Methods Observe and analyze the postoperative change of cornea and vision and the possible reason and mechanism of clinical obvervation on 12 cases of PHACO incised on temporal side combined with folding IOL after kemtoplasty. Results The preoperative visions of 12 cases ranged from LP and 0.04,but after operation the poorest visions were 0.25 of 2 cases, taking up 16.66% while best visions were 0.5 of 3 cases,taking up 25% ;Visions of 10 cases were better than 0.3, taking up 38.34% ;the average vision is 0.4, nearly 10 times of the former. Conclusions PHAC0 incised on temporal side combined with IOL after keratoplasty is a safe and reliable way, which never add damage to CEC for the patients with clear lens, good visual function, and no complication.展开更多
