Artificial fish reef is a kind of artificial structure in water,which provides a necessary and safe place for aquatic life such as fish to inhabit,grow,and breed,and creates an environment suitable for fish growth,so ...Artificial fish reef is a kind of artificial structure in water,which provides a necessary and safe place for aquatic life such as fish to inhabit,grow,and breed,and creates an environment suitable for fish growth,so as to protect and multiply fishery resources.In a large time scale,the physical process of sea area can deeply affect the chemical process and biological process,so the structure characteristics of artificial reef are the key factors affecting the flow field effect around the reef.In this study,through the hydrodynamic experiments of four kinds of reef models,including big windows box reef,big and small windows box reef,"(卐)"shaped reef and double-layer shellfish breeding reef,the influence of single reef structure on the flow field effect is analyzed,and the force conditions of different reefs under the same incoming current velocity are obtained.According to the simulation results,the safety research and calculation of five kinds of reef models are carried out,and the volumes of vortex area and upwelling area behind four kinds of reef are obtained.Using hydrodynamic model to simulate the flow field effect of reef area,optimizing the reef structure design,improving the maximum biological trapping and proliferation effect of reef,can provide theoretical guidance and scientific and technological support for the construction of reef area.展开更多
The effect of salinity on the growth and muscle nutritional quality of theExopalaemon carinicauda was studied through testing the survival rate, specific growthrate, muscle nutrient composition, amino acid composition...The effect of salinity on the growth and muscle nutritional quality of theExopalaemon carinicauda was studied through testing the survival rate, specific growthrate, muscle nutrient composition, amino acid composition and content by the culturingin different salinities(0-30).The results showed that the survival rate of salinity (0-30)had no significant difference (P>0.05), and the specific growth rates at salinity 15 andsalinity 20 were significantly higher than others(P>0.05); the muscle moisture contentand the crude fat content significantly decreased(P<0.05), while the muscle crudeprotein content significantly increased with an increase in the environment salinity from0 to 30(P <0.05).The crude ash content with salinity increase had a slight increase; themuscle crude protein content (18.2) at salinity 15 was significantly higher than that atsalinity 0,5, or 10(P <0.05), but there was no significant difference between salinity 15and salinity 20(P>0.05). No significant difference was found in total amino acid contentor total essential amino acid content from salinity 0 to 30(P>0.05). Total delicious aminoacid content at salinity 15-30 was significantly higher than those at salinity 0-10(P<0.05), while there was no significant difference from salinity 15 to 30(P>0.05). Theresults suggest that the suitable salinity for muscle nutritive value ranges from 15 to 30,and the Exopalaemon carinicauda can potentially be cultured above the salinity 15.展开更多

[Objective] To evaluate the risk of methylmercury hazards in fish and shellfsh products, and predict the possible harm and consequences, this study puts forward suggestions on the people’s intake of fish and shellfis...[Objective] To evaluate the risk of methylmercury hazards in fish and shellfsh products, and predict the possible harm and consequences, this study puts forward suggestions on the people’s intake of fish and shellfish and provides the basis for food safety regulation. [Method] Research progress in risk assessment of methylmercury intake from fish and shellfish is introduced in the study. [Result] Aquatic products are part of a healthy diet for human. However, almost all fsh and shellfish contain at least a trace amount of methylmercury. The methylmercury content in wild fsh is higher than that of cultured fsh. The methylmercury content in different aquatic products is in the order: carnivorous fsh 〉 omnivorous fsh 〉 flter-feeding fsh 〉 benthic organisms 〉 herbivorous fsh 〉 phytoplankton 〉 zooplankton, and the methylmercury content in different organs is in the order: back muscles 〉 belly muscles 〉 liver 〉 heart 〉 other organs and tissues. [Conclusion] The harm of methylmercury in fsh and shellfsh is of low risk and would not cause harm to health. However, women of childbearing age, pregnant woman, nursing woman and children should eat fsh with low mercury content and avoid some large-fsh intake.展开更多
