The fusants of two parents showed some their individual characteristics and physiological difference between themselfs. Thrugh protoplast re-isolation and reversion of one randomly selective fusant, two parents had been recovered and the donor parent achieved some new physiological characteristics such as faster mycelial growth and earier fruiting.This experiment result showed that the idea and the method of polarized protoplast fusion used in this study may be used as routine procedure for strain improvement in adible fungi.展开更多
