2-甲基-5-硝基咪唑衍生物的合成

Five 2 methyl 5 nitroimidazol derivatives were synthesized primarily from oxalaldehyde,ethanal via cyclization,nitration,esterification.The strutures of these compounds have been examined and confirmed by IR, 1H NMR,UV spectra as well as elementary analysis.

1-苯甲酰氧基乙基-2-甲基5-硝基咪唑的合成

目的：研究1－苯甲酰氧基乙基－2－甲基－5－硝基咪唑的合成。方法：采用乙二醛、乙醛等物质为基本原料，通过环化、硝化、酯化进行合成。结果：得到标题化合物。结论：标题化合物的结构经IR，1H－NMR、UV及元素分析确证。
