This study looks into the key skills needed by employees of these companies and uses the DEMATEL-ISM model to figure out how to apply these skills effectively. The findings indicate that the loyalty and learning ability of employees are crucial for successfully carrying out the dual carbon strategy. Being innovative, detailed, and able to handle stress are key traits that directly help with this strategy. Teamwork, a sense of responsibility, and the ability to coordinate within the organization are among nine important factors that play a central and bridging role in this process. Finally, based on these findings, the paper offers some management tips and advice to ensure the strategy works well.展开更多
