的动态时间规整算法,在时序上对不同人物同一动作的姿态进行姿态关键帧的规整匹配,并据此提出了动作达成度评估方法,用于给出动作的达成度分数;最后,通过在不同数据集上进行实验验证,TPEM在Human3.6 M数据集上实现了平均关节点误差为37.3 mm,而基于加权3D关节角的动态时间规整算法在Fit3D数据集上的平均误差帧数为5.08,展现了本文所提方法在三维人体姿态估计与动作达成度评估方面的可行性和有效性。 展开更多
