A mathematics model for calculating the off-design performance of a 400MW integrated gasification combined cycle (IGCC) unit is built up in this paper. The advanced production techniques and system configuration are utilized to meet the requirement of the demonstrative IGCC plant to be built in China. The performance of some subsystems such as coal gasifier, air separator, gas turbine, compressor, heat regenerative steam generator, steam turbine are respectively modeled by using corresponding algebraic equations. The method of process system engineering (PSE) are adopted to solve the interaction problem between subsystems. The performance parameters of the unit at five different load points are calculated and analyzed based on our model. 展开更多

A static simulation model of power plant boiler system performance is built up byusing the methods of process system engineering. The primary research is proceeded in thesubsystem models, the decomposition method of subsystems and the cutting and convergencestrategy of recycle loops. The corresponding software for simulating the performance of boilersystem is developed. Taking the 670T/h boiler set maed in China in the 100% load pointand the 70% load point are calculated by using our model,the results sre checked with thedata provided by producer. It is further proven that the performance simulation modelhasmore accuracy in application and can meet the reqirements of the unit performance analysisand the prediction of operation behavior. 展开更多
