The preparation process of electrically conductive filler for anisotropic conductive adhesive was performed and discussed.The spherical filler contains tri-layer structures: resin core,Ni-P intermediate coating layer,...The preparation process of electrically conductive filler for anisotropic conductive adhesive was performed and discussed.The spherical filler contains tri-layer structures: resin core,Ni-P intermediate coating layer,Au outer coating layer.The 4 μm resin spherical cores were synthesized by monodispersion polymerization method.Then they were contributed to electrical conductivity by electrolessly plating Ni-P layer and gold layer.These particles have good corrosion resistance,high stability,and enough mechanical strength.When mixed with thermosetting epoxy resin to produce anisotropic conductive adhesive(ACA),it can realize a good conductive bonding between bumps on dies and pads on substrates.This environmentally friendly conductive material offers numerous advantages over conventional solder technology and is an ideal substitute for the lead-contained solder in electronics packaging.展开更多

A dynamic subcarrier allocation algorithm (DSAA) is proposed, to optimize the system model. The subcarrier allocation decision is made by the proposed DSAA according to the maximum value of total utility function with respect to the queue mean waiting time. Simulation results demonstrate that compared to the conventional algorithms, the proposed algorithm has better delay performance and can provide fairness under different loads by using different utility functions.展开更多

A fuzzy linear programming model (FLP) is proposed. On the basis of the inherent fuzziness of QFD system, triangular fuzzy numbers are used to represent all the relationships and correlations, and then, the functional relationships between the customer needs and engineering characteristics and the functional correlations among the engineering characteristics are determined with the information in the house of quality (HoQ) fully used. The fuzzy linear programming (FLP) model aims to find the optimal target values of the engineering characteristics to maximize the customer satisfaction. The approach is based on a batch back-propagation neural network algorithm by directly minimizing the real magnitude error and phase error from the linear-phase to obtain the filter's coefficients. The approach can deal with both the real and complex coefficient FIR digital filters design problems. A fuzzy neural network based research method of data quality evaluation is proposed. First, the criteria for the evaluation of data quality are selected to construct the fuzzy sets of evaluating grades, and then by using the learning ability of NN, the objective evaluation of membership is carried out, which can be used for the effective evaluation of data quality. This research has been used in the platform of 'data report of national compulsory education outlay guarantee' from the Chinese Ministry of Education. This method can be used for the effective evaluation of data quality worldwide, and the data quality situation can be found out more completely, objectively, and in better time by using the method.展开更多

A compact expression for the transfer function of a 2-D linear phase FIR filter is derived based on its frequency response characteristic, and the NNA, based on minimizing the square-error in the frequency-domain, is established according to the compact expression. To illustrate the stability of the NNA, the convergence theorem is presented and proved. Design examples are also given, and the results show that the ripple is considerably small in passband and stopband, and the NNA-based method is of powerful stability and requires quite little amount of computations.展开更多

The running process of the propagating cracks is successfully recorded with the method of dynamic photoelasticity. A series of important fracture parameters such as cracks propagating velocity, critical opening loading and initial angle of cracks growth under biaxial compression is calculated. Results show that the stress field in front of the non-closed crack tip under biaxial compression is a mixed-mode singular field, the dynamic propagation of the new tensile cracks is just stable and shows distinct stages, but the unstable crack appears under high loads and results in the rupture of the matrix.展开更多

To obtain high throughput, we analyze the feasibility of high-speed reconfigurable design and find the key parameters affecting throughput. Then, the corresponding design, which includes the reconfignration analysis of algorithms, the design of reconfignrable processing units and a new reconfignrable architecture based on pipeline and parallel structure, are proposed. The implementation results show that the opcrating fiequency is 110 MHz and the throughput rate is 7 Gbps for DES, 2.3 Gbps for 3 DES and 1.4 Gbps for AES. Compared with the similar existing implementations, our design can achieve a higher performance.展开更多

If the kinematic likelihoods are...Joint probabilistic data association is an effective method for tracking multiple targets in clutter, but only the target kinematic information is used in measure-to-track association. If the kinematic likelihoods are similar for different closely spaced targets, there is ambiguity in using the kinematic information alone; the correct association probability will decrease in conventional joint probabilistic data association algorithm and track coalescence will occur easily. A modified algorithm of joint probabilistic data association with classification-aided is presented, which avoids track coalescence when tracking multiple neighboring targets. Firstly, an identification matrix is defined, which is used to simplify validation matrix to decrease computational complexity. Then, target class information is integrated into the data association process. Performance comparisons with and without the use of class information in JPDA are presented on multiple closely spaced maneuvering targets tracking problem. Simulation results quantify the benefits of classification-aided JPDA for improved multiple targets tracking, especially in the presence of association uncertainty in the kinematic measurement and target maneuvering. Simulation results indicate that the algorithm is valid.展开更多

In general, single sensor system can only provide partial information about environment while multi-sensor system provides a synergistic effect, which improves the quality and availability of information. Data fusion techniques can effectively combine this environmental information from similar and/or dissimilar sensors. Sensor management, aiming at improving data fusion performance by controlling sensor behavior, plays an important role in a data fusion process. This paper presents a method using fisher information gain based sensor effectiveness metric for sensor assignment in multi-sensor and multi-target tracking applications. The fisher information gain is computed for every sensor-target pairing on each scan. The advantage for this metric over other ones is that the fisher information gain for the target obtained by multi-sensors is equal to the sum of ones obtained by the individual sensor, so standard transportation problem formulation can be used to solve this problem without importing the concept of pseudo sensor. The simulation results show the effectiveness of the method.展开更多
