钱学森对军事科学发展的贡献

钱学森同志是在国内外事有崇高声誉的著名科学家，他为中国科学技术、国防科技事业特别是“两弹一星”的研制与发展作出了卓越贡献，是国务院、中央军委惟一授予“国家杰出贡献科学家”荣誉称号和一级英雄模范奖章的科学家，并荣获国家“两弹一星功勋奖章”。他是中国科技工作者的优秀代表，是与雷锋、焦裕禄、王进喜等一起被中共中央组织部列为新中国成立以来在群众中享有崇高威信的共产党员的优秀代表，深受全国人民和军队指战员的敬仰与爱戴。近半个世纪来，钱学森同志在领导和参与国防科技研究的同时，对中国军事科学研究也倾注了很大的心血，提出了许多重要的思想与观点，为国防和军队建设，为军事科学的发展，作出了重大贡献。下面仅从我在工作中接触到的事例，谈几个方面的感受。

孙子的慎战思想与中国的国家安全战略

To ensure state security, safeguard people's interests and maintain a powerful army compose form Sun Zi's conception of prudence in fighting, which marks his supreme notion in decision-making of war. In times of peace and development as today, it is of immediate significance and can serve as an important reference to the study of national security strategy in China. The three generations of Party leadership headed by Mac Zedong,Deng Xiaoping and Jiang Zemin respectively, drawing the quintessence from ancient Chinese conceptions of national security strategy, have established new national security conceptions and theories for China in accordance with the era, international and domestic situations, and achieved success in safeguarding national security, thus building the solid foundation for national security theory in China and becoming the guiding principle for formulating national security strategy. Decided by the nature of the socialist nation and the national security conception and theory established by the Party leadership, China's security strategy is marked by its non-expansion, active defense and aim at peace. China's national security strategy can be summarized as “safeguarding its sovereignty, seeking peace, ensuring stability, working for cooperation and enhancing development”.

光辉的篇章 不朽的丰碑

The author points out that the War to Resist US Aggression and Aid Korea is one of the brilliant and wise decisions by the first generation collective leadership of the Communist Party with Chairman Mao Zedong at the core. The final victory in the war earned prestige for and enhanced the international reputation of China and the Army. The war provides an abundance of valuable enlightenment to China's national defense as it faces the 21st century.

总结抗美援朝战争历史经验坚持和发展人民战争的思想

The author holds that the War to Resist US Aggression and aid Korea enriches and develops the practical experience in the people's war and provides valuable historical enlightenment for winning a people's war in high-tech conditions. We should have our eyes on the features and laws of future military struggles and develop and create the thought and practice of the people's war.

关于“战争指导规律”问题的再思考

本文对军事学术界多年来关于战争指导规律的各种观点进行了梳理与剖析，提出：战争规律就有指导战争的作用，不能认为只有战争指导规律才能指导战争取得胜利；原理、原则、战略战术不等同于战争指导规律，不能认为它们正确反映了客观实际，就改变其主观意识的属性；被人们揭示的规律，其属性仍然是客观的；原理、原则、方法等是战争指导者运用战争规律的自觉能动性的体现。

论联合战役指导的若干重要思想

联合战役指导是联合战役理论和实践需要解决的首要问题。本文主要研究未来高技术局部战争中，在联合战役指导上应着重贯彻的六个重要思想：服从和服务于战略全局；联合作战、整体制胜；夺取信息优势；全纵深打击；重点打击、结构破坏；实施不对等作战。贯彻这些思想，对于赢得未来联合战役的胜利具有重要的指导意义。
