Certain fermentation parameters involving mois...The work is intended to achieve optimum culture conditions of α-galactosidase production by a mutant strain Aspergillus foetidus ZU-G1 in solid-state fermentation (SSF). Certain fermentation parameters involving moisture content, incubation temperature, cultivation period of seed, inoculum volume, initial pH value, layers of pledget, load size of medium and period of cultivation were investigated separately. The optimal cultivating conditions of α-galactosidase production in SSF were 60% initial moisture of medium, 28 °C incubation temperature, 18 h cultivation period of seed, 10% inoculum volume, 5.0～6.0 initial pH of medium, 6 layers of pledget and 10 g dry matter loadage. Under the optimized cultivation conditions, the maximum α-galactosidase production was 2 037.51 U/g dry matter near the 144th hour of fermentation.展开更多

By treating the incompressible condition as the constraint, a constrained Hamilton variational principle is presented for the shallow water problem. Based on the constrained Hamilton variational principle, a shallow water equation based on displacement and pressure(SWE-DP)is developed. A hybrid numerical method combining the finite element method for spatial discretization and the Zu-class method for time integration is created for the SWEDP. The correctness of the proposed SWE-DP is verified by numerical comparisons with two existing shallow water equations(SWEs). The effectiveness of the hybrid numerical method proposed for the SWE-DP is also verified by numerical experiments. Moreover,the numerical experiments demonstrate that the Zu-class method shows excellent performance with respect to simulating the long time evolution of the shallow water.展开更多

Objectives Mu Lao Zu population.Methods A total of 1055 subjects of Mu Lao Zu were studied by a stratified randomized cluster sampling.Blood pressure,body height, body weight,waist circumference and serum lipid and ap...Objectives Mu Lao Zu population.Methods A total of 1055 subjects of Mu Lao Zu were studied by a stratified randomized cluster sampling.Blood pressure,body height, body weight,waist circumference and serum lipid and apolipoprotein(Apo) levels were measured.The data were compared with those in 969 subjects of Han Chinese from the same region.In order to evaluate the association of hyperlipidemia with nine possible riks factors,multivariate logistic regression analysis was also performed in the combined population of Mu Lao Zu and Han,Mu Lao Zu,and Han;respectively. Results The levels of total cholesterol,triglyceride, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol and ApoB in Mu Lao Zu were significantly higher than those in Han(P【0.05-0.001); but the levels of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol,ApoA1 and ApoA1/Apo were significantly lower than those in Han (P【0.001 ).The prevalence of hyperlipidemia and Hypercholesterolemia was also significantly higher in Mu Lao Zu than in Han(53.0%vs.46.1%,P【0.001) and(44.5%vs. 37.5%,P【0.001).There was no difference in the prevalence of hypertriglyceridemia between the both ethnic groups (22.8%vs.19.4%,P】0.05).Hyperlipidemia was positively correlated with age,BMI,and systolic blood pressureMu Lao Zu(P【0.05),whereas it was positively correlated with BMI and hypertension in Han(P【0.05 for each).Conclusions The serum lipid profiles,the prevalence of hyperlipidemia and the risk factors are different between the Mu Lao Zu and Han populations.The differences in serum lipid profiles between the two ethnic groups might result from different dietary habit,life style,as well as genetic factors,in ? White-box cryptography is critical in a communication system to protect the secret key from being disclosed in a cryptographic algorithm code implementation.The stream cipher is a main dataflow encryption approach in ...White-box cryptography is critical in a communication system to protect the secret key from being disclosed in a cryptographic algorithm code implementation.The stream cipher is a main dataflow encryption approach in mobile communication.However,research work on white-box cryptographic implementation for stream cipher is rare.A new white-box Zu Chongzhi-128(ZUC-128)cryptographic implementation algorithm named WBZUC was proposed.WBZUC adopts lookup table and random coding in the non-linear function to make the intermediate value chaotic without changing the final encryption result.Thus,the WBZUC algorithm’s security gets improved compared with the original ZUC-128 algorithm.As for the efficiency,a test experiment on WBZUC shows that the average speed of key generation,encryption,and decryption can reach at 33.74 kbit/s,23.31 kbit/s,24.06 kbit/s respectively.Despite its running speed is relatively a bit lower than original ZUC-128 algorithm,WBZUC can provide better security and comprehensive performance in mobile communication system environment.展开更多
