丝带凤蝶线粒体基因组全序列及其系统学意义(英文)

锯凤蝶类与凤蝶科其他类群的系统发生关系及其分类学地位一直存在争议。本研究采用PCR和long PCR技术测定了属于锯凤蝶类的丝带凤蝶Sericinus montelus线粒体基因组全序列;结合已有的其他凤蝶科物种的相应序列数据,基于13个蛋白质编码基因重建了凤蝶科主要类群的系统发生树,探讨了它们之间的系统发生关系。基因组分析结果表明:丝带凤蝶线粒体基因组全长15242bp,包括13个编码蛋白基因(ATP6,ATP8,COⅠ-Ⅲ,ND1-6,ND4L和Cytb)、22个tRNA基因、16S和12SrRNA基因以及非编码的控制区;基因组A,T,G和C含量分别为40.1%,40.8%,7.4%和11.7%,表现出明显的AT偏倚。所有的蛋白质编码基因都使用标准的起始密码子(ATN);除ND4和ND4L基因使用单个的T作为终止密码子外,其余蛋白编码基因都使用了标准的终止密码子(TAA)。除丝氨酸tRNA的二氢尿苷突环缺失外,所有tRNA基因都形成典型的三叶草型结构。基因组中共存在12个大小介于2～65bp之间的基因间隔区以及15个大小介于1～8bp之间的基因重叠区,其中,存在于COⅡ和tRNALys之间的24bp的间隔区在其他鳞翅目昆虫中未曾见到。以邻接法和最大简约法并基于13个蛋白质编码基因序列对凤蝶科进行了系统发生分析。结果显示,丝带凤蝶和中华虎凤蝶Luehdorfia chinensis先构成一个支系,再和冰清绢蝶Parnassius bremeri构成姊妹群;表明锯凤蝶类应作为族级分类单元归于凤蝶科下的绢蝶亚科。

菜粉蝶线粒体基因组的全序列测定和分析

目前关于蝶类线粒体基因组全序列及其分子进化的研究还不多见。本研究通过长PCR和引物步移法对菜粉蝶Pieris rapae Linnaeus线粒体基因组全序列进行了测定和初步分析。结果表明:菜粉蝶线粒体基因组全长15157bp,包含13个蛋白编码基因、22个tRNA和2个rRNA基因以及1个非编码的控制区域,它们的长度分别是11196bp,1474bp,2093bp和393bp。37个基因的位置与已报道的其他蝶类基本一致,共有10对基因间存在总共59bp的重叠,重叠碱基数在1～35bp之间;基因间隔序列共计13处120bp,间隔长度1～46bp不等,最大的基因间隔46bp,位于tRNAIle和tRNAGln基因之间。另外,基于13个蛋白质编码基因的氨基酸序列,重建了基于蛋白质编码基因序列数据的11种代表性蝶类的NJ和MP系统树。结果表明:凤蝶类(包括凤蝶和绢蝶)为一大支系,粉蝶类、灰蝶类与蛱蝶类(包括蛱蝶、珍蝶)构成另一大支系。结果不支持粉蝶科与凤蝶科(包括凤蝶类和绢蝶类)构成单系群,却显示粉蝶科、灰蝶科和蛱蝶科的组合为单系群。

大分舌蜂营巢生物学

于2009和2010年对广东河源大分舌蜂Colletes gigas的巢穴结构及生物学习性进行了初步研究。对分布在同一区域大分舌蜂的巢穴进行了挖掘,详细记录了两个巢穴的结构;挖出的卵、幼虫及蛹的形态进行了解剖镜和电镜观察,并做了简要描述。另外,还通过分子及形态学方法对与大分舌蜂共用筑巢场所的另一种分舌蜂进行了鉴定。研究发现大分舌蜂喜欢在沙土中筑巢,并且有集中筑巢的习性。大分舌蜂的巢穴由一条主道和几条虫室道组成,虫室建在主道及各个虫室道的末端。大分舌蜂往年的巢穴可以被翌年羽化的大分舌蜂再次利用,沿主道重新建造自己的虫室道或扩展原有的虫室道。大分舌蜂在中国南方专性取食山茶科植物尤其是油茶的花粉及花蜜,蜂粮由于花蜜含量较多而呈液体状。通过进一步比较COI与28SD2区数据,甄别出同一巢区中还存在另一种分舌蜂属物种,表明大分舌蜂可以与另一种分舌蜂Colletes sp.共用筑巢场所。

基于ITS-1基因的菜粉蝶地理种群遗传分化研究

为了探讨我国不同地区菜粉蝶种群之间的遗传分化情况,本研究运用克隆测序法,对我国16个地区79只菜粉蝶Pieris rapaerDNA的ITS-1基因序列进行测定并分析;同时,以东方菜粉蝶Pieris canidia为外群,重建了它们的系统发生树,初步探讨了它们的生物地理学分化格局。序列分析结果显示:所测菜粉蝶的ITS-1序列长度介于337～458bp之间。经序列比对后,在347个位点中共有281个保守位点,63个变异位点,16个简约信息位点和47个单突变位点;AMOVA软件分析其核苷酸多态性指数(nucleotide diversity)Pi为0.014,每位点Theta(per site)Eta为0.041,遗传分化指数(FST)为0.351(P<0.05);DnaSP软件共检测出48个单倍型(haplotype)序列,单倍型多样性(haplotype diversity)的频率为0.989。系统发生分析结果表明:现存的菜粉蝶各地理种群与其地理分布没有直接的对应关系根据系统发生树结果推测,该蝶种在我国的最早建群可能发生于辽宁、内蒙古及北京一带,其后,通过幼虫寄主植物的水陆运输以及成虫的迁飞向我国的不同地区扩散。

海南长尾小蜂科分类学研究(膜翅目)

首次对中国海南的长尾小蜂科Torymidae进行了系统分类研究,共记录8属10种,其中发现中国新记录种4种:合欢大痣长尾小蜂Megastigmus albizziae Mukerji、印度螳小蜂Podagrion indiensis Narendran、爬行螳小蜂Podagrion repens(Motschulsky)和阿根廷齿腿长尾小蜂Monodontomerus argentinus Brèthes。编制了属级检索表及部分种级检索表,提供了10个种的形态描述。研究标本保存于中国科学院动物研究所动物标本馆。

First record of Colotrechnus Thomson(Hymenoptera: Chalcidoidea: Pteromalidae) from China, with description of one newly-recorded species and a key to known species

The genus Colotrechnus in the Colotrechninae （Hymenoptera： Pteromalidae） with the new recorded species Colotrechnus viridis （Masi） is reported from China for the first time. It is also a new record for the subfamily Colotrechninae. Morphological descriptions, distribution and morphological figures are provided. The world species are differentiated in a key, the first provided for this genus. Type specimens are deposited in the Zoological Museum, Institute of Zoology, Chinese Academy of Sciences.

Two newly-recorded species of Perilampus(Hymenoptera:Chalcidoidea:Perilampidae) from China

Two species of Perilampus Latreille, i.e., Perilampus noemi Nikol＇skaya and Perilampus nola Nikol＇skaya, are newly reported from China. Morphological descriptions, distribution and morphological figures and a key to the two newly recorded species of Perilampus in China （females） are provided. All the specimens are deposited in the Zoological Museum, Institute of Zoology, Chinese Academy of Sciences.

研究了中国长距旋小蜂属Neanastatus Girault,记述1个中国新记录种Neanastatus trinotatus Girault;对中国分布的4个种进行了描述,并编制了中国长距旋小蜂属分种检索表。研究标本保存在中国科学院动物研究所动物标本馆。

Two newly-recorded genera with two newly-recorded species of Pteromalidae(Hymenoptera: Chalcidoidea)from China

The genera Rakosina Boucek and Trichomalus Thomson in Pteromalinae（Hymenoptera：Pteromalidae） with two newly recorded species, Rakosina deplanata Boucek and Trichomalus posticus（Walker）, are reported for the first time from China. Morphological descriptions, distribution and morphological figures are provided.

Dictyotenguna choui,a new genus and species of Dictyopharinae(Hemiptera:Fulgoromorpha:Dictyophar-idae) from China

A new Oriental dictyopharid genus and species, Dictyotenguna choui gen. n., sp. n., is described and illustrated from China. A brief review of the family Dictyopharidae from the Oriental and eastern Palaearctic Regions is provided.

Key to families of Chalcidoidea(Hymenoptera:Chalcidoidea) in paddy fields in Anhui,China

Nine families and 12 genera of Chalcidoidea were found in paddy fields from Wuhu, Anhui Province. An illustrated key to the nine families and a general diagnosis of the families are provided.

One newly recorded genus and two newly recorded species of Pireninae(Hymenoptera: Pteromalidae) from China

The genus Watshamia Bou？ek in the Pireninae（Hymenoptera： Pteromalidae）, with two newly recorded species, Watshamia versicolor Bou？ek and Gastrancistrus torymiformis（Ratzeburg）, are reported in China for the first time. Morphological descriptions, distribution and morphological figures are provided. The genera are differentiated in a key for this subfamily from China.

Description of a new species of Neochalcis(Hymenoptera:Chalcidoidea) reared from pupa of Byasa daemonius(Alphéraky) in Yunnan, China

Neochalcis daemonius Xiao, Chen ＆ Zhou sp. nov. （Hymenoptera： Chalcididae： Haltichellinae）, a new species reared from the pupa of Byasa daemonius （Alph6raky） on Aristolochia delavayi Franch. （Piperales： Aristolochiaeeae） in Yunnan, is recognized and described based on morphological characters.

One new species of Tritneptis Girault(Hymenoptera: Pteromalidae) from China with a key to Chinese species

The genus Tritneptis （Hymenoptera： Pteromalidae） in China is briefly introduced in this paper. One new species, Tritneptis riwoqensis Jiao ＆ Xiao, is described. Description of two new species of Cyclogastrella Bukovskij(Chalcidoidea:Pteromalidae) from China

Two new species of Cyclogastrella Bukovskij, Cyclogastrella tibetica sp. nov. and Cyclogastrella qinghaiensis sp. nov., are described and illustrated. C. leucaniae Liao is transferred fxom Cyclogastrella to the genus Dibrachys F6rster, 1856 as Dibrachys leucaniae （Liao, 1987） com. nov. A key to Chinese Cyclogastrella females and diagnoses for Chinese species are provided.

对中国四节金小蜂科Tetracampidae进行了分属研究,记录5属,包括中国2新纪录属:Epiclerus和Tetracampe,及2新纪录种:Epiclerus nomocerus(Masi)和Tetracampe impressa Frster。提供了新纪录属、种的形态描述、寄主、分布及形态特征图,并提供了中国四节金小蜂科分属检索表。研究标本保存于中国科学院动物研究所动物标本馆。
