Research on the Public Perception of Yangzhou Historical and Cultural Districts Based on Network Review Text Analysis

The historical and cultural districts of a city serve as important cultural heritage and tourism resources.This paper focused on four such districts in Yangzhou and performed semantic analysis on online public comments using ROST CM6 software.According to the high frequency words,attention preference of district site elements,activities and feelings in Yangzhou historical and cultural districts were analyzed.Through the analysis of semantic network and public emotional tendency,the relationship between the protection and utilization of Yangzhou historical and cultural districts and the perception and demand of users were discussed,and some suggestions for the protection,utilization and renewal of historical and cultural districts were put forward.

Ecological service assessment of human-dominated freshwater ecosystem with a case study in Yangzhou Prefecture, China

Freshwater ecosystems provide a host of services to humanity. These services are now rapidly being lost, not least because of the inability of making the impacts measurable. To overcome this obstacle, assessment frameworks for freshwater ecosystem services are needed. A simple water equivalent framework to assess the ecological services provided by freshwater ecosystems was developed in this study. It translated the occupation of freshwater ecosystem services into biologically freshwater volumes and then compares this consumption to the freshwater throughput, that is, the ecological capacity available in this region. In this way, we use the example of Yangzhou Prefecture, to account the main categories of human occupation of water ecosystem services. The result showed that there is a huge gap between the consumption and the supply of freshwater ecosystem services. This must encourage local government to make land-use and water management decisions both economically rational and environmentally sound.

Spatial Distribution Characteristics of Rural Tourism Attractions in Yangzhou City

By using geography quantitative methods and Arc GIS,the spatial distribution characteristics,types,rules and influencing factors of 20 representative rural tourism attractions in Yangzhou City were analyzed.The results show that the traffic accessibility of various regions in Yangzhou City correlated positively with the spacial distribution of rural tourist attractions in quantity in these regions.The rural tourist attractions were dense in regions 10-20 km away from the center of the city;there was only one rural tourist attraction in regions 40-70 km away from the center of the city;some big rural tourist attractions were distributed in regions 70-90 km away from the center of the city;market orientation influenced the spatial distribution of the rural tourist attractions obviously.In regions 0-30 km away from the center of the city,most rural tourist attractions mainly provided recreation and entertainment services for tourists;in regions more than 70 km away from the center of the city,most rural tourist attractions mainly provided health and recuperation services for tourists;in regions 30-50 km away from the center of the city,the service functions of the rural tourist attractions were compound and diversified.

The Planning Management Experience and Enlightenment of the Cityscape Inheritance of the Ancient City of Yangzhou

China is currently facing the problem of large-scale destruction of the overall cityscape brought about by the rapid development of the city. The optimization of urban stocks and the improvement of urban quality have become the necessary paths for major cities to improve their urban soft power and obtain secondary economic growth. At present, most cities in China are still in the exploratory period of the protection of the cityscape, facing the dilemma of various ways but poor effects. Since the 1990 s, Yangzhou has begun to protect and inherit the cityscape, accumulating systematic protection methods and retaining the complete cityscape. This paper analyzed the characteristic cityscape of the ancient city of Yangzhou, sorted out its strategic methods in the planning management, and summarized the local experience in the inheritance of the characteristic cityscape, in order to provide a reference for China's future cityscape protection work.

The Application of Plant Culture in Architectural Decorations of Classical Gardens of Yangzhou

Investigations were made on the various plant patterns which appeared in the decorations of the two types of gardens, namely private gardens and temple gardens in Yangzhou. Analysis was made of the application of plant elements in each location, their implication of the traditional culture, and the relationship between the garden style, theme and artistic conception, aiming to provide a reference for the application of plant culture in the future garden decorations design.

Functional Features and Layouts of Yangzhou Residential Gardens in the Late Qing Dynasty and the Early Republic of China: A Case Study of Residential Gardens of Officials, Merchants and Literati

On the basis of analyzing socio-economic structures, social classes and their relations in the late Qing Dynasty and the early Republic of China, this paper took residential gardens of three principal groups(officials, merchants and literati) for example, analyzed functional features and layouts of the gardens, explored artistic characteristics and cultural connotations of the local residential gardens, so as to provide references for the conservation and construction of historic and cultural cities, design and expression of modern urban livable spaces.

Social Classes and Cultural Connotations of Yangzhou Home Gardens during the Late Qing Dynasty and the Republic of China

During the late Qing Dynasty and the early period of the Republic of China(1870-1930),the social classes in Yangzhou were basically dominated by officials,businessmen,and scholars.In the building number,scale,and functional evolution of their home gardens,these three classes were different,reflecting abundant connotation of characteristic of the time and regional culture,revealing the inheritance path of Yangzhou culture,as well as the richness and diversity of home gardens in Yangzhou during the late Qing Dynasty and the early period of the Republic of China.

The Value of the Yangzhou Storytelling of Rogue Pi Wu

Yangzhou pinghua 評話(Yangzhou storytelling), as a genre of vernacular performing arts, appeared in Yangzhou in the late Ming 明(1368-1644) and early Qing 清(1616-1912) times. The Yangzhou pinghua repertoire of Pi Wu lazi 皮五辣子(Rogue Pi Wu) initially created in Yangzhou around the Qianlong 乾隆(1735-1796) era has been passed down to the present times and performed by Yang Mingkun 楊明坤(1949-). In this paper, the author will examine some historical aspects of Yangzhou city that is reflected in the narrative of Rogue Pi Wu recited by Yang Mingkun and the basics of the repertoire of Rogue Pi Wu by referring to the historical documents related to Yangzhou pinghua and the modern studies on the history of Yangzhou city, aiming to point out that Yang’s repertoire of Rogue Pi Wu is of great research value to the study on Yangzhou storytelling. In addition, the origins and values of this thesis and the methodology adopted in conducting the present research are introduced.

Technical Guidelines for Renovation of Yangzhou Traditional Dwellings and Its Compilation

With the evolution of the renewal concept and protection mode of dwellings in ancient city in the new era,the guidelines for the renovation of dwellings compiled in the past have shown obvious limitations of the times.Its compilation form is too simple,and the content is slightly insufficient,and it is difficult to scientifically guide the high-standard renovation of traditional dwellings in the new era.In the compilation of the Technical Guidelines for Renovation of Yangzhou Traditional Dwellings,the core concept is “continuing the style and texture of the ancient city,inheriting the construction technology of private houses,and integrating innovative renovation techniques”,and an overall framework for integrating the technical guidelines for renovation of traditional dwellings in “new era and new concept” is proposed.The classification guidance standards for different types of traditional dwellings and their surrounding ancillary environment are formulated,and the corresponding renovation plans of traditional dwellings are systematically drawn as supplementary guidance documents for the relevant classification guidance standards.

Evaluation of Three-dimensional Urban Expansion: A Case Study of Yangzhou City, Jiangsu Province, China

With rapid urban development in China in the last two decades, the three-dimensional(3D) characteristic has been the main feature of urban morphology. However, the vast majority of researches of urban growth have focused on the planar area(two-dimensional(2D)) expansion. Few studies have been conducted from a 3D perspective. In this paper, the 3D urban expansion of the Yangzhou City, Jiangsu Province, China from 2003 to 2012 was evaluated based on Geographical Information System(GIS) tools and high-resolution remote sensing images. Four indices, namely weighted average height of buildings, volume of buildings, 3D expansion intensity and 3D fractal dimension are used to quantify the 3D urban expansion. The weighted average height of buildings and the volume of buildings are used to illustrate the temporal change of the 3D urban morphology, while the other two indices are used to calculate the expansion intensity and the fractal dimension of the 3D urban morphology. The results show that the spatial distribution of the high-rise buildings in Yangzhou has significantly spread and the utilization of the 3D space of Yangzhou has become more efficient and intensive. The methods proposed in this paper laid a foundation for a wide range of study of 3D urban morphology changes.

Canal,Salt Merchants,and Emperors:Yangzhou Gaomin Temple in the Context of“Cultural Jiangnan”

This paper investigates the formation of the sacredness of Gaomin Temple(高旻寺)during the Qing Dynasty and reveals that its sacredness is closely related to the writing of the“Cultural Jiangnan(文化江南)”1 image of Yangzhou(扬州)by a group of intellectuals in the city.Based on the theory of the semiotics of cities and subculture,this article points out that under the joint action of such factors as salt merchants,emperors,the palace on tour,literati,and monks,Gaomin Temple was able to retain its religious value in the symbolic meaning of the space structure,get through diverse social conditions,and align itself with societal values.Therefore,the temple has become an urban symbolic system of a“semantic field”,which is also the social source of its sanctity.

扬州城市规划区地下水应急供水方案可行性研究

突发事件会引起大范围的地表水污染,对城市供水水源的安全形成挑战,严重威胁人民生命安全,危害生态环境和经济社会稳定。地下水与地表环境联系较弱,利用地下水作为应急水源是最安全的水资源保障措施。本研究以扬州城市规划区为例,确定了规划区应急需水量为17.2万m^(3)/d,应急时长为15d,主要开采的第Ⅱ、Ⅲ承压含水层限采红线水位埋深分别为20m、30m,根据研究区应急供水需求制定了4种应急供水方案。方案1和2为水源地集中供水,方案3为分散式供水,方案4为分散与集中式联合供水。依据工作区水文地质条件和地下水位监测数据,基于HydroGeoSphere构建并校正了研究区三维地下水-地表水耦合数值模型,利用数值模型分析了不同供水方案应急抽水引起的地下水位降落趋势及其与地下水开采红线的关系。研究表明,分散与集中式联合供水方案可以明显减小工作区内的水位波动,减缓水源地的供水压力,降低地面沉降风险,对现有管网的利用也较为充分,可作为应急供水的首选方案。

扬州市长期护理保险制度试点现状及优化策略

作为江苏省长期护理保险制度试点城市,扬州市积极构建符合自身实际的长期护理保险制度及运行机制。采取市区试点先行、稳步推进扩面、形成全面覆盖的“三步走”策略,从参保覆盖范围、筹资运行机制、失能评估机制、待遇享受标准等方面,规范了长期护理保险制度的试点运行,可以为其他试点地区完善长期护理保险制度提供实证参考。

城市空气质量指数的时间序列分析和预测--以扬州市为例

城市空气质量指数是反映城市环境宜居水平的重要指标,预测城市空气质量指数可以为政策制定提供重要的参考依据。选取扬州市2014-2022年的空气质量指数(AQI)进行时间序列分析,采用的时间序列模型有自回归积分滑动平均模型(ARIMA)、先知模型(Prophet)以及人工智能领域的长短期记忆模型(LSTM)。通过这些模型分析扬州市空气质量指数的周期性、季节性和趋势特征,并对空气质量指数进行预测。结果显示,基于人工智能的长短期记忆模型具有很强的预测能力。
