The basic process includes simulating the model of economic man's self-benefit bahaviors, taking the place of experts to evaluate, bringing in the model of minimizing the sum of included angles to integrate the information of multiple objects and put the objects in order finally. The method has the advangtages of less dependendence on the subjective information, plenty of information, fair process and simple caculating. Finally, an application example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.展开更多

The cell parameters are: a =1 2245(4) nm, ...The complex crystal of Tl[(C 2H 5O) 2PS 2] synthesized by thallous sulfate and di (2 ethyl) dithiophosphato (L) belongs to monoclinic system, space group P2 1/C. The cell parameters are: a =1 2245(4) nm, b =0.7195(3) nm, c =1.2327(4) nm, β =110.06(3), the volume V =1.020(1) nm 3, the molecular number in a cell Z =4, the density D x=1.622 kg·m -3 ; the structure factor F (000)=508 e, R factor R =0.068. The Tl(I) ion coordinates with two sulfur atoms of complexant L, and formes a frog like molecular configuration. Using inclusive decays of J/ψ aprecise determination of the number of J/ψ events collected with the BESIII detector was performed.For the two data sets taken in 2009 and 2012,the numbers of J/ψ events were recalcul...Using inclusive decays of J/ψ aprecise determination of the number of J/ψ events collected with the BESIII detector was performed.For the two data sets taken in 2009 and 2012,the numbers of J/ψ events were recalculated to be(224.0±1.3)×10^(6) and(1088.5±4.4)×10^(6),respectively;these numbers are in good agreement with the previous measurements. For the J/ψ sample taken in 2017-2019,the number of events was determined to be(8774.0±39.4)×10^(6).The total number of J/ψ events collected with the BESIII detector was determined to be(10087±44)×10^(6),where the uncertainty is dominated by systematic effects,and the statistical uncertainty is negligible.展开更多
