针灸结合康复训练对肩手综合征的治疗作用分析

目的:探讨针灸结合康复训练对肩手综合征的治疗作用。方法:将肩手综合征患者56例随机分为常规组(康复训练)与研究组(针灸结合康复训练),各28例。结果:研究组总体疗效、FMA评分、QOL评分均优于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:针灸结合康复训练对肩手综合征的治疗作用较为突出。

拔伸斜扳推拿法对颈椎间盘突出症椎间盘与神经根比邻关系影响研究

目的:观察拔伸斜扳推拿法对颈椎间盘突出症椎间盘与神经根比邻关系的影响。方法:100例随机分为两组,治疗组50例用拔伸斜扳推拿治疗,对照组50例用药物治疗。结果:治疗后治疗组与对照组椎间盘与神经根位置变化、椎间盘形态的改变比较有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:神经根比邻关系的改变及椎间盘形态的变化可能是拔伸斜扳推拿法治疗颈椎间盘突出症的作用机理之一。

电针治疗外展神经麻痹的疗效观察

外展神经麻痹为临床常见病，临床主要表现为复视和眼球的运动障碍，单纯药物治疗不甚理想。为此，笔者近年来在针对其病因采用不同药物治疗的同时，加用电针治疗外展神经麻痹35例，疗效满意，现报告如下。
