The developed met...This paper proposes an efficient, high-tech method of construction of pseudorandom binary sequences generators with a repetition period 2n?for n-bit shift register with a nonlinear feedback function. The developed method is illustrated by constructing a nonlinear function feedback shift register. It is proved that the offered method requires the realization of a memory size proportional to n2?that allows making successful use of suitable generators for practical use on the shift register of the longer word.展开更多

It is shown that the proposed ternary ZCZ sequence sets can reach the upper bound on the ZCZ sequences. The performance of the proposed sequences set in asynchronous Direct Sequence-Code Division Multiple Access (DS-CDMA) system is evaluated. In the simulation we used two types of channels: Additive White Gaussian Noise (AWGN) and frequency non-selective fading with AWGN noise. The proposed ternary ZCZ sequence sets show better results, in term of Bit Error Rate (BER), than Hayashi’s ternary ZCZ sequence sets.展开更多
Behind the popularity of multimedia technology,the dispute over image copyright is getting worse.In the digital watermark prevention technology for copyright infringement,watermark technology is considered to be an im...Behind the popularity of multimedia technology,the dispute over image copyright is getting worse.In the digital watermark prevention technology for copyright infringement,watermark technology is considered to be an important technology to overcome data protection problems and verify the relationship between data ownership.Among the many digital watermarking technologies,zero watermarking technology has been favored in recent years.However,the existing zero watermark technology in the implementation process often needs a trusted third party to store watermarks,which may make the data too central,data storage security is low and copyright registration costs are too high,which creates a rare problem.The decentivization and information cannot be tampered of blockchain technology’s nature find new methods for image copyright protection.This paper studies the role of zero watermark algorithm in the image copyright and its complete storage and certification scheme,proposes a zero watermark image protection framework based on blockchain,and builds a system according to the framework.Combined with blockchain and zero watermarking technology,the framework uses inter IPFS(Inter Planetary File System)to solve the problem of blockchain efficient storage and sharing of large files.In addition,the application of user copyright information,image image query and image trading in the system are realized based on smart contracts,which solves the problem of lack of trusted third parties.Experiments show that the scheme is feasible and robust to various attacks.展开更多

In this paper, we investigate the pilot design and channel estimation problem in MIMO-OFDM-based C-V2X systems with severe co-channel interference due to spectrum reusing among different V2X communication links. By using zero-correlation zone(ZCZ) sequences, we provide an interference-free pilot design scheme and a corresponding time-domain(TD) correlation-based channel estimation(TD-CCE) method. We employ the ZCZ sequences from the same family set to be designed as the TD pilot symbols and guarantee the pilot sequeneces for neighboring V2X communication links are code-division multiplexing(CDM). The co-channel pilot interference of the deisgned pilot symbols can be effectively eliminated by exploiting the provided TD-CCE method. Simulation results indicate that the accuracy of channel estimation can be effectively improved by the proposed scheme, whose performance is close to that of the non-interference situation.展开更多
The blockchain technology has been applied to wide areas.However,the open and transparent properties of the blockchains pose serious challenges to users’privacy.Among all the schemes for the privacy protection,the ze...The blockchain technology has been applied to wide areas.However,the open and transparent properties of the blockchains pose serious challenges to users’privacy.Among all the schemes for the privacy protection,the zero-knowledge proof algorithm conceals most of the private information in a transaction,while participants of the blockchain can validate this transaction without the private information.However,current schemes are only aimed at blockchains with the UTXO model,and only one type of assets circulates on these blockchains.Based on the zero-knowledge proof algorithm,this paper proposes a privacy protection scheme for blockchains that use the account and multi-asset model.We design the transaction structure,anonymous addresses and anonymous asset metadata,and also propose the methods of the asset transfer and double-spending detection.The zk-SNARKs algorithm is used to generate and to verify the zero-knowledge proof.And finally,we conduct the experiments to evaluate our scheme.展开更多
Micro-grids comprise low voltage distribution systems with distributed energy resources(DERs) and controllable loads which can operate connected to the medium voltage grid or islanded in a controlled coordinated way. ...Micro-grids comprise low voltage distribution systems with distributed energy resources(DERs) and controllable loads which can operate connected to the medium voltage grid or islanded in a controlled coordinated way. This concept aims to move from "connect and forget" philosophy towards a full integration of DERs. Micro-grids can provide numerous economic and environmental benefits for end-customers, utilities and society. However, their implementation poses great technical challenges, such as a new philosophy in design of protection systems. In this work, a micro-grid protection scheme is presented based on positive-sequence component using phasor measurement units(PMUs) and a central protection unit(CPU). The salient feature of the proposed scheme in comparison with the previous works is that it has the ability to protect both radial and looped micro-grids against different types of faults with the capability of single-phase tripping. Furthermore, since the CPU is capable of updating its pickup values(upstream and downstream equivalent positive-sequence impedances of each line) after the first change in the micro-grid configuration(such as transferring from grid-connected to islanded mode and or disconnection of a line, bus, or DER either in grid-connected mode or in islanded mode), it can protect micro-grid against subsequent faults. Finally, in order to verify the effectiveness of the suggested scheme and the CPU, several simulations have been undertaken by using DIg SILENT Power Factory and MATLAB software packages.展开更多
