[Method]Bacillus subtilis GJ00141 and Saccharomyces cerevisiae GJ00079 were applied for the SSF and the optimal carbon source, nitrogen source, inorganic salt, moisture content, inoculum level, fermentation temperature, and fermentation time were investigated. The detoxifying effects of different products of GJ00141 were examined with gossypol as substrate. A total of 90 one-day-old broilers were randomized into group A [control, basal diet with 36% soybean meal(SM)], group B(basal diet with 18% SM and 18% CSM), and group C [basal diet with 18% SM and 18% fermented CSM(FCSM)] and thereby the influence of FCSM on the growth of broilers was explored. [Results] The maximum reduction rate(59%) of FG was achieved under the following fermentation conditions: solid medium composed of 96% CSM, 1%glucose, 1% ammonium sulfate, and 2% corn grits, 45% moisture content, 20%inoculum, fermentation at 30 °C for 60 h. Both the viable and inactivated cells of GJ00141 can reduce the content of gossypol, but the reduction rates were only about 20% after 72 h of incubation. Cellular contents and supernatant demonstrated strong detoxifying activity, which achieved the reduction rates of about 95% after 48 h, and the removal was free from the influence of proteinase K, heat, or EDTA. In the 42 d feeding experiment on broilers, the ratios of feed to gain were insignificantly different between the group C and group A. [Conclusion] This method achieved high rate of removing FG in CSM. The reason was the likelihood that the stable compounds in the cellular contents and supernatant of GJ00141 adsorb or bind to FG. Broilers grew well with the FCSM. Thus, it was an efficient detoxifying method for CSM.展开更多

The vast requirements of high detection accuracy with respect to low altitude UAVs are put forward. In addition, the methods of UAV detection based on deep learning are of great potential in low altitude UAV detection. However, such methods need high-quality datasets to cope with the problem of high false alarm rate(FAR)and high missing alarm rate(MAR)in low altitude UAV detection, special high-quality low altitude UAV detection dataset is still lacking. A handful of known datasets for UAV detection have been rejected by their proposers for authorization and are of poor quality. In this paper,a comprehensive enhanced dataset containing UAVs and jamming objects is proposed. A large number of high-definition UAV images are obtained through real world shooting, web crawler, and data enhancement. Moreover,to cope with the challenge of low altitude UAV detection in complex backgrounds and long distance,as well as the puzzle caused by jamming objects, the noise with jamming characteristics is added to the dataset. Finally, the dataset is trained, validated, and tested by four mainstream deep learning models. The results indicate that by using data enhancement, adding noise contained jamming objects and images of UAV with complex backgrounds and long distance, the accuracy of UAV detection can be significantly improved. This work will promote the development of anti-UAV systems deeply, and more convincing evaluation criteria are provided for models optimization for UAV detection.展开更多

However, there are also many negative impacts on environment of the paddy production. Thus, Payments for paddy ecosystem services encourage farmers to engage in ecological or organic agricultural practices and agro-ecological/environmental supply. However, compared with forest, wetland, and pasture, the eco-function and ecosystem services of paddy fields have gotten insufficient attention. It is necessary to establish an eco-compensation mechanism for paddy fields that boosts behavior that protects farms to benefit the ecosystem. Based on a review of eco-compensation for paddy fields, this paper proposes the policy game framework of eco-compensation for paddy fields, which is oriented to ecological restoration. Secondly, this paper introduces methods for determination of compensation standards, including the cost the farmers' willingness to accept, and the ecological benefits of adopting environmental friendly farming practices. And finally, this paper puts forward policy recommendations for eco-compensation for paddy ecosystems.展开更多

The ecological environment is ...With the development of tourism, the number of tourists and the scope of tourism activities are increasing, and the impact of tourism on the ecological environment is gradually revealed. The ecological environment is the foundation of sustainable tourism development. Some tourist destinations lack systematic and scientific evaluation and the proper planning of tourism resources, which makes it difficult for local areas to cope with the influx of a large number of people. In these destinations, the internal system is perturbed by a series of disturbances, which leads to bad effects on the local ecological environment. In addition to endangering the development of tourism, the quality of life of local residents is also threatened. Consequently, the issues between tourism and environment have become a hot topic in the field of tourism research. Through the collection of domestic and foreign tourism literature related to ecological theories since 1990 to 2020, the status of the application of various ecological theories in the field of tourism is revealed, such as life cycle theory, landscape ecology theory, carrying capacity theory, biodiversity, ecological niche theory and ecological footprint theory. This analysis found that the application of these theories to tourism mainly focuses on empirical research, and there are few studies on the basic theories related to it. In the empirical research, innovation of the research methods is basically absent. Therefore, future research should pay more attention to the theoretical research of ecological theory in the field of tourism, and combine modern science and technology in the practical application to strengthen the innovation of research methods. In addition, the prospect of applying ecological theories in future tourism research is discussed.展开更多

文摘Tourism is often considered as one of the dynamic conservation and adaptive management approaches in Agricultural Heritage Sites. It has been over 15 years since the GIAHS programme was initiated in China, and tourism developed quickly in the Agricultural Heritage Sites,to some extent because many researchers consider tourism as a significant engine of the local economy. However, this is contrary to the original intention of agricultural heritage tourism as it was proposed in the first place.Apparently, there are some overt problems during the tourism development process, which are mainly as follows:Some threats to Agricultural Heritage Systems are ubiquitous; The tourism development mode in Agricultural Heritage Sites is questionable;Community involvement is difficult to implement; And the negative environmental impacts are easy to overlook.Under the context of global development, the UNWTO sustainable tourism criteria provide some guidance for agricultural heritage tourism.Based on the Global Sustainable Tourism Criteria, combined with previous survey experiences and related researches, this paper analyzes the tourism sustainability of all the 15 GIAHS sites in China, and explores the current sustainable tourism development level. On this basis,an agricultural heritage sustainable tourism development framework was built in an attempt to find the road to sustainability for agricultural heritage tourism. The framework in the global and local contexts is trying to connect all the important elements related to agricultural heritage tourism according to the UNWTO sustainable tourism criteria.

文摘Agricultural land provides not only food and fiber(an important element of food security), but also serves as a non-market commodity with characteristic externalities and public services. And finally, this paper puts forward policy recommendations for eco-compensation for paddy ecosystems.

文摘With the development of tourism, the number of tourists and the scope of tourism activities are increasing, and the impact of tourism on the ecological environment is gradually revealed. In addition, the prospect of applying ecological theories in future tourism research is discussed.
