[目的]制备无定形磷酸钙(ACP)负载重组人骨形态发生蛋白-2(rhBMP-2/ACP)纳米缓释体并观察其细胞毒性,为进一步体内植入提供实验依据。[方法]采用湿化学法合成rhBMP-2/ACP纳米缓释体;兔间充质干细胞(BMSCs)与rhBMP-2/ACP纳米缓释体进行体外复合培养,观察细胞在材料表面的黏附、增殖及功能表达,检测材料的细胞毒性。[结果]材料浸提液对兔BMSCs的生长无影响,其细胞相对增殖率在100.2%~102.5%之间,细胞毒性评级为0级;BMSCs于复合材料表面的黏附、生长速度、形态与对照组无明显差别。[结论]rhBMP-2/ACP纳米缓释体无细胞毒性,复合培养不影响BMSCs的正常生理功能,细胞相容性良好。 展开更多

[目的]观察无定形硫酸钙(ACP)负载重组人骨形态发生蛋白-2(rhBMP-2/ACP)纳米缓释体的生物相容性及安全性,为新型材料的临床应用提供必要的实验依据。[方法]对材料分别进行体外溶血实验、微核实验、急性毒性试验、热原试验、皮内刺激反应实验和短期肌内埋置试验、骨内植入实验。[结果]材料浸提液对兔血无溶血现象,对小鼠骨髓细胞无遗传毒性作用,未引起小鼠急性毒性反应、兔热原反应、兔皮内刺激反应;兔短期肌肉埋置、骨内植入后局部无明显炎症反应、无组织坏死,材料逐渐发生降解,能与组织有机融合。[结论]rhBMP-2/ACP纳米缓释体的生物相容性及安全性符合ISO10993、GB/T16886规定的体内植入物的生物学评价标准,可作为骨修复替代材料用于相关疾病的临床治疗。 展开更多

A series CeO2(ZrO2)/TiO2 catalysts were modified with Er using a sol-gel method.The catalytic activity of the obtained catalysts in the selective catalytic reduction(SCR) of NO with NH3 was investigated to determine the appropriate Er dosage.The catalysts were characterized using X-ray diffraction,N2 adsorption,NH3 temperature-programmed desorption,H2 temperature-programmed reduction,photoluminescence spectroscopy,electron paramagnetic resonance spectroscopy,and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy.The results showed that the optimum Er/Ce molar ratio was 0.10;this catalyst had excellent resistance to catalyst poisoning caused by vapor and sulfur and gave more than 90% NO conversion at 220–395 ℃ and a gas hourly space velocity of 71 400 h^-1.Er incorporation increased the Ti^3+ concentrations,oxygen storage capacities,and oxygen vacancy concentrations of the catalysts,resulting in excellent catalytic performance.Er incorporation also decreased the acid strength and inhibited growth of TiO2 and CeO2 crystal particles,which increased the catalytic activity.The results show that high oxygen vacancy concentrations and oxygen storage capacities,large amounts of Ti^3+,and low acid strengths give excellent SCR activity. 展开更多

Two Fe-Al-based intermetallic aluminide coatings were fabricated on 430-SS(Fe-Cr)and 304-SS(Fe-Cr-Ni)substrates by pressure-assisted solid diffusion bonding with coating on pure Fe as control.The microstructure and intermetallic phases of the coatings were characterized by SEM,EDS and EBSD.A network of Cr2Al13 with matrix of Fe4Al13 was formed by inter-diffusing of Al with the substrates.The corrosion behavior of intermetallic coatings was investigated in 0.5 mol/L HCl solution by mass-loss,OCP,Tafel plot and EIS.It was found that corrosion resistance was greatly enhanced by dozens of times after the addition of Cr and Ni compared with that on pure Fe.The presence of cracks in the coating on 430-SS provided a pathway for corrosion media to penetrate to the substrate and accelerated the corrosion rate.Moreover,the corrosion product was analyzed by XRD,demonstrating that the addition of Cr and Ni facilitated the formation of more corrosion resistant phases,and therefore improved corrosion resistance. 展开更多

The effects of chloride salts(NaCl,MgCl2and NH4Cl)on the hydrolysis kinetics of MgH2prepared by hydridingcombustion synthesis and mechanical milling(HCS+MM)were discussed.X-ray diffraction(XRD)analyses show that high-purityMgH2was successfully prepared by HCS.Hydrolysis performance test results indicate that the chloride salt added during the millingprocess is favorable to the initial reaction rate and hydrogen generation yield within60min.A MgH2?10%NH4Cl composite exhibitsthe best performance with the hydrogen generation yield of1311mL/g and a conversion rate of85.69%in60min at roomtemperature.It is suggested that the chloride salts not only play as grinding aids in the milling process,but also create fresh surface ofreactive materials,favoring the hydrolysis reaction. 展开更多

Owing to its photonic band gap(PBG)and slow light effects,aniline black(AB)-poly(vinylidene fluoride)(PVDF)inverse opal(IO)photonic crystal(PC)was constructed to promote the utility of light and realize photothermal synergetic catalysis.As a highly efficient reaction platform with the capability of restricting heat,a microreactor was introduced to further amplify the photothermal effects of near infrared(NIR)radiation.The photocatalytic efficiency of ZnO/0.5AB-PVDF IO(Z0.5A)increases 1.63-fold compared to that of pure ZnO film under a full solar spectrum,indicating the effectiveness of synergetic promotion by slow light and photothermal effects.Moreover,a 5.85-fold increase is achieved by combining Z0.5A with a microreactor compared to the film in a beaker.The photon localization effect of PVDF IO was further exemplified by finite-difference time-domain(FDTD)calculations.In conclusion,photonic crystal-microreactor enhanced photothermal catalysis has immense potential for alleviating the deteriorating water environment. 展开更多

Hot deformation behaviors and microstructure evolution of Ti-3Al-5Mo-4Cr-2Zr-1Fe(Ti-35421)alloy in theβsingle field are investigated by isothermal compression tests on a Gleeble-3500 simulator at temperatures of 820-900°C and strain rates of 0.001-1 s^(-1).The research results show that discontinuous yield phenomenon and rheological softening are affected by the strain rates and deformation temperatures.The critical conditions for dynamic recrystallization and kinetic model of Ti-35421 alloy are determined,and the Arrhenius constitutive model is constructed.The rheological behaviors of Ti-35421 alloys aboveβphase transformation temperature are predicted by the constitutive model accurately.The EBSD analysis proves that the deformation softening is controlled by dynamic recovery and dynamic recrystallization.In addition,continuous dynamic recrystallization is determined during hot deformation,and the calculation model for recrystallization grain sizes is established.Good linear dependency between the experimental and simulated values of recrystallized grain sizes indicates that the present model can be used for the prediction of recrystallized grain size with high accuracy. 展开更多
