Methods The level of serum sIL - 2R, IL - 6 in 42 cases of lupus nephritis were detected by ELISA, and the data were compared with control group. Results Serum sIL- 2R ,IL-6 levels in lupus nephritis patients were significantly higher than control group and related to convalescent of the disease. Conclusion It suggested that immune dysfunction exist in patients with lupus nephritis higher level of sIL-2 ,IL-6 would associate with genesis and development of lupus nephritis, and it can be a new indicator of lupus nephritis.展开更多
