The Distribution of Surnames in Xiantao City through Isonymy

The population migration in Hubei Province was frequent in history,accompanied by the migration of surnames,so it is important to study their population surnames.We take Xiantao City as an example to explore the isonymic structure of small and medium-sized cities in Hubei.The surname distributions of 223327 residents registered in 2013 were analyzed in 5 towns and 105 villages of Xiantao.The number of different surnames found was 422.As for surnames,theα-value reflects the influence of ethnic composition on the abundance of surnames.The correlation between the isonymic distance and the geographic distance between villages was calculated and indicated that Euclidean distance was weakly correlated with the geographic distance(r=0.177±0.012),and the isonymic distance increased with the geographical distance.Furthermore,the dendrogram and PCA built from the matrix of Euclidean distances between villages identified a main surname differentiation between the urban and rural areas.

The interrelationship between the five pathways can be described on the principle of wuxing theory. In all, both yinyang theory and wuxing theory are the just model to discover the mysteries of life.

A novel understanding about oxidization of glucose in term of Wuxing TCM theory

Yin-yang theory and Wuxing theory are the core parts of Traditional Chinese Medicine（TCM）. Most of researches on Wuxing theory are based on the paradigm of TCM or Traditional Chinese Culture. It is an evitable challenge to interpret Wuxing theory in the term of biomolecular, biochemistry, stem cell and so on. The oxidation of glucose is the important pathway in cell and there are five basic factors which will be responsible for the undergoing of this reaction. The relationships among these factors are similar to Wuxing theory just like inter-promotion and inter-restraint. So, this understanding on Wuxing theory maybe take some advancement for the modernization of TCM.

A medical understanding on the wuxing theory in cell

Naming Conventions and the Perception of Selfhood:A Cross-cultural Reflection on Women’s Surnames in the Anglosphere vs.the Hispanic Model

The naming convention in English-speaking countries(e.g.,USA and UK),and several others in the Western culture,where women traditionally have adopted their husbands’surnames,is compared with the naming convention in Spain and Latin America,where women do not relinquish their maiden surnames.From a cross-cultural perspective spanning over three centuries,from Madame de Staël and Virginia Woolf to Hillary Clinton,this essay renders instances of women who took on the surname of their spouse upon marriage.It appears that even nowadays many women,including feminists,choose to comply with this patriarchal habit.Entanglements arising upon divorce or remarriage,such as traceability and perception of selfhood,especially for women with academic and professional profiles,are discussed here.Samples collected from life and literature across a fairly representative cultural range and diverse moments in history help to reach conclusions and come up with a consistent argument.Winds of change seem to be blowing with Vice President Kamala Harris,whose case is mentioned at the end of this essay.To circumvent the confusion for individuals and families(especially“blended”ones)that could result in the discrimination between males and females,on the one hand,and on the other hand,between married and unmarried women,the Spanish naming convention is proposed as a perfect compromise.This consists in every person bearing two surnames from birth and for good:one of each parent.Thus,women would keep their name(s),and along with them their perception of their self and their social and professional identity.

The Sumame of Turkish Women： A Question of Identity？

After the foundation of Turkish Republic in1923, Turkish Civil Code which was codificated from Switzerland in 1926 was a new code for modem Turkey that aimed gender equality. Even if, there were some articles, contrary to the equality of men and women, they were ignored when they were compared with the reforms performed in favor of women. The surname of woman was one of the issues where there was gender discrimination. In the Civil Code of 1926, it was stated that the married woman must have taken her husband＇s surname after the official marriage and she had to use it through her marriage life. In 1997, there was an amendment in TCC Article 153 that the married woman had the right to register her maiden name in front of her husband＇s surname which was also accepted in the new TCC in Article 187 in 2002. As the equality of the spouses is neglected under Article 187, many women are trying to change the current situation, by lawsuits. In this article, the regulations about the surname, will be discussed under personality rights and identity, within the current legislation with some court decisions from the last years in favor of women.

An Etymological Study of English Surnames

Surname, as precious cultural heritage, has been playing an important role in human development. Closely related with history, religion, tradition and the like, it draws lasting attention from many scholars and is studied from various angles. However,the study of English surnames in light of etymological is rarely conducted. This thesis regards English surnames as a kind of ordinary words as well as special words. By analysis, the thesis makes an attempt to dig in the origins of English surnames and aims to demonstrate the feasibility of applying lexicology theories into surname analysis and embody their significance in practice.

中医推拿按摩结合五行健脾汤治疗小儿功能性消化不良临床疗效

目的:观察中医推拿按摩结合五行健脾汤加减化裁治疗小儿功能性消化不良(FD)的效果及对胃肠动力的影响。方法:选取南阳市第一人民医院2020年10月至2023年2月期间收治的125例FD患儿,以随机数字表法对其进行分组,分别列为中医组(63例)和西医组(62例)。中医组患儿实施推拿按摩结合五行健脾汤加减化裁治疗,西医组患儿实施常规西医治疗,比较两组患儿治疗前后的中医证候积分,胃动力参数,胃肠激素水平变化情况,及治疗后的不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后中医组患儿的中医主证、次证积分均低于西医组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后中医组患儿的胃窦收缩幅度、胃窦收缩频率、胃窦运动指数(MI)均高于西医组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后中医组患儿的血清胃泌素(GAS)、生长抑素(SS)水平均低于西医组,胃动素(MLT)水平高于西医组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。中医组患儿的不良反应发生率为6.35%(4/63),低于西医组的17.74%(11/62),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医推拿按摩结合五行健脾汤加减化裁能有效改善FD患儿胃肠功能并促进胃肠动力恢复,且与常规西药相比,上述中医疗法所致不良反应发生率低,治疗安全性更高。

从郎名看东南地区畲汉民族的交往交流交融

郎名是一种存在于闽粤赣浙地区畲族和客家等汉族家谱中的特有命名方式。从民族交往交流交融的视角对郎名进行研究,分析郎名在畲汉互动中不断发展与演变的历程。郎名并非某一民族特有的文化标识,而是畲汉互动交往、相互涵化的产物。郎名作为一种特色的姓氏文化,从民族互鉴互融的产物发展成为区域性共享文化符号,其社会功能早已发生转变,产生了新的文化价值和象征意义。分析郎名由汉入畲、由畲传汉的互动过程,探讨郎名文化的发展与变迁,不仅为研究东南地区民族交往交流交融提供了新个案,而且为探讨中华姓氏文化的生成、发展、演变提供了新路径。

《民法典》第一千零一十五条(自然人姓氏的选取)评注

《民法典》第一千零一十五条是关于自然人姓氏选取的规定,旨在确定自然人姓氏选取的基本规则。本条共有两款,第一款是关于自然人姓氏选取原则与例外的一般规定,旨在在作为原则的父姓或者母姓与作为例外的其他直系长辈血亲的姓氏、其他扶养人的姓氏及不违背公序良俗的其他正当理由的姓氏之间形成适当的平衡,解决自然人姓氏选取自由与社会公共利益保护之间存在的冲突。本条第二款是关于少数民族自然人姓氏选取的规定,属于本条第一款的例外规定。由于第二款是引致规范,所以适用该款应以该少数民族自然人本民族的文化传统和风俗习惯中有关姓氏选取的基本规则为前提;第二款亦是赋权规范,少数民族自然人既可以选择依据本款引致的规则选取姓氏,亦可以选择依据本条第一款规定选取姓氏。另外,获得我国国籍的外国人的姓氏选取,可以类推适用本条第二款。

甲骨、金文中的妘姓之周与“洽周”

殷墟甲骨文所见以“周”为名的国族,活动年代要明显早于“太王迁岐”的时间,故无法认定为姬姓之周。本文通过对西周金文的梳理,认为上述“周”族很可能正是铜器铭文中出现的妘姓之周,其所属母族为“■”,势力范围位于晋陕一带。新见太保簋铭的“洽周”当为复合地名,意即洽水流域之周地,在今陕西合阳县境内,或为妘姓之周的族邑。

柴胡疏肝散合半夏厚朴汤联合五行针灸对脑卒中后焦虑抑郁的神经调控作用及对免疫炎症反应、认知功能损害和HPG、HPT的影响

目的:观察柴胡疏肝散合半夏厚朴汤联合五行针灸对脑卒中后焦虑抑郁患者的神经调控作用及对免疫炎症反应、认知功能损害和下丘脑-垂体-性腺轴(HPG)、下丘脑-垂体-甲状腺轴(HPT)的影响。方法:选择2021年3月至2023年5月于该院治疗的脑卒中后焦虑抑郁患者102例,根据随机数字表法分组,其中五行针灸组51例(脱落2例,最终纳入49例),方剂联合组51例(脱落2例,最终纳入49例)。两组患者同时给予常规西医基础治疗,五行针灸组患者在常规西医基础治疗的基础上给予五行针灸治疗,方剂联合组患者在五行针灸组的基础上给予柴胡疏肝散合半夏厚朴汤治疗。观察两组患者的临床疗效,比较患者治疗前后的中医证候评分、简易精神状态量表(MMSE)评分、广泛性焦虑障碍量表(GAD-7)评分、汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分和简明幸福与生活质量满意度问卷(Q-LES-Q-SF)评分,检测患者治疗前后血清神经生长因子(NGF)、白细胞介素1β(IL-1β)、胶质纤维酸性蛋白(GFAP)、白细胞介素17a(IL-17a)、促甲状腺激素(TSH)、5-羟色胺(5-HT)和雌二醇(E2)水平。结果:方剂联合组患者的总有效率为97.96%(48/49),高于五行针灸组的81.63%(40/49),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,方剂联合组患者精神焦虑抑郁、脘痞、胸胁作胀、善太息和嗳气频作等中医证候评分较五行针灸组降低,HAMD、GAD-7评分较五行针灸组降低,MMSE、Q-LES-Q-SF评分较五行针灸组升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,方剂联合组患者的IL-1β、IL-17a和GFAP水平较五行针灸组降低,NGF水平较五行针灸组升高,5-HT、E2和TSH水平较五行针灸组升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:柴胡疏肝散合半夏厚朴汤联合五行针灸治疗脑卒中后焦虑抑郁患者,可减少免疫炎症反应,减少神经及认知功能损害,调节HPG、HPT,改善焦虑及抑郁情绪,缓解病情,提高生活质量及临床疗效。

从多音字“宁”姓氏用法的收录谈规范型工具书与语言规范

工具书中多音字姓氏用法的收录,一直是广大读者非常关注的问题,也是辞书编纂修订工作的难点之一。“宁”是现代常见的姓氏,由于“宁”是多音字,有níng和nìng两个声调不同的读音,并且与姓氏用字“甯nìng”存在比较复杂的关系,目前常见的工具书,包括专门的姓氏辞典,在收录“宁níng”“宁nìng”“甯nìng”姓氏时存在分歧,有的工具书前后版本对“宁”作为姓氏的收录也有调整。本文梳理目前常见工具书的收录情况,从“寜”“甯”“宁”的历史渊源、相关语言规范和应用实际等方面分析收录差异,进而阐述了现代汉语规范型工具书如何落实语言规范、反哺规范的问题。

“姓+名”的结构关系分析

“姓+名”作为“N1+N2”结构,它既不是偏正结构也不是并列结构,更不是主谓结构。根据谓词隐含的观念,“姓+名”间隐含着谓词“叫”或“姓”。从其隐含的谓词看,“姓+名”是同位结构。这是一种相对同位结构。“姓+名”通过了加“也就是(即)”、加“这个”和“去掉任何一个”等同位关系的句法测试。作为“姓+名”的专有名词不同于一般的专有名词(如地名等),“姓+名”中的“姓”或“名”皆能独立运用,“姓+名”中N1和N2在语义上同指,在语境中同指一人。
