一、活动背景 2008年是全面贯彻落实党的十七大精神的第一年，是实施中国妇女儿童发展纲要、天津市妇女儿童发展规划的关键一年，也是全国第十次和天津市第十二次妇女代表大会召开之年。宣传男女平等基本国策，宣传妇女发展成就，倡导和谐性别文化，营造有利于妇女发展的良好社会环境和舆论氛围，对调动和发挥妇女共建共享和谐社会的积极性、主动性、创造性，实现妇女事业新发展、夺取全面建设小康社会新胜利具有重要意义。
