It belongs to magmatic hydrothermal type occurred in Mayuan Groupmetamorphic rocks of Middle Proterozoic and is controlled by low angle fault (detachment)structures. The contents of Au in Mayuan Group metamorphic rocks, Caledonian-Indosinian deformedgranite and early Yanshanian granite are higher with Au enrichment coefficient of 2. 06-5.68, 5.11and 6.67 than those in other geological bodies. And the higher enrichment coefficients (>2) of Ag,S, Sn and Te are similar to those of gold ore. Meanwhile, the distribution of Au in Mayuan Groupmetamorphic rocks and early Yanshanian granite with a low D-value (0.58 and 0.67) is favorable togold mineralization. REE characteristics of gold ore, ratios of (LREE/HREE), (La/Sm)_n, (Yb/Lu)_n,(La/Tb)_n and (Sm/Nd)_n are similar to Mayuan Group metamorphic rocks, only non or little normal Euabnormal of ore is dissimilar to metamorphic rocks. The δ(^(34)S) of the gold ore, with a highhomogenization, is (-4.7X10^(-3) - (-2.7X 10^(-3)). The study of inclusion indicates 180-249℃ ofmineralization temperature, 3. 69 %-11. 81 % of salinities and 0. 869-0.991 g/cm^3 of densities ofmineralization fluid. Based on hydrogen and oxygen isotope (δ(^(18)O) = 11. 0 X 10^(-3) -11.7 X10^(-3), δ(D) = (-48 X 10^(-3)) - (-62 X 10^(-3))) and initial w(^(87)Sr)/w(^(86)Sr) =0. 715,combining to the analysis of geological history, regional metamorphism and magamtic activity, theauthors confirm that the source for the ore fluid was mainly from magmatic, partly from metamorphicwater, and with a little influence of meteoric water. Isotopic dating made on Rb-Sr isochron age of182 Ma, by using alteration minerals of gold-ores from the deposit, indicates that themineralization occurs in early Yanshanian epoch. This is close to the age of 187 Ma of the Anchunmagmatite with a similar alteration and gold mineralization to the Xiaoban gold deposit. The age ofearly Yanshanian epoch of the Xiaoban gold is indentical with the characteristics of southern Chinagold metal-logenic belt and the geotectonic evolution of the transition from paleo-Asian system andpaleo-Tethyan system to paleo-Pacific active continental margin in eastern Asia.展开更多
Objective:To explore the therapeutic capacity of the Liangxue Xiaoban(LXXB)decoction and its disassembled prescriptions in the modulation of T cell subsets and recurrence-related indexes of psoriasis using a psoriasis...Objective:To explore the therapeutic capacity of the Liangxue Xiaoban(LXXB)decoction and its disassembled prescriptions in the modulation of T cell subsets and recurrence-related indexes of psoriasis using a psoriasis-like mouse model.Methods:The psoriasis model was generated by the treatment of BALB/c mice(n=48)with imiquimod.Mice were divided into six groups:control,psoriasis model,tripterygium glycosides,LXXB decoction,Liangxue decoction,and Qingqi decoction.After the intervention period,the interleukin(IL)-17A,IL-22,and interferon-γ levels in mice were examined and hematoxylin and eosin staining was conducted to determine pathological changes in the skin tissues.T cell subset changes in the skin-draining lymph nodes were analyzed using flow cytometry,and the expression levels of the associated transcription factors and recurrence-related indexes in the skin tissues were determined using a polymerase chain reaction.Results:LXXB decoction attenuated the levels of CD8^(+)T,Th17,and Th1 cells and induced an increase in the Th2 and Treg cell levels.The disassembled prescriptions promoted or inhibited specific subsets of T cells to improve the symptoms of psoriasis.Notably,the LXXB and Liangxue decoctions suppressed the expression of IL-22 at both the gene and protein levels and restored the CD103 and IL-15 expressions in the skin tissue to the normal range.Conclusion:LXXB decoction exerted significant immunoregulatory effects on T cell subsets and improved the recurrence-related indexes.Interestingly,the Liangxue prescription appeared to have a therapeutic advantage in terms of Th17 modulation and psoriasis recurrence,while the Qingqi prescription performed better in Treg immunoregulation.展开更多
OBJECTIVE:To study the effect of Jiangzhi Xiaoban tablet(降脂消斑片,JZXB)on toll-like receptor 4(TLR4)/nuclear factor-kappa B(NF-κB)/Nod-like receptor protein 3(NLRP3)signaling pathway expression in atherosclerosis(A...OBJECTIVE:To study the effect of Jiangzhi Xiaoban tablet(降脂消斑片,JZXB)on toll-like receptor 4(TLR4)/nuclear factor-kappa B(NF-κB)/Nod-like receptor protein 3(NLRP3)signaling pathway expression in atherosclerosis(AS)mice by establishing a mouse model of AS,and to explore its mechanism of prevention and treatment of AS.METHODS:Sixty-four male C57BL/6J mice were randomly divided into two groups,12 in the normal control group and 52 in the model group(MOD).Seven weeks later,two mice in each of the above two groups were randomly sacrificed,and the whole aortic tissue of the mice was taken out for hematoxylin-eosin staining.After successful modeling,50 mice in the modeling group were randomly divided into 5 groups:MOD,atorvastatin group(ATO),low-dose group of JZXB(JZXB-L),middle-dose group of JZXB(JZXB-M),and high-dose group of JZXB(JZXB-H),10 mice in each group.The mice in each group were killed after 6 weeks of preventive administration.HE staining was used to observe the pathological changes of aorta in AS mice.The levels of serum triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)were detected by automatic biochemical analyzer.The levels of inflammatory factor interleukin-1β(IL-1β)were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay.The expression of TLR4,NF-κB and NLRP3 proteins in aortic tissue was detected by immunohistochemistry.RESULTS:Compared with the MOD,the levels of serum TC,TG and LDL-C in the JZXB-H and ATO were significantly decreased,while the level of HDL-C was significantly increased.The levels of serum TG,LDL-C in the JZXB-M were significantly decreased,and the level of HDL-C was significantly increased.Compared with the MOD,the levels of IL-1βwere significantly decreased,aortic lesions were significantly improved,and the expression of TLR4,NF-κB,and NLRP3 proteins in the aortic tissue was significantly decreased in the JZXB-H,JZXB-M,and ATO.CONCLUSION:JZXB has inhibitory effect on atherosclerosis in mice,and its mechanism may be through regulating the TLR4/NF-κB/NLRP3 signaling pathway and reducing the inflammatory response,so as to play a role in inhibiting atherosclerosis.展开更多
Objective: To evaluate the therapeutic effects of Quyu Xiaoban Capsule (祛瘀消斑胶带), QYXBC) on endothelial dependent vascular relaxation (EDVR) function in patients with atherosclerosis (AS) with ultrasonic ...Objective: To evaluate the therapeutic effects of Quyu Xiaoban Capsule (祛瘀消斑胶带), QYXBC) on endothelial dependent vascular relaxation (EDVR) function in patients with atherosclerosis (AS) with ultrasonic technique. Methods: Tested were the endothelial function and blood lipids of 42 patients with AS in the treated group and 30 healthy volunteers in the control group. And re-examination of these parameters was carried out on the AS patients after they had been treated with QYXBC for 10 months. Results: Before treatment, the reactive hyperemia induced changes in artery diameter in the treated group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P〈0.01), while insignificant difference was found between the two groups in response to nitroglycerin. In the treated group after treatment, with D%-R improved significantly (P〈0.01), total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG) and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) decreased by 16.3%, 5.6%, 10.2% respectively and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) increased by 7.5%. EDVR was correlated negatively with the serum TC, LDL-C concentrations and the baseline brachial diameter (D0) (r = -0.41, -0.66, -0.59, respectively, all P〈0.01), but correlated positively with HDL-C (r=0.62, P〈0.05). The ameliorative extent of EDVR was correlated positively to the decreased magnitude of TC and LDL-C concentrations (r = 0.67,0.59, both P〈0.01). Conclusion: QYXBC can lower the level of blood lipids and improve significantly EDVR function.展开更多

目的:应用高频超声显像技术观察动脉粥样硬化(AS)的自然消退及祛瘀消斑胶囊消退 AS 的作用。方法:20只兔喂以高胆固醇饲料,12周末16只造模兔随机分为自然消退组和中药组,每组8只。于实验开始、12周末和24周末分别进行血脂和高频超声检测...目的:应用高频超声显像技术观察动脉粥样硬化(AS)的自然消退及祛瘀消斑胶囊消退 AS 的作用。方法:20只兔喂以高胆固醇饲料,12周末16只造模兔随机分为自然消退组和中药组,每组8只。于实验开始、12周末和24周末分别进行血脂和高频超声检测,并和病理检测结果对比。结果:经过12周造模后,实验兔的血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)显著升高,腹主动脉内中膜厚度(IMT)显著增厚(P<0.05或 P<0.01)。24周末两组实验兔各项血脂指标均显著降低,中药组的 TC、TG 和 LDL-C 显著低于自然消退组(P<0.05或 P<0.01),IMT 显著小于自然消退组(P<0.05),腹主动脉超声图像平均回声强度的校正值(AIIc%)较造模后测量值显著增大(P<0.01)。造模后、自然消退组和中药组形态学检查有明显差异。结论:祛瘀消斑胶囊具有消退实验兔 AS 的作用,高频超声技术可作为定性和定量随访 AS 动态变化的可靠方法。展开更多

文摘目的探讨中医调冲消斑汤治疗对黄褐斑患者全身症状改善情况及皮肤病生活质量指数的影响。方法选取我院2020年5月至2022年12月治疗的60例黄褐斑患者,按数字随机分组法将患者分为研究组和对照组,各30例。对照组采用外用氢醌乳膏联合口服氨甲环酸片(妥塞敏)、维生素C治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上加用中医调冲消斑汤治疗。对比两组总有效率和皮损面积、皮损颜色、皮肤病生活质量评分(Dermatology Life Quality Index,DLQI)以及血清雌激素和孕激素水平改善情况。结果研究组黄褐斑患者的总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的黄褐斑患者治疗前皮损面积、皮损颜色、DLQI评分和血清雌激素、孕激素水平与对照组治疗前相比无显著差异(P>0.05);干预之后两组黄褐斑患者皮损面积、皮损颜色、DLQI评分和血清雌激素、孕激素水平均显著改善(P<0.05),且研究组黄褐斑患者皮损面积、皮损颜色、DLQI评分和血清雌激素、孕激素水平改善情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医调冲消斑汤治疗方式能有效改善黄褐斑患者全身症状改善情况,并进一步改善患者的皮肤病生活质量指数和患者的激素水平,是一种高效的治疗方式。
文摘目的:应用高频超声显像技术观察动脉粥样硬化(AS)的自然消退及祛瘀消斑胶囊消退 AS 的作用。方法:20只兔喂以高胆固醇饲料,12周末16只造模兔随机分为自然消退组和中药组,每组8只。于实验开始、12周末和24周末分别进行血脂和高频超声检测,并和病理检测结果对比。结果:经过12周造模后,实验兔的血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)显著升高,腹主动脉内中膜厚度(IMT)显著增厚(P<0.05或 P<0.01)。24周末两组实验兔各项血脂指标均显著降低,中药组的 TC、TG 和 LDL-C 显著低于自然消退组(P<0.05或 P<0.01),IMT 显著小于自然消退组(P<0.05),腹主动脉超声图像平均回声强度的校正值(AIIc%)较造模后测量值显著增大(P<0.01)。造模后、自然消退组和中药组形态学检查有明显差异。结论:祛瘀消斑胶囊具有消退实验兔 AS 的作用,高频超声技术可作为定性和定量随访 AS 动态变化的可靠方法。
