The Corporation will be entitled as an investor on behalf of the government, including enjoying legally rights in capital benefits, business operation, arrangement of equity, decision-making on key items and selection ofmanagement teams, as well investment and construction of other major projects. For the industrial pattern, the Corporation will continuously stick to as the main business the development and operation of water resource on the upper andmiddle reaches of the Yangtze river. and optimize the energy structure through development, acquisition, joint stock,holding.
