The results showed that adding feed-grade proteinase in diets enhanced anti-diarrhea capacity of piglets and improved signifi- cantly production performance and breeding efficiency of piglets. This study provided the reference for rational utilization of feed-grade proteinase in actual production.展开更多
试验研究餐厨剩余物(residues of eat hutch)及其经过发酵(fermentation)处理后产物,应用于肉仔鸡的效果观察,评价其有效性和安全性。选用AA肉仔鸡30只,分为3组,每组10只,1只为1个重复,试验1组饲喂含10%发酵餐厨剩余物肉鸡配合饲料,试验...试验研究餐厨剩余物(residues of eat hutch)及其经过发酵(fermentation)处理后产物,应用于肉仔鸡的效果观察,评价其有效性和安全性。选用AA肉仔鸡30只,分为3组,每组10只,1只为1个重复,试验1组饲喂含10%发酵餐厨剩余物肉鸡配合饲料,试验2组饲喂含10%餐厨剩余物肉鸡配合饲料,对照组饲喂常规肉仔鸡配合饲料,进行为期42 d的试验。结果表明,①生长性能:试验1组较试验2组只均日增重提高13.56%(P<0.01),料重比降低4.72%(P<0.05)),只均日增重比常规饲料低3.40%(P>0.05),料重比比常规饲料低1.33%(P>0.05);②屠宰观察指标:试验组较肤色较深,肌肉pH、肌肉组织弹性、肌肉气味、器官湿重、清烹肉汤鉴定指标、尝评价均均无异常;③血液常规指标:白细胞,试验1组高于试验2组(P<0.05),试验1组低于对照组(P<0.01),试验2组低于对照组(P<0.01),其它指标差异均不显著(P>0.05);血液生化指标:γ-谷氨酰氨转肽酶(GGT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、胆碱脂酶(CHE)、尿素氮(UN)、肌酐(CR)、尿酸(UA)有较大差异,其它指标总胆红素(T.BIL)、总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、球蛋白(GLO)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)均无异常;④肌肉安全性检测:各组均未检测出有害微生物、有害寄生虫,虽然检测出有害微量元素,但都在国标规定值内,并远低于其标定值。研究表明,餐厨剩余物经过发酵处理,按10%的比例添加到日粮中,饲喂肉仔鸡是有效的、安全的,添加效果好于未经发酵处理的餐厨剩余物,可以作为是肉仔鸡良好的饲料资源。展开更多
