The results showed that health education significantly improved the quality of life of these children, particularly in terms of physiological function, social behavior, and mental health. Conventional “language-psychological” health education demonstrated the most significant effect (SMD = 2.212), followed by multidimensional integrated health education (SMD = 1.956) and innovative health education (SMD = 1.891). The study also discussed the differences in the effectiveness of different types of education and suggested that future research should further refine the content of health education and develop personalized education programs for different patient groups to better support the rehabilitation and social integration of children with cleft lip and palate.展开更多
